The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, complemented by live piano music. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi, conveniently located near the beach, were perfect for relaxing. The location is ideal, and the newly equipped fitness and wellness area is top-notch, offering high-end fitness equipment and spa facilities that really enhanced my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking comfort, quality, and excellent value for money.

The hotel has a great position near Bacviĉe beach just outside Split centre. We had a beautiful room snd the lovely personable staff made our stay very special. Exceptional breakfast choice with a daily pianist made a wonderful start to the day. On Wednesday night the hotel has a good acoustic duo singing English and Croatian songs with food & wine package on offer too... Loved the beautifully planted terrace with its twinkling lights. Really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely pool but it was so very cold... maybe unheated? We swam in the sea- it was chilly but warmer than the pool.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! It was actually our honeymoon, and even without mentioning it, the staff made our experience special. Every member of the team — from reception to the bar and the restaurant/breakfast room — was warm, friendly, and welcoming. We also loved the breakfast. I can still remember how good the bacon was — thin, crispy, and not at all oily. It was exactly how we like it (so much better than the thick, soggy versions you often find elsewhere). Honestly, I was tempted to ask for the brand so that I can bring some home! The location was great too. It was close enough to the old town for an easy walk, yet tucked away in a peaceful area.

The hotel stay was wonderful! Right across from the hotel Bacvice Beach, and as you walk further along the coast, you’ll find other beautiful beaches – a perfect spot for a scenic walk that can go over 10 km one way, with many restaurants and bars along the way. The Old Town is just a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and there are two supermarkets nearby. Split is generally very safe, and the local people are incredibly friendly. Walking back at night felt completely safe. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of options. The staff were very friendly, and Mislav at the reception was especially welcoming and helpful.

The only downside was that the stay was too short!😊

Hotel Park is a beautiful property! The #1 reason we loved this hotel is because of Marko and the reception team. They are so welcoming from the moment you walk in but they went above and beyond for us during our stay and long after. Marko and I communicated for weeks post-stay as he helped to ship one of our honeymoon items to the USA. We ran out of time and had to leave for the airport and he took care of it all. We cannot thank the reception team enough for all of your support and for going way above and beyond. This hotel was recommended to us by a mutual friend from Croatia and I will gladly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area! Hotel Park - you are so lucky to have such incredible employees!

The breakfast

The staff was amazing and we loved the overall vibe, that is something you cannot compensate with anything else. We had a great time. Oh, yes, a-mazing breakfast, loved the live piano music, the touch-ups (honey comb, hot dogs, waffles, sparkling wine, tiramisu jars, loved it). And very comfortable bed and pillow. The pool is tiny and the beds are just a few, but we enjoyed the vibe, privacy, familiarity of it all. It wasn’t yet crowded season so we didn’t really have a difficult time finding spots. I can imagine things are a bit different in high season but we really loved our stay.

Rooms are a little bit dark and most of them don’t have balconies, but well, that is the architecture. We still loved our room to bits.

Only stayed for one night while passing through Split. Room was a nice size with great amenities and had nice little touches like a complimentary fruit bowl, cookies and chocolates. Bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom was a good size, clean and well equipped. Shower pressure was good. Location is an easy 15 minutes walk to the old town. Staff were friendly and open to help with anything.

Perhaps because it was past peak season, but breakfast could have had more variety and the food been bit fresher.

We booked a suite and it was fantastic. Our the suite had a sliding door which let us separate our kids sleeping on the pullout couch from our main bed area and that was a really nice touch. The room also had access to a shared and private balcony which was amazing.

The pool gets crowded quickly, but not much that can be done given the space. It is still a great space though, you just either need to get a chair earlier or be prepared to sit more in the extended seating area by the restaurant.

Selfish guests leave their belongings on the sunbeds by the pool all day (as a kind of reservation), but then they leave and the sunbeds are empty for hours while other guests have nowhere to lie down. It would be good if the staff would move things from the sunbeds if the guests are not present for more than about 15 minutes or so, as is the case in several similar hotels in Croatia. Especially in a situation where the number of sunbeds is very limited.

This is a fabulous hotel with extremly friendly, kind and welcoming staff which made us feel very much at home. We had a split level room as we were travelling with our two children. We had complimentary free water every day which was very welcome. The pool is small but really refreshing and you have the view of the sea which is just over the road. The location is very quiet, yet in walking distance to the beach, the harbour and the old city which is very convenient. The breakfast was really nice and had a big variety of foods for everyone. We didn't eat in the restaurant in the evenings but had snacks/small meals from the bar which were really nice, along some lovely cocktails. Definitely recommend staying here again when visiting Split

The room was really great but for 4 people would have gotten a little bit small when staying longer. We only had 4 nights and since we only used it for sleeping in it was OK. The master bed is huge and due to it being on the top mezzanine never felt crowded so this is only the tiniest of things.
