Big rooms, good breakfast buffet, friendly staff.

Because we had two separate bookings for the hotel, we stayed in one of the newly built rooms for five days, which was very nice and functional. Then, we moved to a renovated "luxury" room in the old building, which unfortunately did not meet any luxury standards.. The location of the hotel is o.k. if you want to have quick access to the highway, but it is around 15-20 minutes from Zagreb centre by taxi, which is inconvenient if one doesn't have a car. There are no amenities near the hotel except for a little snack bar with good food and drinks and great service.

Rooms are good and big, a bit outdated but comfortable! Had a bit of issues with WIFI. Breakfast was not very good to be honest. Spa is great, jakuzzi, saunas, tea and fruits and relaxing zone! Massages are also highly recommended. Facilities need rennovation. There is a Steak reaustarant nearby, it is superb! Staff is great and professional! The photos of food are from the cafe and steak restaurant!

Furniture is old. Wifi problems. Breakfast and in dining is not good.

A very good hotel with a good location. Especially for guests passing through Zagreb.

The mini bar was locked even though I validated my credit card when checking in the room. When I called reception from the room, they told me that I had to come down and additionally validate the card. A rather unpleasant feeling. My advice to the hotel is to inform the guests beforehand, especially the guests who are Booking Genius 3 members.

Everything was amazing from staff to cleanliness of the hotel. The steakhouse across the way attached to the hotel was such an amazing experience.

I paid for the hotel online. It said parking included and free crib upon request. However, when we went to check out we were being charged for parking, crib, and for a tourist fee which was not mentioned on the website anywhere. They did take off the crib charge once i mentioned i paid for it already but still paid the other fees.

I was visiting with Cotrugli business school, and I didn't know I had a discount, but it had already been paid. Staff approved me free breakfasts for 3 days because of this, which was very nice. A young guy working in a bar at the reception level is exceptionally polite. The spa is excellent as well. The food is delicious (I ate only breakfasts, it's very abundant and diverse).

Everything was good. The hotel is far from the city center, but it's near school, so it didn't matter this time.

Very clean, good beds, great breakfast, beautiful Wellness area

No tea or coffee in the rooms, all Sauna's extremely hot. The Fin Sauna was 97 degrees, so you last only.a few minutes... The steamsauna was so hot that we could not even sit there at all. Really a pitty, because the facilitoes are beautiful and the Staff very friendly, free drinks are also provided.

The location is close to the airport, the room is clean and comfortable. There is a parking garage and a really good wellness area. Breakfast is served from 6:30 am which is a great for business travelers.

There is an extra charge for parking which doesn't seem necessary. Also, there were some guests who were making noise in the hallways which disrupted our stay. The room could use a bigger TV and more comfortable pillows, but it is really good regardless of those details. Besides that, all good :)

We always love our stays at Hotel Aristos. Facilities are comfortable, and a great value for what we pay. Staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. The location being right off of the highway is a great benefit, and that is a huge reason we will keep booking with Hotel Aristos whenever we travel through Zagreb (which is at least 2-3 times per year due to the nature of our work)

This time in the hotel we were placed in a different section of the hotel that seemed less modern, less updated, and not as high quality amenities. It was still extremely comfortable and very clean! But, after our previous stays in the more updated section of the hotel, this room felt a little less quality. But we understand that there are always parts of hotels that are not as updated as the main sections.

The hotel in the overall is very good, clean and the staff is excellent and helpful. They put us in the newer part of the hotel.

Even though it was the newer part of the hotel, the bathroom seemed quite older and the pathway to the room is bit confusing. Parking in the hotel garage was charged but we weren't aware that it's not free.

Excellent room, breakfast with standard and domestic course, excellent for late night arrivals and for quick highway leavings. Close to airport. Ideal for quick (up to 15 min) access to the center, airport, Slavonia Highway, Rijeka - Split Highway, Slovenia - Austria highways, and also to the few of main shopping centers.
