Everything. The staff and the service were outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcomed by Kelvin and Dorothy. The room was spotless, quiet, and peaceful. The chef Jesus prepared amazing breakfast and dinners serviced by Alex. The location is quiet and perfect to explore the south of the island. The restaurants and beaches are reachable by scooter (we rented it through the hotel). Overall, we had an amazing stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Good location, a lot quieter than the main city of the island, which was great for our relaxation. The suite was very nice and comfortable. The dinner at the restaurant was always very good, breakfast was nice aswell! The staff are very supportive, be it with renting scooters or buggys, organising other transportation, snorkelling gear and so on…

The private pools at the suites need a makeover in our opinion. The main pool is ok, but nothing special. The cleaning team, three times in a row, locked our lavatory in the bathroom by accident and we had to check with reception to unlock it.

The place is an absolute gem, I am so happy we stayed there! On the rocky side of the island with perfect sunset views, just opposite to beautiful and easy to reach San Luis beach. The area of the hotel is a huge lovely garden so that you hardly come across other guests. The rooms are very spacious and nicely furnished, clean and air-conditioned. Dorothy, Alex and Jesus especially made our stay even better! They took great care of us and we really did not feel like "just" guests. The hotel operates a restaurant in the evenings, everything was very delicious - just as the breakfast we got to enjoy every morning. This precious place is absolutely recommended!

Nothing at all, every was just perfect! Just a hint, the location is off the touristy part, so some form of own mobility is helpful. We managed well with very reliable transportation as offered by the hotel

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hidden gem along the rocky coast, and it exceeded all our expectations. The 10 hectare property boasts expansive green lawns, dotted with large trees, which provides a serene backdrop to a number of well-spaced units that house ~eight suites in total. The layout ensures ample privacy and we could open all curtains on the wrap around windows to enjoy the greenery. A delightful feature was the private cool jacuzzi, truly a refreshing oasis in this hot climate. Be sure to book a room with this feature. For sea lovers, the rocky coast is just a few steps away, and we enjoyed watching the sunset over the crystal clear water. Although we did not make use of it, the pool area looked nice and an even larger pool was currently under construction elsewhere on the property. The warm hospitality of the staff was exceptional. The owner invited us to join him for dinner along with his daughter and friends at the onsite restaurant and we enjoyed a memorable evening with their great company. Speaking of the restaurant, it was a delightful surprise. Breakfast was large and tasty. We ordered the chef's daily creations every night. The food displayed a blend of imagination and culinary skill that was exceptional. This boutique hotel is a romantic escape away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I wholeheartedly recommend this haven to anyone seeking a peaceful, rejuvenating, and unforgettable getaway.

The staff was fantastic. Super friendly and very helpful finding transportation and things to do.

The location is far from downtown. That is not obvious from the advertisement. You must have transportation to do anything. I wish I would have known that ahead of time

Miraflores is in a great location on the quieter side of the island - this does mean less amenities are within walking distance, but I loved being away from the busy centre of the island. All of the staff at the hotel are incredible including the chef Jesus who makes amazing food! The rooms are clean and spacious.

The pool area is very unloved and could use a bit of investment - eg new pool furniture.

A big thank you to everyone who works at Miraflores! We had a great time, and they really made our stay feel very personal. Special thanks to Alex, operations manager who was super helpful, nice and wanted to make our stay great in any possible way that he could. Also thank you to Calvin, and all the rest of the team! Regarding the hotel, the main areas are beautiful and so is the garden. The breakfast is very nice as well! Also it is super close to some cool places for a nice sunset and a cocktail!

The rooms could have been renewed, although it is warm in the island (so we did not miss it), the water from the shower did not heat up. If you’re looking to be located in a more social environment, this is probably not your hotel- however, best sunsets from this part of the island!

We had an amazing stay at Miraflores, it’s located on a quiet part of the island and the rooms are surrounded by so much nature. You can see Iguanas and hummingbirds regularly in the grounds and even the odd crab or two! Room was spacious and spotless but the most amazing thing about this hotel is the staff, they all go above and beyond to make you have a great stay. A big thank you to Alex, Johana, Kelvin, Jesus and and everyone else who works there. Incredible place to chill and enjoy the slower pace of life on this beautiful island!

WOW this hotel was INCREDIBLE. Not only was the staff amazing, the rooms, views and food were phenomenal. My partner proposed to me on this property and the staff set us up a private candle lit meal on such short notice. I wasn’t a big fan of San Andre’s until we came here. As I didn’t like most of the restaurants downtown and found most of the accommodations lacking. However this hotel totally changed my perception of the island and I can’t wait to come back. It’s truly a peaceful place to relax and enjoy. 11/10 recommend.

Our flight to San Andres got cancelled and we had to modify the reservation, which was done without any issues, so a big plus for that. When we arrived the next day we got an early check in without any additional cost so again big plus. The staff was nice and helpful. Fairly nearby, there are a few restaurants you can walk to but not all of them serve food or not every time of the day.

I guess we had higher expectations given the price we paid for the room but there was no wow effect. Our room was right above the reception + there were some construction noises during the day. The hotel has a restaurant but it is closed during lunch hours - my suggestion would be to offer lunch as well given the area the hotel is in, I wouldn't mind paying additionally and have 3 meals per day included for e.g. It would also be great if there were some areas to relax or spend time, maybe some hammocks or a volleyball field.
