All the staff were excellent. Room was spotless. Food also excellent. At the port which was great for an evening stroll. Some nice local bars and restaurants. Staff were great organizing airport transfers and also information on excursions. Bit out from old town which suited us . Plenty taxis and bus service available to get you into Old town . Best hotel I stayed in . Staff really would do anything for you.

Nothing really. Some construction going on in the Marina which was not Hotel fault. Not enough noise from it to make it a concern. In fact would book same hotel tomorrow if was going to Dubrovnik.

Lovely historic property. Located right beside harbour. Quiet area. Numerous restaurants close by and resort also has own restaurant. Buffet breakfast offers huge selection of foods. Views of mountain and sea. Beach short walk away. Lovely pool and gardens. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately road and promenade under major construction. It will be lovely for walking along the waterfront when it is finished. The hotel staff go out of their way to accommodate guests with shuttle rides to navigate this area.

The room is spacious, very clean, and well-equipped. The bed is comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is superb with a lot of choices. The bar food is nice and I highly recommend their cocktails. Ideal location: 10-minute walk to bus stations, supermarkets and local bars and restaurants; No.6 bus takes you to the Old City for around 10 mins; 20-minute walk to the Sunset beach.

The hotel's heritage was appealing. It was situated in a nice and quiet area. Staff were good and friendly and the rooms clean and cool with air-conditioning. We ate at the restaurant once and for the price the food was very good, especially if you decide on having 3 courses. Eating out is not inexpensive. Live music is provided every night (duo's and trio's) and its very pleasant to sit outside with a drink and enjoy the ambiance. The hotel is situated in the Port of Dubrovnik and Old Town Dubrovnik is an Uber taxi away (about 20 minutes).

This is a busy hotel and used by UK holiday companies for packages, so it always felt full. We were there 3 days and never got near the pool. All the photo's are representative of the hotel ... but without the people.

The Hotel is on the doorstep of the Lapad region, and has a direct view onto the Harbour which is an exquisite view. The staff couldn't have been happier to help at every step of the way, and were very flexible with our requests (we requested to continue to use hotel facilities on our check out day as we were waiting for our flight and they had no problem). The food was really tasty, the drinks were fine. The breakfast was incredibly varied and delicious - when booking this hotel, pick the breakfast option! You'll miss out otherwise. We will definitely return to this fine hotel again.

No major issues here

There were a few mistakes and misunderstandings when we first arrived, but the staff took care of them. Especially, among the staff, Marko was very hardworking and helped us, and his efforts made us have a pleasant trip. The hotel was very clean and the staff's attentiveness made it a perfect trip . And it was good because it was close to major tourist spots and nearby restaurants.

Bar drinks expensive, maybe offer 10 % off when dining in the restaurant as you are likely to be in the hotel all evening.

It was a pleasure from first till the last minute. Bright, clean hotel with nice vibes. I got a room on the highest floor as I requested. Nice, clean room with balcony and huge bed. Good quality bed linen and towels and they still look new and white. Nice and not the cheapest amenities. Amazing view through the window. Hotel with good sound isolation you almost cannot hear your neighbors. Amazing breakfast with a big selection of different tastes. Breakfast is a bit variating each day. I am imprested in the "breakfast team", they really know how to keep the situation under control. They are welcoming and take care of each guest, even if it's crowded.

The hotel is next to the marina, which is under construction now. If you come to the hotel in the evening, you need to be careful, the way is full of holes and it's not enough light. It will be great if on weekends breakfast will be a bit longer than til 10 am. The first morning (it was Sunday) I came to eat at around 9.15 and it was so many people that I couldn't find a table to sit at. Thanks to the waitress who prepared the table for me. Compared with good, delicious food coffee should be of better quality.

Hotel Lapad was clean and the staff were excellent. The rooms were large and comfortable. Great location for buses to the old town and a number of good restaurants and a couple of shopping centres nearby as well as being walking distance to the beach.

It was slightly expensive and the paid-for lunch/meal portions were on the small side. The breakfast buffet was the same every day. Although there was a variety of hot and cold food on offer it was pretty much the same every day so after a few days it felt a bit repetitive. Not enough pool loungers but to be fair it would be difficult to fit more around the pool area anyway.

Beautiful setting, exceptionally clean and lovely friendly staff.

Smoking in the conservatory. The smell drifted into the bar area. Conservatory is lovely but the smokers spoil it. There should be an outside smoking area away from eating areas.
