I had the pleasure of staying one night at this hotel on very short notice due to a delayed flight. The staff were truly excellent; they swiftly accepted my booking and picked me up from the airport within just 15 minutes. The hotel is conveniently located a mere 7-10 minutes' drive from the airport in a wonderfully peaceful area. The room itself was incredibly comfortable, impeccably clean, and blissfully quiet. The staff were not only friendly but also highly professional throughout my stay. The restaurant offered an extensive menu, and the dishes I tried were nothing short of fantastic and delicious, all at a very reasonable price. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will certainly choose to stay here again in the future.

I have stayed here before and the staff gave me the same warm greeting and perfect service. After more than 30 hours travel from the US, it was wonderful to rest in a familiar place with nice people. Geat email contact with staff befor arrival. Shuttle came quickly to the airport (near 11pm). Room was clean and comfortable, "light rail" outside the hotel made hardly any sound, I slept soundly until 11, then enjoyed a delicious chicken salad lunch and caught up with the world on their fast wifi. They called the best Uber driver ever to take me downtown, and I said goodbye until next time.

Honestly difficult to come up with anything. Ok, the soap dispenser in the shower needed to be refilled, but I've had worse in more glamorous hotels. Staff here took care of it immediately.

The hotel owner and the driver are very friendly and willing, the driver is very nice and pick up us in time. The train station is a 5-minute walk away and we arrived in the center of Zagreb in 20 minutes.

I didn't know there were 3 flights of stairs. I was hoping to have breakfast but they didn't tell me they would be closed. The blanket that was stored did not smell good. The shower got cold in the middle of the shower and then got hot again, I was scared. The bed was very soft. The freezer was very noisy, I had to turn it off to sleep, even with things inside. If I had paid less it would have been fine, but it was a little expensive.

Secure, very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Nice bathroom and shower also very clean. Near the train stop into town and a place to park our car overnight. The food was delicious especially the dinner we enjoyed. It was clear locals also came to eat here. The airport shuttle at 4:30 am was very much appreciated.

Arriving late at night we were a little concerned about the industrial type area near the train tracks. However, the host came downstairs and unlocked the door and escorted us to our rooms. The kitchen was closed early due to a water issue, however, we were guided to a restaurant down the street that completely satisfied our needs.

they were able to book us in at 21:00, which was very nice! they had a restaurant open until 10:00 and after a long day of traveling that was awesome because no one wanted to go anywhere far!! the food was amazing and everyone was satisfied. i accidentally made a reservation for 2 instead of 4 when booking the room with 4 beds, but they were really helpful and quickly made the beds for us. they also took us to the airport at 4:00, thank you so much!!!

Hotel London, Zagreb was a little further from the airport than expected, however, our transport/instructions to and from were clearly stated, timely and very helpful. No problems. They are doing some upgrading of rooms but my needs (as well as travel friends) were met and I was very comfortable. The bathroom was new and very spacious. Loved that this hotel had a restaurant/bar and the portions and quality of food not to mention the service blew us away. Many menu items could be "shared". Large flat screen in room and working A/C. Would stay again. Everyone was very helpful and delightful. A little gem if you don't need a "five star". Thank you Hotel London.

Believe replacing carpet will happen in the future. Public spaces get little respect and lots of use from customers.

This was very good airport hotel, only about 8 minutes from the airport, and met all our needs. The room was relatively spacious and comfortable. The hotel shuttle worked well and was generally on-demand. They also had a good, reasonably priced restaurant on site, which we noticed was supported by locals and not only hotel guests. Having the restaurant on site made it handy as they were in a mixed residential\commercial district. Breakfast was included, but the restaurant wasn't open by the time we needed to leave, but the hosts offer to make us some breakfast we could take with us.

The surrounding area was a mix of residential and commercial buildings, without any nearby attractions, but felt safe and for a hotel you check into to night before an early flight, the surroundings are much less important.

First, the location is excellent if you are transiting through ZAG Airport and need to spend the night. And this hotel is one of the few that offer 'free' shuttles. The rooms are in a remodeled house and very nice. There is free wifi and the facilities are modern but it still has a local charm. The room and public areas are super clean. I woke up early the day I left and they were disinfecting and mopping everything. The public areas smell clean because they evidently clean them every day. I did not eat at the restaurant because I was tired and went to bed and had to get up early, but the food looked delicious. It looked like traditional Balkans food and very very good. Yes, it is close to a train track but the noise did not bother me. The trains are mostly small passenger trains and are gone before you notice. It did not bother me at all. But what makes this place stand out above everything else is the staff. The staff are all very friendly and the owner even got up early to run me back to the airport. They are just nice people. I would stay here again for sure. 5 Stars for this hotel.

I booked this hotel for my mother. She came from Brazil and needed to do the quarentine before she could fly to Germany to visit me. I had lot of questions during the booking (because of the Corona situation AND because my mother speaks no English) and they were always available and supportive to answer my questions through WhatsApp. I have never seen a hotel personal like this! Mary, one of the staff, picked up my mother at the airport way after the commercial time. You don't see that in big chain hotels. The breakfast was huge and with lot of possibilities. My mother took photos of it every day to send me because she was so happy with all. Everything was prepared with love and care. The dinner was also very good. The surroundings of the hotel are quiet and there are two supermarkets close by. About the connection to Zagreb I can't say much, because she didn't leave the area, but I guess there's absolutely no problem. My mother and Suzi became "friends". She is very friendly and made everything possible to make my mother feel like home. They could not speak much, but in the end they understood each other :) Hands down this is the best option for you if you want a calm place with kind staff and clean rooms.
