fantastic location, many restaurants close by, sunset beach very close, no 6 bus every 10mins into the old town. The staff were excellent and very friendly. It was nice having the option to be away from the busy old town, would thoroughly recommend this location.

breakfast was poor, not very much choice, the eggs were all pre made , so pretty unappealing, pretty much the same offered everyday. after a few days we went else where and paid for breakfast as we couldn't face the offering every morning.

The hotel is located on a cute little tourist hotel/Restaurant pedestrian strip, running about 400 m from traffic circle to Sunset Beach. (Taxis can get closer by the Trinity Hotel, but you'll still have to tote your bags to any hotel but the Trinity, which is not on the hotel strip. ) Each hotel is behind an outdoor restaurant, and the Perla is no exception. Perla Hotel is about 3/4 of the way down the strip. Many rooms have a nice balcony with a table and 2 chairs. We used ours to dry towels and swim suits, discretely, of course, though interestingly, there was no written rule about this. The room had a good-sized closet and a desk. TV was tricky to use - have the front desk person come up and show you. (They're happy to.) Netflix & Prime Video are available. King bed was made from 2 twins pushed together. Weirdly, the top sheet is folded in half on each bed, rather than being tucked in. Then, it's covered by a half-blanket. So you climb in and your feet stick out! I showed the housekeeper how to do it correctly, and she did it for us, but who knows? Some rooms have a square shower, but ours had a curved door, which makes for a very small shower. The faucet and flexi shower head were easy to use, and the water was hot. The elevator is tiny - barely big enough for 2, very tight with 2 suitcases. Room keys are old-style and can be tricky to use without smashing your fingers. Breakfast is €15 and is a decent buffet: Juice, fresh fruit, meats & cheeses, pre-cooked fried eggs (and some sort-of-scrambled, too), sausages that looked like long hot dogs, and under-cooked - but tasty - bacon, kid yogurt, breads & croissants, cold cereal but with warm milk. Weird tea selection, (mostly herbal)but coffee was excellent! Espresso drinks & hot chocolate were also possible. Desk staff is very professional and polite, and very helpful. They speak English well; the other staff not so much.

No washing clothes in the bathroom, as they have an (expensive) laundry service, and no food or drinks may be brought to your room! Yet, there's a mini-fridge! No coffeemaker or kettle, though. No smoking on the premises (yay) and there's a €75 fine for smoking in the room, but there was an ashtray in the desk drawer!

The location is stunning, the view from the balcony is beautiful. The room was a great size, happy we had a safe and a small refrigerator in the room. The staff were super friendly and so helpful. Easy check in/check out procedure. So great that extra bedding was already in the room.

One of the beds was really soft and uncomfortable to sleep in (2 singles pushed together). There were only 2 plugs in the room, one next to bed would have been great. Limited breakfast options for pre-paid guests (still good).

Great location, very comfortable rooms. The receptionists were all kind and helpful. I'd go back there anytime. The view from the balcony is lovely.

The only thing that I have to say is that if you stay in the higher room, be prepared to smell the fumes of food coming from the kitchen. There's a small chimney in the balcony and during lunch/dinner time, it will get to your nostrils if you have the windows opened.

Loved the hotel. Location was brilliant and the views from our balcony were stunning! Staff were very helpful too. Gym was much better than expected as well. The old town was a 15 minute bus ride from hotel, busses were very frequent too.

The double room was 2 single beds together. Not awful however not ideal. A coffee machine or kettle would have made the stay perfect, nothing quite like an espresso in the morning overlooking the sea on the balcony!

The view from the girls' room was exceptional. The beds were comfortable The Maid service was brilliant Loved the bar/restaurant on site, not cheap but excellent quality food Easy to take the bus at top of the road into the Old Town (No. 6). For 35 Euros you could buy a 3 day bus pass which included the walk around the walls and museum entries

The boys' room, which had 3 beds, had a poor view (brick wall), they were jealous of the girls' view. The Euro has made eating and drinking in Dubrovnic very expensive.

The staff were exceedingly helpful and hospitable, and the room at which we stayed was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel has a perfect location in a very beautiful area - it's just a few minutes' walk away from the beach and a bus stop where you can take a bus to the Old Town.

Great breakfast with both yogurt, bread as well as egg in different shapes and bacon. Also friesh fruit ..and good coffee.!

Our room was on floor 1.. had balkony which was nice in itself..but we only had 1,5 m to neighbour house wall, i.e no view. It worked fine, but of course it would had been even nicer to have acroom higher up!

- made a late check in (23:30) helpful personal for it - perfect location, near a public packing - the street is full of restaurants - decent variety referring the breakfast

- like I said the hotel is near a public parking, but the hotel street is a pedestrian zone so...you'll make a little trip from where you park to it, same goes if you come by taxy

Comfortable, small hotel in a perfect location. It's a few minutes walk from the beach with beautiful coastal walks and many restaurants nearby. It's a ten minute bus ride from Old Town. Staff are lovely-friendly and helpful. Room itself was clean and modern. I loved the balcony with beautiful views of sea and amazing sunsets. I've been coming to this hotel for many years and would always choose to return here. Dubrovnik is a stunning place and this hotel offers a comfortable, peaceful place to return to after the busyness of the old town.

The shower is very small. Sheets on bed were clean and fresh but I'd have preferred the top sheets to have been bigger as they fell off easily. Feel I'm nit picking to mention such minor complaints in an otherwise wonderful hotel.
