This hotel deserves all the praises it can get and at least four star rating, because it is amazing in all its segments. Everything is spotless clean, interior is completely new and nicely designed. I would especially like to point out the following: 1. Hotel restaurant The restaurant offers amazing food at great prices. Everything on the menu is authentic dalmatian food, with lot of fish, risottos and pasta. All the dishes on the card are prepared with great technique and amazing flavours and textures. As if that wasnt enough, they make their own bread which is super soft and tasty! Congrats to the chef and I warmly recommand risotto with lamb. Just as a comparison, we wisited another restaurant in Zadar which has Michelin recommandation. The A'mare restaurant offers much much better food and overall experience. 2. Staff The staff is extremely professional and at disposition at all time. Waiters at the restaurant are very tentive not to keep guests waiting and they showed great effort to meet all of our needs or special requests. They are fast and keep the tables clean and desinfected all the time. 3. Housekeeping The room was super clean, every single detail in the room looked freshly cleaned, even the bin. Spotless clean! Every day we got new sheets and new towels. The room itself had all new furniture with huge cozy bed and mattress. Definitely great experience at hotel A'mare!

We didn’t always have our rooms cleaned. We had 2 rooms booked and one of them wasn’t cleaned 2 days running, even though we asked for it to be done. We stayed for a week and the breakfast was exactly the same every day, they could cook to order.

Breakfast was ok. Variety of pastries, nice selection. Room was good. No noise and air conditioning working perfectly. Good Location near the old city, around 10 minutes walking. Free parking near the hotel around 4 minutes walking. Staff was really great. Natalie was amazing and very friendly.

What I like about the property is, it is brand new. The price is reasonable and breakfast is included. The location is not too bad, 15-20 minutes walking distance to the old town . There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel and they had a Bosa Nova band during the week we stayed there. The staff are very helpful and speak very good English.

The hotel is located surounded by blocks of neighbourhood. The front of the hotel is an empty concrete pad and is not well maintained, thrash are lying around. Our bedroom a deluxe double is very basic, no tea/coffee making facilities, no luggage rack, although there is a wardrobe but you cannot put your suitcase in there because it is not big enough for a suitcase. So our luggage is just sitting on the floor.

We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. Great location close to the old town, small but cozy and modern room, welcoming and helpful staff. Breakfast is good and the food at the restaurant is delicious too, portions are huge.

Just one small thing - if you go to breakfast at 9.30am it is difficult to find a free table and you have to wait and probably sit on unclaen one. It happened so that we set on a dirty table and I asked the lady who was cleaning the one next to ours to clean our table too afterwards but she snapped back at me that she cannot clean two tables at the same time. I didn`t asked her that, just to do it after she`s done with the other one. She never came back and we had to find clean cutlery ourselves and eat on the dirty table. Apart from this situation all of the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the ones at reception.

Hotel was fine reception staff welcoming and pleasant. I was upgraded which is always nice to have! Hotel was pretty new so everything was in good condition. Nice bar/restaurant next door or part of the hotel. I have been to a number of hotels and most have a very poor AC system so a cool room is often difficult. This room was great and the system worked and allowed you to turn it down and have a cool room. Makes all the difference to a good night sleep.

The lighting in there bathroom was poor mirror light not enough to really see. Luckily I didn’t have to put make up on! One central might want quite enough. It didn’t ruin there experience but more light would have been better!

The hotel is all new, very well decorated and has nice staff. The restaurant is a must! We ended up going a few times while in Zadar, best food we had in Croatia. A receptionist recommended a few restaurants in the old town, but they were very full and crowded (and had SO many smokers), that, thankfully, we decided to head back and eat at the hotel.

The location was a 8-10 mins walk from the old town, but in a very unpleasant neighbourhood. It worked for us because we drove out of town on most days and needed a place to park a car. The rooms were the smallest we've seen in Croatia, but I'm sure they have bigger ones.

-the staff is amazingly nice and very attentive -very clean hotelrooms -modern furnishing -the size of the room is enough, only the bathroom is very small and impractical -location is perfect for visiting the old city and ocean -breakfast is 10/10 (even lactose free milk)

-bathroom very small -location is nice to reach the city BUT the hotel is surrounded by very old apartment buildings seens very run down area not necessarily nevative just for info - weird & loud noises at night even though we turned the power off, there was drain noises, beep and rattle

Very comfortable rooms with enough space for families with children (Bedroom + small living room). Breakfast was very tasty, and everyone could find something even for little children. Standard coffee was included in the breakfast and for special wishes it was possible to order coffee from the bar. The location is about 7-8 minutes away from the old Town by walking.

No hotel dedicated parking spot however it is not difficult to park close to the hotel. The district is not really an eye catcher but at least shops and grocery stores are close, as well as the old Town. The hotel is not well suited for baby trollies as there are only stairs to the main door.

We had a very pleasant stay at A'mare. The hotel is brand new, modern and very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with many choices. The dining area very cosy. Our room very clean with big shower, comfy beds, no street noise at all! The hotel is very close to the old town and walking distance from Kolovare beach and the bus station. It could easily be 4 star instead of 3 star hotel. We would choose to stay here again in the future.
