There was a miscommunication upon arrival and no one was there to greet me and it was a holiday at the end of the season. However, once I called the hotel, they began to rectify the situation. They brought me to their sister property and upgraded my room due to the error. They gave me the flexibility of a late checkout and helped me take my bags to the bus stand the next day. A sign of a great hotel and management is fixing mistakes and going above and beyond and they certainly did this. Would highly recommend!

Excellent position. Quiet rooms 20 min walk to airport shuttle bus, and main harbour port out to the islands. Good recommendations for eating.... Lolas. Lovely air conditioning. Good communication with owner , who was on hand to meet us. Maps available of split . After checking out we were able to leave luggage safely until ferry in the afternoon. Good security.

No lift up to rooms which was a bit of a struggle with luggage. Coffee sachets in room would be better without milk powder and sugar already added.no liquid soap in shower dispenser. Having a bad day with Internet. Not available during our stay.

The place was close to everything, the harbour, the city, both 5-8 min walk, supermarket around the corner, 2 min walk. Mainly quiet. Nice luxurious style, comfy bed, good working AC and wifi, equipped with little fridge and water kettle. Staff was friendly, fast and helpful.

Everything was fine, just I would have wished for some kind of coffee or tea.

I booked this property last minute and was really happy with the standard of it. It was clean and the location was great - just on the edge of the centre. I was staying here alone and felt completely safe the whole time. I would say the property is a lot nicer than a standard hotel given the rooms are unique and have so much character. The host Toni was really lovely, accommodating and helpful too, which was the cherry on top. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone else to stay here.

They could have provided bottles of water in the fridge.

The lady who checked us in gave us a recommendation for a restaurant nearby that was really good, LOLA. Communiucation for the check in was extremely uncomplicateded, very friendly service. Fantastic room and bathroom! We were extremely glad that the room was not located right in the touristic area, but all the same only a short walking distance away from it.

lovely property, only issue was payment which we weren’t aware until 10 mins before the flight departed that we could only pay with cash or bank transfer. Due to our travel money card could only withdraw a smaller amount than the total required each day, to pay the full amount on the 3rd / 4th day. the staff were very accommodating to this, but I feel the use of a cheap sumup or izettle card reader could easily remedy this issue. otherwise a brilliant stay

The bed was very comfortable, the shower hot, the room spacious. The location is good. Close to the ferries and bus station but far enough away as to not be crowded. Quiet. Close to the old town, cafes, shops and the beach. Everything is within walking distance.

Clean, comfortable and attractive room with tea-making facility in a very convenient location. The key holder was on time waiting for me.

Unnecessarily fancy shower with control knobs that have no grip when wet.

Short walk from the station and Ana waited late to let me in as my train was delayed. Spacious room, clean and comfortable.

The water was off all morning on the day I was leaving so didn’t get to shower.

This review is for Galeria Valeria as I moved there. Staff extremely welcoming. My flight was delayed and the girl waited till near midnight for me to arrive. I had #402 which had own sauna and nice views around the city from the platform just above/outside. Room was very comfortable and clean. WiFi was great and bathroom had a bidet. Location right at the sea front so just few mins walk to the main coastal area of Split.

Everything was fine.
