A wonderful resort for a short break. The room was lovely, clean and close to the spa and pool. Breakfast was delicious, food for all tastes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ate the best Neapolitan pistachio pizza at the San Servolo pizzeria. We did not visit the steakhouse, but we will next time. The beer is also great. We bought some to take home. We will definitely visit this resort again, probably in winter.

The resort is not exactly adults only. There were some families with children. The parents of these children have placed themselves in an area where the entry of children under the age of 16 is prohibited and peace is requested. As a result, children also moved around this area. They were playing with the the ball in the pool and splashing water all around. Two children were playing with an apple in the pool. I have nothing against children, but resort is definitely not adults only (wrong information for potential guests of the resort who request peace).

Our stay at San Servolo was absolutely fantastic! We had a bit of a nightmare with our flight being delayed by 24hrs on the way out but to arrive at this amazing resort made it worth the stress. We had a Junior Suite in the Villa Romantica and it was a fantastic room. All the facilities were spot on and the standard was the highest we've experienced. We saw a few reviews that mentioned ants and yes there were a few in the room but they caused us no harm, it's just part of nature. The pool area was just amazing and never really that busy, the Pizzeria and Steakhouse provided delicious food - you must try the Bruschetta Benny at the Pizzeria. The breakfast was also delicious and had lots of variety considering it's just continental. All the staff were always so friendly and helpful. Honestly, this place exceeded all our expectations. It was only a short break for us so we didn't explore too much of the local area, except for one visit to Novigrad which is about a 20min drive - that was lovely too. We will be returning in the future and plan to stay for a week next time and we cannot wait.

Nothing, everything was excellent. We just wish we could have stayed for longer.

Very nice large rooms, modern and elegant. Love the design and rituals oud perfume. Location perfect, close to Kozlovic and Kabola winery, near Koper and Trieste, quiet.. optimal for daily trips to Slovenia and Italy and discovering beautiful Istria. Sparkly clean and vey kind cleaning staff.

Breakfast not really good, poor variety, at 9.45 almost nothing left. It is only until 10.00h which is too early during weekend should be at least 10.30 or 11.00h. Reception staff seems uninterested, and not really helpful. It would be nice to have coffee replenished in room daily since there is espresso machine in room, and not only first two days..

Very nice room, great facility, nice pool area, great breakfast, nice stuff, comfy beds. parking for free. nice restaurant for dinner as well, close to most of the tons in this area, approx. 40min to Trieste....

the sink in the main bathroom needs a piping cleaning -> the water was flowing out too slowly

We stayed in the hotel San Servolo building, the ground floor, so we had a lovely modern room, spacious and with own outdoor area (sun beds, table chairs) this also meant we could easily walk to the spa area and indoor pool area. (there is a separate building called ‘villa romantica’ these rooms don’t seem to have any outdoor private space). -Rooms are very comfortable and clean -Indoor and pool area opens up to sun beds outside which is a lovely place to be - if you are a hotel guest you can also use the pool and spa area of the ‘San Servolo Wellness Camping’ similar style and very nicely decorated. - lots of sunbeds - good location to explore green Istria and nearby areas - lots of beautiful wineries nearby - various Konoboas / restaurants short driving distance - lots of parking available - friendly staff - nice breakfast -definitely recommend having a car if you come here Pizza place does delicious pizza (closed Mondays) Steakhouse we did not try (closed Tuesday)

-sauna did not work -steam room did not work ( light broken) I told the staff about this, first occasion nothing happened, on second occasion they apologised for the inconvenience and informed us that there is a steam and sauna area at the ‘San Servolo Camping’ which is part of the whole complex and short walking distance, which we could use if we wanted.

Beautiful nature & environment all around the property. Mobile home (Lotus Premium) was tidy and clean. Facilities like hotel, pool, wellness, steak-house and pizza bar are with amazing design, clean and would say "daily polished". Breakfast is one of rare you can find even in good hotels, with a very good variety of food and drinks. Offer in Steak-house is for meet lovers "eye and palate" haven. For wine tasters, very good collection of wines from region and beyond. Pizza bar with a nice terrace providing the view on outdoor pool and most of the property and its facility, with one of the best pizzas in the region. Outdoor pool with wellness area was amazing and one of our best spots to relax and take a refreshment in pool or with San Servolo beer (actual produced in one of their facilities!). Staff is very polite and companionable (stopping by your mobile home saying hello and asking if you miss something) and always there to assist. One of most important thing for us, dog friendly property! The staff were very kind and polite accommodating our dog in almost every facility they have. Our dog enjoyed hundreds of square metres of beautiful "Wimbledon" grass. We new the place was beautiful as shown on property pictures, but definitely It exceeded our expectations. Although being on the road visiting beautiful nature and wineries near Buje for most of our vacation time, last few days of our visit we figured out and experienced fully potential of this place, therefore the local description for it "pure hedonism" justifies it in every segment. We are definitely coming back!

absolutely gorgeous place. food (breakfast, stakehouse and pizzeria) was amazing. service and organization in this place is the best, and in combination with all the amenities like indoor and outdoor pool, saunas, accessible parking etc. really made our stay super relaxing and comfortable. spotless clean, modern design with a bit of a rustic touch

We spent a wonderful weekend at San Servolo Spa. First I would like to mention the design and the architecture of the hotel are outstanding. Our room was beautifully decorated. I also liked very much the spa area, particularly the pools. The services at the resort are at very high standards. Breakfast and the two options for dinner (pizza and the steak house) are excellent. Of course the brewery adds great value to the resort. The beer is really good! My husband enjoyed the beer bath as well, an unforgettable experience for a beer enthusiast :-). I had a very good massage. Last but not least I would like to mention the staff, everyone was very nice and helpful. Even before we arrived they gave us all the information we need and made all the arrangements for us, including a flexible table reservation for dinner. During our staying everyone was very kind and all our requests were promptly answered. We are looking forward to return to San Servolo as soon as we can!

The mobile home with jacuzzi was comfortable, clean and had amazing views of the hillside and the sea. Sunsets were amazing and unobstructed. The whole resort was relaxed and easy going. Great breakfast, great pizza, friendly staff and we really enjoyed it as a base to explore the surrounding wineries and area. The heated pool/spa amenities and area was also so nice, clean and spacious. This property is a gem.

Minor things that would make it even better…. A screen door to enjoy the scenery without worrying about bugs coming in would be fantastic and supplying some coffee pods for the espresso machine would’ve been really nice.

The property was great, staff wonderful, rooms (cabins) new and lovely. Outdoor pool and saunas were very nice, clean, modern and quiet. There was an amazing view of Buje and the sea in distance from the terrace. A personal hot tub was rounding this beautiful experience. Access to Parenzana was just down the road, which for bikers and hikers is very convenient.
