The location at the Beach was wonderful, the breakfast was well prepared and tasteful. We really liked the gym next door which was also available for the hotel guests to use, they have very nice classes and nice facilities.

Unfortunately the swimming pool got green water in the last days of our holidays, so we didn’t use the pool those days. The airco was a very big set up for the room, so it wasn’t easy to control while being in the room. It was loud and not able to create a soft air flow, which was directed right on the bed. The parties on the beachside are quite present, so better bring earplugs.

Property is close to the beach and is really clean.

Beautiful surroundings, very friendly staff, great facilities. We had a great time swimming in all the salt-water pools and hanging around on the beach. This is a great place to relax and enjoy the sun, sea and sand. Everything was clean, except some ants swarming our coffee maker. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion etc. were provided and smelled great. EU plugs and our final shower after check out were very much appreciated.

Small annoyance was the construction going on next to our cabin, but the property is big enough to enjoy your time elsewhere and they started and stopped working on reasonable hours, so it was fine.

The only thing we didn’t love about our stay was the bed. We really did not like the two twin beds pushed together and the mattress toppers that had pilling on the top of them. Since it was two twins pushed together and the bed wasn’t a normal size, they used just a flat sheet instead of a fitted sheet and it kept coming undone. Also the mattress toppers seems old because there was a lot of pilling on the top of them that you could feel even through the sheet. I would just recommend that they invest in some new mattresses :)

The location was beautiful and the landscaping was stunning! The pool outside our room was magnificent. The staff was welcoming and attentive. The resort was safe. The beaches were clean and there was ample parking.

We needed to ask for hand towels and bath towels on more than occasion. We got a beach towel that had tears in it on two separate occasions. They cleaned the room and did not replenish the toilet paper. In the bathroom there was dust all along the windows and the corners of the bathtub. The bathroom door kept opening by itself after we closed it.

Great breakfast for a fee. Great location at Mambo Beach, private beach and private lounge bar, great choices of food and beverages at the beach, ocean water at the bay was calm like a pool. Just excellent experience.

the only problem was the loud noise during party nights. At least our suite had an inside bedroom, so we kept changing room during the week we stayed. For us with a small child that was not very good.

The location is great. It’s near all the beach clubs and restaurants. They have pool entrances to all the rooms. And I felt safe being a solo traveler. They had security and the property is clean and well maintained.

2 things i didn’t like. 1. There was a sewer problem stench in the bathroom that would not go away. Yuck and 2. The cleaning people “removed”/“stole” my sneakers out my room. I had them in a plastic garment bag and they weren’t in my room the next day when i tried to check out. I don’t want to accuse the cleaners of stealing but I was disappointed items were missing from my room.

The staff was amazing! Lisa and danish were excellent!! 10/10 in service. Everything was a dream!!!! The pool, bathrooms, the great coffee, the have showers for guest, we checkout at 11 am but we had a late flight so we stay at the beach club and enjoy the rest of the day and they keep our luggage in a store and the have showers and restrooms for those cases.

My bed, it was 2 twin bed together and I request a queen bed size. And the offer me a taxi for my arrive but the taxi never show up, thank god for a good man who take us to the resort.

The luxury suite with private pool, the value for money, the location with three beach clubs. Very convenient and the staff were super nice. Loved the beach beds automatically reserved for us every day and the weather was perfect in Curacao. The staff went out of their way to procure coconut water for my child

My kid would have enjoyed a more communal pool option too but it's not a big deal.

Rooms were nicely decorated and looked pretty recent. The various pools and tropical plants give a nice sense of privacy. Staff was great and very helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay there.

there is quite some construction work happening around the hotel at the moment so can become noisy during the day
