This place is absolutely amazing, location is great, and everything that you need is just some steps away. My reservation included breakfast and to be honest we were not expecting something of that level, it was just great. Lot of options to choose from and the buffet area with gallo pinto was just delicious, and you guys have the best orange juice in the world 😅

I think that a bracelet for guests would’ve been perfect, I spent the night outside and when I was entering the hotel nobody asked me to identify myself, or anything like that. I think that a little bit of extra security is needed, or at least something to identify you as a guest.

This is probably the 6th time I have stayed while passing through Liberia. I prefer here, rather than closer to the airport. Always nice experience. Hot water, good a/c, quiet. Very convenient location. 3 minute walk to good restaurants, grocery, clinics, US$10 Uber to LIR airport, etc. Reliably nice and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, the grounds are nice for a stroll.

The $20 dollar cash damage deposit is weird. I haven't been asked for it, but it is mentioned and kind of a turn off. The rooms are nice, the bathroom feels like an afterthought (but still just fine).

The location is central and you can walk next door to the outdoor mall and have several good food options. We liked that it felt like we were in Costa Rica here- lot's of locals speaking Spanish! The hotel was quiet and had a good breakfast. The pool was nice, but the lining seems to be peeling away from the bottom which I didn't like. The wildlife at the hotel was cool- a baby croc in the pond, lizards, birds, etc.

Fun to see lots of wildlife on the property (peacocks, lizards, birds). Nice sized rooms, beautiful pool area, good breakfast buffet. The property was very well located in a walkable area. The desk staff was kind enough to allow us a late check out, which we really appreciated.

The workout area, while large, did not contain enough free weights in various sizes. It could also have benefited from air conditioning! The beds were a little too firm. The noise from the discotheque across the street woke us up several times.

We were allowed to bring our cats. The shower was really nice with good pressure. We were given a room very close to the door This was really helpful as we had a lot of luggage. I enjoyed being walking distance to fast food and walmart.

We had to leave before breakfast. The hotel made a sandwich. It was two slices of bread with one slice of ham and one slice of processed cheese. I'm sure that the hotel could have made a better sandwich. We didn't have time to use the facilities. But the last time we were staying in the hotel, the pool liner was very uncomfortable to the feet. There were no instructions as to getting english on the television.

The hotel grounds are beautiful, and well populated by birds and other creatures. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was tasty and plentiful (buffet). The pool is huge and there is lots of seating around it.

The receptionist was a little frosty and the pool bottom is a little weird (it has a rubber coating that undulates underfoot) but not a concern.

great location, nice pool, weight room, restaurant, lagoon out back with lots of birds, iguanas, crocodiles, and lots of peacocks! Like being in a park! comfortable beds, friendly staff, nice pool, and good full breakfast!

The rooms facing the street are a bit noisy with local restaurants playing music a lot of the night. Get a room facing the pool! Bathrooms are a bit small.

We were blown away by this property! Booked it last minute because we needed somewhere to stay before our flight out of Liberia Guanacaste Airport (LIR) and it was the perfect ending to our stay. The pool was large with lots of chairs and is surrounded by lush trees while iguanas and peacocks walk around the premises. The restaurant on property is pleasant and wholesome. AC works great and there is an ice machine in the hotel. The free breakfast is delightful and I appreciated the COVID safe precautions.

Beautiful place. The birds, iguanas and other animals as well as the trees, plants and fauna made it interesting. The staff were all polite, helpful and a joy to speak to.

They were working on one of the pools but we understand. The casino wasn't open, disappointing and the hot tub was no longer there but was advertised.

Location is excellent for transiting through LIR. Walk to restaurants, shopping, services, and 10 min drive to airport. Easy free parking on site. Very convenient. The hotel is well maintained. Not fancy, but nice. The grounds and pool are beautiful and clean. Rooms were clean, coffee in room as well. Really efficient 4 min check in!

Beds are too firm for me, but pillows are nice. Although the rooms are updated in general, there are some finishes (doors and trim) that are poorly done. Next door rooms can be loud if occupied.
