Nice and VERY clean spot in a great location in walkable distance to restaurants, bars, shops, ect. The free breakfast was really exceeded expectations and the staff were excellent and helpful. The restaurant staff are first class. The only negative is the noise on the weekend can be a bit much. This isn’t the hotels’ fault but the area really loves to have a good time on weekends and the entire area is loud and vibrant. The only thing you have to remember is that if you travel fot he nightlife and meet a local, there is a $30 charge if that person comes back to the hotel with you.

We love Hotel du Parc! It is a beautiful hotel with colorful art throughout, extremely friendly, helpful and professional people working there, a perfect, central location which is walking distance to great restaurants and shopping and huge rooms. The breakfast is outstanding. It includes lovely fresh fruit, amazing custom fresh omelettes, delicious pastries, fresh fruit juices, different choices of fresh waffles, plantains, etc. And extremely accommodating and nice servers. This hotel has tons of character and is a wonderful place to stay in Medellin!

Everything was perfect. Location , staff , delivered what was communicated prior to booking. Food was great . They manage this property with high levels of safety. Great place

As a person who goes to the gym daily the only challenge was the gym could have had a bench and a rack of free weights . But there was a smart fit 8 mins walk from the property so that was sorted .

The staff really goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Service was superb. Excellent location. Close to all restaurants, parks, shops. Very safe. Breakfast buffet was included and excellent. Kitchen in rooms was a huge plus. With full size refrigerators, microwave, stove and oven! Spa and restaurant available.

Kitchen had zero items to cook or eat with, but staff brings at your request. Minor detail.

The staff were super friendly, the facility was nice, loved the open air dining area and lobby.

PUT WEIGHTS IN THE FITNESS CENTER! My only complaint, I always walk a ton when I'm on vacation, I don't need cardio equipment, just an adjustable bench and good selection of dumb bells is completely sufficient. Kettle bells and a z-bar are another great addition that don't take up very much room. It would be cool if there was more on the rooftop also or even a small pool somewhere.

The breakfast was excellent. The breakfast food choices were great. The staff was fantastic. Everyone was professional and courteous. The entire staff, the front desk, the restaurant staff, the cleaning staff and the concierge were the the best!!! The location of the hotel was also great. This was my first trip to Colombia and Hotel Du Parc made it so very much enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it to any travelling to Medellin, Colombia!

Some of the guest that was there was tourist that brought different women to the hotel every night.

The hotel was like a little retreat within the bustling city. Our room with a balcony was terrific, it was fun to look out at the city and watch the people go by. The bed was comfortable, the room was a good size, in the shower was great. The breakfast provided a wide variety of food, and the staff was attentive.

While the room was definitely clean enough to be comfortable, it seemed to not have been deep cleaned. For example there were smudges on the light switch and walls in the bathroom.

This is well located.We had a slight problem at the but staff sorted it very quickly . We had lunch and dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent. The steak was delicious and cooked perfectly to our order . The staff could not be more helpful. All in all a great hotel to stay in .

Nothing. I can’t say anything bad about this hotel. I’ve stayed there quite a few nights on different occasions and I’ve always been impressed. Really nice area.

Breakfast was generous with a good choice for all diets. Buffet style. Fresh egg dishes could be ordered on request

The tables tended to be left uncleared until we finished our breakfast and left. As it was buffet style we ended up with too many empty plates and nowhere to put them.
