I really liked everything in this superb hotel, staff was really nice. Room with a sea view was amazing. Only "bad thing" is finding a parking space. if they are charging for a hotel parking 15€ or 20€ a day, there should be a free parking spot at all times.

Hard to find a parking spot ( which u have to pay ), in my opinion parking should be included in a room price, which is not cheap ( 300 to 400€ ) a night

Booked the Junior Suite, with a stunning sea view. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Spa facilitates were clean & included in the room price (good to know, no bathing suits are allowed in the sauna, hot tub area) and the breakfast had a very good selection and quality of food.

Coffee/tea facilitates were included in the room, but without milk. I asked for some milk at the bar & was charged 2.50 EUR for the milk. For a 5 Star hotel I would have expected milk to be complementary for your tea/coffee in the room. Hotel was very busy due to a Firefighter conference & on day 2 due to the car parking being busy, we had to wait 30 mins to collect the car due to being blocked in by a Fire Engine. Not what I was expecting after paying 15 EUR a day for parking.

It was very beautiful - the sea view is amazing. Staff goes out of their way to help. The pool outside is brilliant. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are free for guests and comfy. Staff is always there to help. SPA is out of this world, big big recommendation, just go and get yourself pampered in finnish or mild sauna, massage plunge pool, cold and warm shower with minty mist option, and enjoy a nice tea... Food is amazing, we were there on half board. So many choices, changes every day. Some pies even for breakfast, and a lot of local specials for dinner (e.g. fritule, kelj na padelu...) , delicious seafood options (squid, brudet, mijesana riba). Nice walk Lungo mare accessible from hotel, kids beach (Tomislavec?) is very close also. Great location if you want to be away from the city centre noise, but still close enough (15min walking) if you want to go to Park Angiolina or some show. Dog friendly!

Mini club (kids club) was closed so if you want an indoor kindergarten experience better ring them to confirm. Think they have a small playground there also but don't know if open this year. No water on tap during dinner, no free beverages. (There are free beverages along breakfast). Also, lack of potatoes as side dish for dinner.

Everything si great about this hotel, most of all the staff and service is impeccable. great spa and pool area, wonderful lobby to spend some time, top food at restaurants and very very cosy rooms, well adjusted heating and very comfy beds. very special thanks to reception and management for a warm welcome and readiness to please their guests ! you are the best 💕

They ask 20 Eur for beach towel, even if the rooms are very expensive. Totally unexpected at this level of hotel.

The food was nice, great location and perfect views. The rooms are pleasantly furnished, but still need some refreshing, the mattresses are absolutely too soft. The staff is very friendly, I especially liked the lobby.

Four stars would be enough for this hotel, despite the heat outside, the air conditioning did not work at the beginning of May and the room was simply too hot. The hotel garage is not suitable for larger cars, so you have to park in the unorganized hotel parking lot. The surcharge for a small dog is absolutely exorbitant (34 EUR), but you get absolutely nothing for that money.

Very spacious and comfy room, got a free upgrade to junior suite. Beautiful seaside view. Great dinner and breakfast buffet, a lot of options.

The hotel seemed to be very booked and it showed in their indoor spa area in the afternoon/evening. It was very crowded and chaotic, not a nice/relaxing experience. The staff was nowhere to be seen in the spa area, floors were very wet everywhere and people just dropped towels at sauna areas on the floor, they were everywhere. Overall very small area, too small for the hotel of this size. We got lucky with the last 2 free deckchairs at the pool but went back to the room quite soon. I was disappointed, I really looked forward to some spa time. Also, hair dryer was missing in the bathroom.

The hotel, the room, and the view were all stunning and wonderfully decorated. The room was clean, well ventilated, and overall very comfortable The food selection for both breakfast and dinner was outstanding. Staff were friendly, polite, and always eager to help. The spa area is great, although only 2 out of 3 saunas were operational, so it was a bit crowded at times. The hotel gym is well equipped and has quality equipment.

The bed was "bumpy" and clearly warped from use - there was a "ridge" in the middle with a noticeable curve towards the edges. It felt a bit like sinking into it, not in a good way. The bathroom had some signs of moisture around the corners near the bathtub. The hairdryer is probably the oldest item in the room - it feels cheap and overheats every 10-15 seconds of use and needs to cool down for a while before it can be used again, making it a very frustrating process for people with longer hair.

We absolutely adored our stay from start to finish! Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade, and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming. The food at breakfast and dinner was simply scrumptious. Every minute of our experience was pure delight. We will recommend this hotel to everyone and we will definitely come back!

The one thing they could improve is equipment in fitness. There are basic appliances and dumbbells, so you are able to do a workout, but overall, in comparison to everything else, there is room for improvement.
