I live in Germany and travelled to Zadar for a 3 day stay with my Mom who is a pure vegetarian and doesn't even eat eggs and fish. Everyone at Villa sky did exceptional things to get things for my mum. From preparing her portion separately to finding her vegan things that she can eat, they were just splendid! Matea, Tata, Paradip and Anamika treated us like family. It was so nice to sit with them later in the evening and talk about our day over coffee or Cola. I have travelled to so many places in Europe but the hospitality of this place is unbeatable. This gave us kind off feel that we would get bacaak in India. Their place is a small, cozy 3 star place but thats the beauty of this place, that lets them give you personalized attention and care. Matea is such an amazing host, she also gave us useful suggestions to make the most from our trip, she was even organizing some of those for us. From the delicious humus to sapornic, she could find delightful vegetarian Croatian cuisine for us to try. My mother and I are still hungover their gestures, kindness and love. People at Villa sky all in all established an overall impression of all Croatians as very kind for us, it was a memorable experience for us.

The staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival and on departure. It was a sizable room with and excellent bathroom with a great shower , which was most welcome after a day's travelling by bus and on foot. The room also had a balcony with seating which was a pleasant surprise. Large bed, a little too hard for me personally , but my wife and I both slept well. Location wasn't too central but a 30 minute walk took us to the city centre and the seafront parks and walkways, and to the old town which was stunning. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Bed matress was a little too hard for my personal liking .

Matea was a great host at Hotel Sky, good energi, very helpful and sich a Nice person. Also the couple in charge of breakfast and room cleaning were so friendly and helpful. We were a family of 13 People’s, so we occupied nearly all of the hotels 11 rooms. The hotel is very intimate, so the hotel staff and Their hospitality is very important. The rooms were very Nice. Even though the hotel was quite far from the center, No problem using Uber og Bolt. Peace and quiet was more imporant. All in all our best recommendations!

Excellent customer service. We received a warm & friendly greeting. The room was ready so they allowed us early entry. They provided a map and details of where we wanted to visit and even sent a link to our phone for ease. Huge, comfortable bed and wonderful large walk-in shower. Tasty breakfast, the staff could not do enough or be more friendly.

There was nothing we didn't like. I suppose a pool would have made it perfect. We knew it hadn't one when we booked so it was fine. It is only a 3 minute drive to the beach so it didn't matter.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff truly exceeded our expectations with their exceptional friendliness and willingness to assist us in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine smiles that made us feel right at home. Our room was nice and spacious, the bed was comfortable. We also asked for a bed for a child and it was delivered shortly. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport (Uber fare of 8-12 euros). The walk to the beach takes around 20 minutes. From start to finish, our stay was marked by the genuine friendliness of the staff, their eagerness to assist, and the overall positive atmosphere of the hotel. We would eagerly recommend this object to anyone seeking a delightful and comfortable stay.

We arrived a bit late, however the check-in was quick and we could get fast in the city centre by 5 min Bolt ride, 2km. The room was very spacious and had many storage options, as well as balcony. Bathroom was modern with good light. The host was very friendly and had many recommendations. Parking right next to your window and area quite silent.

The breakfast was average, fairly limited, but with good coffee. Maybe cleanliness outside rooms can be improved.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, nestled in a quiet area of Zadar. The location was good, just 20 minutes on foot or a 5-minute drive from the vibrant old town. Our room was clean and serene, featuring a spacious balcony that provided a nice space to relax. The staff were consistently kind and professional, enhancing our experience with their warm hospitality. We also appreciated the convenience of free parking in the hotel's private area.

Everything was great about this hotel. We had a superior deluxe room on the ground floor with a terrace. The decor was lovely and it was incredibly clean. The bathroom was huge with a gorgeous walk in shower. It met all our expectations and more. Even though the location is out of the Old Town, it was within walking distance to a fabulous restaurant (Riva - recommended by the hotel manager) and within walking distance to supermarkets. The staff were incredibly friendly and were attentive to our needs.

Perhaps a room safe? Our key had our hotel name and room number on it - if we lost it, someone could gain access to our room quite easily. We would have felt more secure storing our personal items in a safe.

The room and overall facilities were very nice and cozy. The layout of the hotel is great and the breakfast is plenty. Location of the hotel is great if you're in a car, a little far away if you're planning to walk though. Breakfast quality was very good but the selection limited.

While there IS parking onsite, there are only 6 parking spaces and 7 hotel rooms ( from what I counted ). Meaning that if the hotel is full, someone won't have a parking space and on this trip that someone was me. I specifically chose this hotel for the parking as we had a more expensive car and wanted it to be safe in private parking, in the end I parked it about 5 min walk from the hotel, I just wish this was something that was mentioned before.

The villa's location is excellent. It is close to the main road which is quite easy to find. It is just about 5 minutes drive to shopping malls nearby and 10 mins down to the town. The staff was delighted to help giving information of the surroundings and also lifting our luggages to the second floor. The room was spacious with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet, a balcony and a "chatting room". The TV set was big like 60 to 70 inch. The only negative is it would be better if there is a dressing table in the unit so I could have had smoother dress up in the mornings. In short, we enjoyed the stay in the villa and Zadar very much.
