Totally nice place, really comfortable, well located right in front of the famous theater and full of fine details, starting from cozy beds, wonderful view and finishing with nice smells everywhere in. Absolutely amazing person Bernarda met us at reception! (sorry if I didn't spell the name correctly), told so much about Rijeka, accepted us with truly warm hospitality, and just filled us with her bright energy! Plus, one more nice bonus was prepared in the morning in the cafe downstairs - absolutely great coffee. So, RECOMMENDED! Everything was great! Wish a lot of nice guests and overall business prosperity to the hotel. just mind the third floor, it's still OK, just may be a bit complicated for disabled or older people

Wonderful stay overall! Great central location and yet quiet enough in the room. Nicely renovated with modern design and setting overall. Great toilet amenities and kitchen facilities. Spacious with big bed including sofa area. Sufficient lightings in the room, also with blackout curtains. Smart TV provided. Strong air-conditioning for the hot summer times. Come with free breakfast at the bar next door. Also short walks to restaurants, cafes, supermarket, etc. Most importantly, super friendly and helpful staffs. They made sure everything is good every day.

Many people mentioned the stairs. It did not bother me (in fact they even helped me carry up on the first day upon arrival). However, it can be tricky especially for elderly people, those with big luggages or challenges with mobility. So take note.

The staff was delightful especially Ann Marie. They always greeted us warmly and checked often with us to ensure we were happy and satisfied.

We thought we would be on a second floor with one flight of stairs but it was two flights up. Those 58 steps were a bit much for us, which was not the fault of the hotel but ours. Also, I wish we had opted for a larger room. When I booked I did not realize our room was a standard which was a little crowded for us. And once again that was my fault, not the hotel because I booked in a hurry.

The girl at check in was so lovely, saved our legs telling us about the underpass nearby to get to the old town, she gave you exactly all the info you needed without having to ask & providing a city map was really handy. The rooms are new & mod cons, great location with 2 cafe bars downstairs, one even delivers to your room if you ring them & gives you a free coffee if you show your card to Teatro Suites. It's probably located in the nicest area in town, right near everything but far enough to be quiet & peaceful.

Comfortable rooms on the second floor of an old building opposite the theatre in Rijeka. Motorbike parking on the pavement outside. Easy arrangements for arrival and check-in. Excellent location, quiet but close to restaurants. A free, small breakfast is offered in their cafe downstairs but if you want something more substantial you have to go elsewhere.

The rooms are very small - good for an overnight stop but cramped for a longer stay.

Comfortable renovated rooms in a charming historic building opposite the theatre - we could hear the rehearsals going on when we arrived! A warm welcome and a good location, right in the heart of the city. Cafes in the street below where we had breakfast (paid separately) in the morning. Motorbike parking in the square just outside.

Bit of an internet glitch on arrival but it had been sorted by morning. The rooms are up two long flights of stairs which was not a problem for us as we travel light, but probably a pain if you have a giant suitcase.

We originally booked a hotel for our stay in Rijeka. When we came it was obvious the hotel didn't look like it did in the pictures (it looked like something from Netflix's unsolved mysteries) and it almost ruined our trip. We started to look for a different place to stay and we stumbled upon this room. It looked perfect but so did the hotel so we were pretty suspicious. But wow, it didn't only look like the pictures it looked even better. I can't even start to describe how incredible this room is. Everything you dream of when you plan a vacation. The staff is really friendly and professional. It's right by the National Theatre which is beautiful, but be careful you'll want to stay inside this room for the whole time you're in Rijeka. Loved it!

The young lady who met us was friendly, welcoming and explained all we needed to know. Our room was clean and comfortable although not overly large. It is in a good position and you are provided with morning coffee and fresh orange juice in the cafe downstairs.

There is no lift - getting the luggage up and down two floors was difficult for us. There is no facility to make tea or coffee in the room.

Very close to the fresh market, and just 5 minutes from the shopping area. About 15 minutes walk to the bus depot. The apartments have a modern, clean and friendly interior It's very easy to explore Rijeka from the hotel (including the climb to Trsat Castle) Lots of food options nearby

There is no elevator, so you have to carry you bags up two floors (although the staff are happy to help!)

Everything! Vlatka, who was there to greet us, was incredibly helpful, enthusiastic and professional; we could not have had a better welcome. The interior and our bedroom were furnished with great style and care, and were extremely comfortable. We appreciated the little extras like the free large bottle of water, chocolate and biscuit, not forgetting the delicious orange juice, coffee and mini-croissants for breakfast in the Teatro Bar. The whole concept is very well thought out and successful. Very many thanks.
