The room is relatively small but cozy. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast consists of usual hotel food, but the dining room is warm and nice. Many non hotel guests (couples or families) visit the hotel for lunch which I really liked.

There is no hotel reserved parking so good luck finding a parking spot. Yes, you can park in the nearby side alleys or streets but when you carry luggage it might be a problem. We were lucky that both times we arrived at only parking lot, which was full, someone was leaving so we took that parking place.

This hotel deserves all the praises it can get and at least four star rating, because it is amazing in all its segments. Everything is spotless clean, interior is completely new and nicely designed. I would especially like to point out the following: 1. Hotel restaurant The restaurant offers amazing food at great prices. Everything on the menu is authentic dalmatian food, with lot of fish, risottos and pasta. All the dishes on the card are prepared with great technique and amazing flavours and textures. As if that wasnt enough, they make their own bread which is super soft and tasty! Congrats to the chef and I warmly recommand risotto with lamb. Just as a comparison, we wisited another restaurant in Zadar which has Michelin recommandation. The A'mare restaurant offers much much better food and overall experience. 2. Staff The staff is extremely professional and at disposition at all time. Waiters at the restaurant are very tentive not to keep guests waiting and they showed great effort to meet all of our needs or special requests. They are fast and keep the tables clean and desinfected all the time. 3. Housekeeping The room was super clean, every single detail in the room looked freshly cleaned, even the bin. Spotless clean! Every day we got new sheets and new towels. The room itself had all new furniture with huge cozy bed and mattress. Definitely great experience at hotel A'mare!

The hotel is absolutely fantastic..it so deserves more than a 3 star...the location is 10 mins from the old town..ok the area around it isn't the best to look at but its so safe and easy going...our experience from start to finish in the hotel was 10 out of 10..staff were so helpful and friendly..the breakfast is five star...something for everyone...rooms are perfect..bed sooo comfy..spotlessly clean..all toiletries provided...we would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Zadar🥰

Only thing I'd like to add.. if there was a bottle of water in the room when one arrives ..but that would be my only little thing

We didn’t always have our rooms cleaned. We had 2 rooms booked and one of them wasn’t cleaned 2 days running, even though we asked for it to be done. We stayed for a week and the breakfast was exactly the same every day, they could cook to order.

Breakfast was excellent, really good choices - room was quiet and very clean. Pillows very comfortable ( I’m super fussy). The only problem was the air con- I wanted it cooler and it was operated centrally, not from the room and then when we stayed a week later they had put the heating on so we has to turn that off but couldn’t have cool air. Don’t be put off by the location- it’s a 10 min max walk to the old town and it is great for Ubers etc as they don’t have to go into the old town. Staff lovely and really helpful

Clean, modern hotel with a very nice bar restaurant and terrace area. Rooms were on the smaller side but with a large comfortable bed and a great shower. Storage space was a little limited as the wardrobe rail runs from front to back (as opposed to left to right). Breakfast was very good (self service buffet) but as has been mentioned by others the coffee from the machine isn't the best ever. You can purchase better coffee from the bar at a reasonable price. The location is very convenient for arrival and departure being less than a 10 minute walk to the bridge that takes you across into the historic Old Town area of Zadar. Don't be put off by the appearance of the immediate area around the hotel on arrival. It's in an odd spot really, tucked between a couple of residential apartment blocks that are a little tired looking. We had no issues whatsoever. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. If the rating scores had halves I would have given it 8.5.

Breakfast was ok. Variety of pastries, nice selection. Room was good. No noise and air conditioning working perfectly. Good Location near the old city, around 10 minutes walking. Free parking near the hotel around 4 minutes walking. Staff was really great. Natalie was amazing and very friendly.

All of the staff - every encounter was exceptionally pleasant. Breakfast is perfect Although the room is small, the shower is big and very nice. If an opportunity exists, I will stay here again.

1. Non-refundable policy that is unforgiving even if circumstances are not within the control of the customer. All the pleasantries inside the place is tainted by the hotel's choice to not concede even when the customer provides substantial evidence of hardship. 2. Euro Cup championship seating should have been better considered. Several interested groups were placed in undesirable locations simply because they only desired drinks. While groups ordering food and disinterested in the game were placed in primo viewing spots. The venue is too nice to not flex on policy for special events. Dinners should have been placed outside and away from the TV whilethe TV volume should have been. Up. Oh, excellent bartenders that evening!

I recently stayed at this brand new hotel, which offered a clean and comfortable experience. The breakfast, while standard, was excellent. The hotel's location is nearly central within the city, although parking around the facility can be challenging due to its placement within a residential area. Fortunately, I found free parking just a short 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, especially accommodating our needs with our baby and providing a kinderbed. Overall, it was a delightful stay

Unfortunately, despite booking a late check-out option, the hotel staff forgot about it. Consequently, the power in my room was switched off 2 hours earlier than it should have been. When I approached the reception to inquire about this, the girl attending was rather rude, stating that it meant I should leave without even checking my booking details. Although her colleague later checked and apologized for the oversight, the experience left a negative impression, and I chose not to stay any longer at the hotel

The staff were all fantastic and polite. The team at reception were great. Quick and easy checkin! I believe it was Bruna(might be wrong on her name) who served us lunch on arrival - great job, service with a smile! The food was fantastic, and the portion sizes were fab, with excellent value too. Clean and modern hotel all around. The breakfast setup was top-notch - hot and cold buffet with lots of choice. Tad confusing on arrival as we didn't know if we could just sit anywhere or had to be seated. Gave our room number to staff who seemed confused before he told us we could sit anywhere. It is not situated in the best of surrounds - not the hotels problem as such, but surprisingly, the local authorities didn't try to clean it up! Dirty, rubbish on the grounds outside of the hotel, and run down buildings. But it still felt safe and we had no issues. A short 10-15 min walk to the old town and about 20mins to the bus station (4mins in an uber costing about €5). Best to use Uber for local taxis. Better rates. Hotel offered airport transfer for €35. Uber was a good bit less.

Room small, very basic - no water or tea and coffee facilities. Aircon kept us awake because it kept randomly making random grinding noises and didn't seem to really cool our room down. Bit of a smell of stale water in the bathroom. Only stayed the night so didn't raise it with staff. Were never asked for feedback when checking out!
