Scenic location at the top of the mountain. Nearby hikes and view points and are walkable (but strictly not with the stroller). Huge parking space and a very comfy and cozy restaurant where you can opt to sit outside as well (if weather is ok). Good breakfast and the restaurant also serves local dishes. Though we only stayed for 1 night as a stopover but it was the perfect start of our vacation right in the middle of nature.

The hallway is a bit dark and need more light. The Wifi should be extended to the rooms as well though the reception did provided me with an additional router to just plug it in the room. As internet these days are necessity so it would be much more appreciated if it is extended to the floor/room etc.

It was warm and cozy place where to stay, The waitress guy was very welcoming and friendly We are vegetarians so he cooked vegetarian breakfast for us Thank you for that !:)

My card payment didn't go thru because receptionist lady kept tapping my card and it kept declining I said here I have to insert it that's why it's keep declining but she kept saying no that's not a problem, Give me another card. So I had to use my credit card for that. Atleast give me to try but kept declining , Not so nice I would say so. :)

Its a really nice Hotel where you get a nice Appartment in the middle of the firest on a Hill 25 to 30min from Zagreb by car. Also possibilities to take a Bus. The stuff is really nice amd helpful. The breakfast is good and the restaurant even better with really good proces for the portions you get. So I can only recommend to stay here.

Hmmm difficult to say, could go and look for the small things like a light in the living room didnt work. But it wasnt so bad. And in the shower they only had a bathtube without a protection so for big people it can be very wet after a shower in the bathroom... but all in all it is definetively No critics. I really loved to stay there.

Stayed here several times, and liked it Every Time. The location is very nice, the apartment was Spacious and Comfortable. Staff is friendly, and Breakfast it Excellent (and Good Coffee!)

heating was on which made the aptmnt a bit hot a first. Swiched off heating, opened window. Had a Very Good Stay! There is no real dislike to this place: I can recommend these apartments very much.

the staff is perfect! they helped us carry 5 big suitcases into the apartment when we arrived in the evening, they showed us everything, made me feel immediately at home and gave us recommendations on where to go and how to get to the park. at the ski resort. Super jakouzi and sauna, inexpensive and very generous restaurant, deserved a 20/10

The location was superb! Access to the Sljeme restaurants, hikes and forest is perfect. The stay was a perfectly peaceful and nature rich experience. The views from the windows and balcony is truly lovely.

I was hoping to see a little more focus on conservation of the Medvjedica mountain range and the Sljeme peak. These considerations could be very engaging for local and foreign guests as well as respectful to the mountain reserve. The water took quite long to run hot when we took a shower. I felt wasteful of resources to use so much water waiting for a hot shower. We are from South Africa where water is a very precious commodity.

Location was wonderful as it is in the middle of a forest. Breakfast open buffet was rich enough. The oportunity to use the swimming pool in a close hotel was great to have.

Some of the beds were making noise, they can be replaced with new ones. First time visitors can be informed that the way climbing the mountain is a one-way road.

Very friendly staff, very good restaurant, very nice and big appartment all fast on the top of the mountain.

The only fast road to go to town Zagreb for 20-25 min with a car is closed from 8.00 until 17.00. We were obliged to take the other road that takes around 50 min to go to the centre.

Big comfortable, clean and warm apartments. Good food at the restaurant. Close to ski resort on top of sljeme. Staff is very friendly.

Jacuzzi tub water was kept at 26 degrees which is not what you would expect from a spa. This was one of the main reasons why we booked this place. It just doesn't make sense to have a cold jetted tub at a ski resort when you're in the sauna room. It was really uncomfortable.. I hope they take care this because I actually liked the place and the staff was super friendly.

Very cozy, family atmosphere, spacious apartment with all the basic things, warm and everyone re nice. Spa zone is just enough to rest and enjoy while out is cold. Nice breakfast and good restaurant.

Bed and sofa were very used, loud when turning or moving while sleeping, not to much comfortable, could use new madracess.
