There may need to be more servers at breakfast times to ensure that there is not a long wait for coffee and other items.

The Art Hotel has a cool creative vibe and feels more like a warehouse than a hotel. The staff are amazing; super friendly and helpful. Travelling alone, the neighbourhood felt safe and there are lots of places for food / drink locally. The rooms are stylish and clean, the breakfast is great. Probably the best hotel hairdryer I've ever used!

The moody look sacrifices light and interior rooms aren't well lit. little things like better hanging space for clothes or a kettle/ coffee maker would have been nice but not really an issue.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful

our standard double was a bit too minimalistic- bare cracked concrete floors, metal sinks with rust spots, no drawers/ closets/ chairs or racks for drying towels( just one hook at shower)

Location, facilities and cleanliness were all great. The breakfast and rooftop hotel were awesome.

Only complaint was the bed were very hard.

Very beautiful hotel in Poblado center. Green and modern. The bed and pillows were fantastic. The breakfast terrace was like a jungle- full of green and plants. Beautiful.

Lighting in a room. Felt a bit depressing and too dark. My room didn't get much daylight from windows , but modern lighting system was not bright enough. Also, the staff at the reception looks at everyone with suspicion and that "no unregistered guests in a room/hotel" rule seems a bit paranoid. Almost the first thing the elderly guy said during check-in. Maybe they have some bad experience or something, but that seemed a bit weird and unfriendly. I couldn't invite my Colombian colleagues for a drink or chat. Just didn't wanna go through this stupid registering process for them.

The hotel is fantastic with an unbeatable location, in the heart of El Poblado and 10 min walk to Provenza. The service from all of the staff is exemplary in particular Pablo in the roof top bar and breakfast area who always made me feel welcome every single time. Sure sound proofing isn’t the greatest between rooms HOWEVER it is only a minor disruption - especially as you’re in Medellin, who wants to be sitting in their room all the time anyway!!! Highly recommended and I will stay again.

Definitely a great hotel to stay in - very well appointed and stylish. The room was big and comfortable, with a powerful AC. The breakfast place on the roof was very elegant as well. The staff was friendly. I though the hotel location was perfect. It was one street over from where the party started. So, we could enjoy the peace and quiet at night, but get to the busy area within 5 minutes.

Wi-fi did not work in our room.

I love the low lighting but it does need just a little more light at the rooM entrance and the safe needs to accommodate a laptop

The decor is simply gorgeous. The room was beautiful. The atmosphere/vibe is very chill and relax as well. It’s perfect if you are looking for something nice and calm. The room is super comfortable and the location couldn’t be more perfect.

My only advice would be to upgrade the TVs for more modern ones with Netflix and apps on it. It’s weird to have a luxury hotel with no Netflix in 2021. Also, laundry is VERY expensive. Dry cleaning. Ask for prices before sending your clothes.

The location, facility, and staff are amazing. John took care of us and was there to answer all of our questions. Jhonny at the restaurant took very well care of us and made our stay amazing.

My only gripe is all the weird noises I heard from my room I was placed next to the elevator in 502 and man is it loud and noisy. All day and all night there was clanking and banging noises coming from the shaft, super annoying and uncomfortable but with some earplugs, I was able to deal with it.
