Had read in some reviews that it was noisy, particularly because of the carpark, however, we thought it was absolutely fine - have actually been in noisier hotels! I suppose just take earplugs in case of any noise if you're a light sleeper. We hired a motorcycle to visit Salento, Valle Del Cocora, Circasia, Filandia and Pereira, so it was great to be able to park it at the hotel. The hotel was in a good, central location, the staff were nice and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable.

The stay could have been 10/10 if the rooms had AC. However, they had a fan for each room, but one of them was extremely loud and the other was silent but didn’t make the room feel that fresh. Even with the minor issues with the fan, we enjoyed and loved our stay. After a while of being in the room with the loud fan, you get used to the noise. Regarding the silent one, we just moved the fan around until its location was the perfect one to make the room feel fresher.

Staff was super nice. Allowed us to drop our bags before check in and even gave us free breakfast. There’s someone at the reception 24/7 which is helpful and helped us feel safe. They were even able to call us a taxi at 4 AM! It’s located right across a grocery store which was helpful and 5 minutes from the Armenia Terminal.

Stayed for one night after a long bus ride from Tatacoa. My bus was late so got there about 2am and the check in staff was so friendly and so helpful even at this late hour and with my terrible spanish! Made me feel very welcome. Room was great with an amazing bathroom and hot water which was a treat after spending weeks in dorms and 3 days in the desert. Definitely worth the extra $$ for a night to sleep well and be extra comfy en route to Salento.

The only issue was that the last day of the stay there was a big group of people getting breakfast and the staff took a while serving all the food due to the amount of waitresses, there were just two. The rest was great.

Very convenient for the bus terminal via taxi and central to the town. Very clean and modern. Spacious room. Breakfast adequate.

As room was overlooking the road it was noisy but only stayed for one night so acceptable.

The breakfast was great, with a couple of different choices. The staff are really nice and personable. The location is right next to downtown, so Nothing is too far off.

Some of the rooms showers don't drain very well (i've been there many times, this isn't a big deal of course). Other than that this is my preferred place to stay!

Good location down town. Great to have parking next door. Near park, several restaurants and shopping. A small grocery store is located across the street. On a bus line. A bit noisy during the day but at night fairly quiet. Breakfast was a bit plain but fine for the start to the day. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The towels were a bit worn out. Ran out of juice for breakfast our last day.

I loved the staff. 2 very sweet girls that were very happy and helpful.. Tell them the Gringo said hi. I thought the room would be loud because of the parking lot below but it was nice an quiet. Breakfast OK. The location was great for my purpose.

The fan in the room just wasn't that good.
