This delightful boutique hotel was located above a Japanese Restaurant and Wine Bar in the centre of the old town. The Well designed, fourth floor suite was spacious, and clean with plenty of comfortable furniture. There was a fast elevator to all floors. The hotel staff including the receptionist and housekeeper were superbly efficient. The defects we noticed were fixed during our first breakfast. The breakfast was great, a selection of meat and cheese, jams and bread, prunes and nuts and croissants served to the table. Along with a constant supply of coffee it is unusual and welcome to sit back and be served. In the restaurant the staff were very attentive and always friendly. We ate there twice in the evenings and the food was good. The hotel is in the pedestrian zone of the town, so there is a short walk from a taxi,

The official hotel entrance is in a side alley and difficult to find. However once it has been found the hotel can be entered through the restaurant on a wider street and there was always a warm welcome from the staff

Breakfast was light but very practical and well sufficient (and with scrambled egg if wanted). Hotel set on a narrow lane, just off (10 metres) the main street and about 40 metres from the town’s main square - a super central location. Overall the hotel, which is small, was a very good base. It’s set in a totally pedestrianised area (except for e-scooters.

Outside of one’s room, the hotel didn’t have an area to relax or chill in — such as a comfortable lobby.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The decor was beautiful in the bedrooms. Bedroom was very comfortable with great shower and really comfortable bed and pillows. We ate at the hotel restaurant Nomu and the food was exceptional. I was not familiar with Japanese food and it surpassed expectations. Waiter very helpful with wine selections. Breakfast was also delicious. Photos really do not do it justice.

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel. I plan to stay again. I have also recommended to friends who will be travelling to Zadar in 2024. I especially recommended the restaurant.

Large room and comfortable bed in the centre of Zadar. Perfect for a short stay. We had no issues with parking just outside the walls, and the hotel helped us with a 24-hour payment. Windows are soundproof, so the room was quite even if the roads are invaded by tourists at night.

The hotel does not have common parts apart from a little restaurant on the ground floor. The bathroom door was "transparent" that did not give great privacy :-)

The room was a good size and the hotel has an elevator which was a welcome sight after spending weeks traveling in old towns with only steep steps! The location was central and the bedding and towels were high quality and comfortable. The room was clean. You could pay for the city parking at the hotel which was very helpful.

The room was a little dark but this is common in the old towns. This is not the hotel's responsibility but the closest parking is only for 3 hours between 8am and 10pm. The room was fairly expensive in comparison to other cities I stayed in.

Very friendly, helpful and funny staff. Good Attitude and customer service standards. Location was great and easy to find. Parked overnight and walked short distance with bags to hotel. Lots of restaurants, shops and sights walking distance. Email communication was very clear and helpful. Downloading google maps offline was a great option. Spacious room on the first floor. Easy access via lift.

The hotel is in suburb location. Staff were very friendly & attentive. The room was big, spacious and clean. Breakfast were served as al carte but plenty of choice and eggs/omelettes made to order.

Only downside was air con it was either on full on blast or completely off but that didn't ruin the stay and we couldn't figure out how to work the tv.

The location was very good, right in the middle of the old town and the rooms were very comfortable. We had a tour early in the morning and they prepared a breakfast box for us to take!

The cleaning of the rooms was lacking a lot of effort and there was not much variety at breakfast. Also, the air conditioning was hard to regulate. A little bit pricey for what you get.

Lovely small hotel, wonderfully located right in the middle of the Old town. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, all staff were friendly (not the case everywhere!!) would definitely recommend. Would also recommend Minja who we were put in touch with to arrange our trips.

Slightly frustrating there wasn’t any late checkout available but we appreciated it is a very small hotel with only ten rooms

Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, the bathroom clean elegant with a power shower. The breakfast choice was wide ranging and tasty, the location, at the heart of the old town perfect. On top of that the staff were helpful and charming.

The only niggle we had, was the that the air conditioning was quite loud, so we had to choose between a rather warm night’s sleep, or a noise disturbed night’s sleep
