Extremely well located in the very heart of Zagreb (just note that Uber will drop you off at a few minutes' walk from there). The bars (indoor and on the rooftop) are very nice and from my room I couldn't even hear the noise, though the staff nicely offered some earplugs just in case. Instead of a dormitory I was given a three-bed room, very much like a hotel's, with ensuite facilities and free towels.

The only thing I didn't like was to be given a three-bed room to share with just one male guest for the first night of my staying: I think more attention should be paid to bed assignment because it could have been very uncomfortable for -say- a younger girl to find herself alone with him (a shared accommodation is usually shared with many more people, just two could prove dangerous).

I stayed in this hostel for 6 days. I want to say that you need to judge this hostel by its shortcomings, because there are very few of them. Let's start with the location - great. 2 minutes from the central square, a free night club for residents, a cafe with an unlimited buffet for 10€. Service - excellent. Towels are changed every day, as is cleaning in the room. The only problem is that the light bulb by the bed did not work, but this is insignificant. The rooms are clean and safe. I liked everything very much, I will come back here again.

I really liked everything about the hostel—great location, perfect if you want to hang out. I fully recommend it for socializing. However, if your plan is to sleep and rest, this hostel might not be the best option. It gets quite noisy at night due to the Bunker One Club on the ground floor, and you can hear the noise throughout the night. Additionally, once you make a reservation, they send an email informing you about the disco bar and the noisy environment

I am so happy with this hostel, everything is really good

Exceptionally well located and well equipped for a hostel. Our twin room was spacious and clean. The hostel includes a bar and rooftop lounge making it a perfect place to cap off the evening. Staff were extremely pleasant and friendly. If you don't mind the potential for a bit of noise at the weekend, I can't recommend it enough.

The bars and basement club operate club nights in the same building on Fri/Sat. The noise is not super noticeable in the rooms but something to bear in mind depending on your sleep preferences.

The hostel was just on the main square it was amazing, it was very clean. I had booked a bed in a 6-bed mixed dormitory but eventually they got me in a 4bed dormitory for free with only women. As a first time solo traveller it was really good for me. The bar was indeed very noisy but I couldn’t hear anything at the first floor, the most annoying thing was the tram but after a while you get used to it. The most important thing for me was the bathroom which was really clean, spacious and with hot water!

Nothing everything was great

The atmosphere is awesome. Very near the main square, so you can enjoy everything. I liked it because you get to meet other people and travelers and share experience together. Also the bathroom was clean and it was alright stay for the money. If I have to stay in Zagreb, this is the best option for the money.

Because it's on the main street, there's always something going on outside which you hear very well. When the night clubs are working from wed-sun is harder to fall asleep. When you enter, you need to pass through a bar and a cafe and smells full of cigarettes at night. Also the smell gets everywhere besides your room.

You can find a lot of nice details in this hostel - the lockers are large, there is a small table and the lower beds has there own little drawer. The bathroom is small but also nicely done. The kitchen in the hostel is small but very well equipped and the roof garden is nice to sit and have drink. The earplugs you get as an offer is a good idea but they didn’t helped. Bering close in the center was very good - and the public transportation system brought you directly to train or bus station.

The air condition in the room was noisy and I had the feeling it didn’t worked well - it was always to hot. The ideal how they installed the beds are rustikal but they still shakes are made some noise. You couldn’t hang up your towel anywhere in the room.

Location,personel,atmosphere of being welcomed all the time. This is the best hostel or one of the best ones I ever been to. I feel at home here every time. They even upgraded my room without of charge because I arrived from a long journey. Don't look further this is the place to stay in Zagreb Highly recommended for any type of stay if I can say again. (Thanks for the room guys)

Absolutely this place is managed without any mistake, place to learn how to run own hostel

We were treated with so much kindness by the receptionist mika? I think her name was that my memory is awful as is my spelling. We got given a private room which was so amazing as we have both been slumped with travelling lols. The rest of the hostel is lovely very lively if you enjoy going out and drinking I would say. A lot of people smoke in the hostel but that didn’t bother us as smokers. The free entry to the club always a plus and with free towels each day. 10/10 would 1000% come back.

Not that I didn’t like but the music was loud throughout the night and the morning but it didn’t bother me as much.

The hostel is one of the coolest places I have stayed at, and that includes hostels, hostels, resorts and castles! It’s more of a hotel than a hotel, and I ended up sharing a twin room with only one other person, rather than a dorm. The room was lovely and comfortable with a modern bathroom. What was even nicer was that the hostel is attached to a cafe/restaurant/club with lots of indoor plants and a rooftop! The staff were also lovely and made it very easy to check in and check out.

Nothing. The only negative feedback I can provide is more constructive rather than negative - I wasn’t aware that the hostel was more like a hotel and that I was going to share with only one other person. It was actually a lovely surprise though, as my roommate and I got on really well and I thoroughly enjoyed chatting and sharing with her. The only other thing is that the shower cubicles are on the small side but that didn’t bother me.
