The location is ideal. I did not have a car and the city sights, museums and restaurants were within walking distance. Mambo beach is 10 mins taxi drive away and about 40 mins walk back. The suites are well kept and properly furnished. The bed was very comfortable. The view was great. The poolside food was very good. The staff at the hotel were particularly helpful and kind, especially Cailin at the Reception desk. The staff are also very kind to the fauna around the location. I spent more time at the hotel than outdoors on this trip (probably 60%) and the time at the hotel Enabled me to relax in a quiet environment. Yet, when I wanted I could go to the poolside bar to relax in a fun atmosphere.

My expectations were met and exceeded. I am glad I selected this hotel.

I was luckily in one of the newer apartments at the back, which were lovely. It was a spacious apartment and the bed was very comfortable. Great kitchen facilities and amazing balcony. The staff at reception were very friendly and the cleaning staff were very friendly.

The door on my apartment didn't lock all the time, which made me quite nervous as a female in an apartment alone. I had to check my door when leaving, and there were several times it didn't lock. Also, there was no tea towel in the kitchen, and towels were taken from the bathroom but not always replaced during cleaning. Some of the bar staff need training, especially with cocktail making. Some of my colleagues were given badly made cocktails.

The location was super easy to find, and very close to CuracaoMarine where we keep and work on our boat, so this was very important for us. The place has a great history, it used to be an ice cream factory converted into a hotel, apartments and even a hostel, so something for every budget. The room was exceptionally large, with three beds, a sofa, table for two, large cupboard and a kitchenette. The AC worked very well. The bathroom was clean, the towels and bedsheets were changed regularly, the room was cleaned every day. There was a pool near our room, and a very large one designed like a beach a few meters further away, with a bar. The staff were incredibly friendly, they put up with us even though we lost our room card very often. All in all, it was the best place we stayed in Curacao and we would recommend it to everyone.

Only the shower in the bath did not have a hose, it was a fixed shower, but OK nevertheless.

This was a very impromptu destination as I was trying to get to a different country.. I booked last minute and stayed for 5 night's. Very quiet because "no children!" Breakfast was filling, happy hour from 5-6. The pool/ beach is a nice touch. Walkable to town (10 min). There you can shop at the floating mkt or mkt. Or take a $2 bus to anywhere. Reception will set up tours for you and you can get picked up outside gate. Very nice and I would stay again. I would give a 10 but the restaurant is only open for breakfast. But I could have cooked. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Would have loved to stay on property for dinner as a Solo traveler.

The pool and the bar is excellent, I loved the cave in the pool you were able to stay in the water even when was very hot outside. The stuff from the bar and restaurant is very friendly and helpful. It is a very quiet and friendly place and they have a small store too which is very handy. The receptionist helped us a lot with organizing trips, calling taxi and restaurant recommendation.

We did not have any beach at walking distance but we knew that one!

The village had good space, not all the staff are friendly , If it is a long stay, cleaning should be sooner and not every 3 days. They need to show and promote more the pool area , bar and beach

Location, modern interior, coffee machine ;) Close to the pool, free parking spot for each appartment.

Cleaning service always missed to provide or do something. Towels, hand towels, coffee, sugar, etc...

Great staff, great wifi, great location, great urban beach, great breakfast, clean spacious room

More power outlets would be great. Sometimes the shower temperature was great but some days the water wasn’t hot enough.

The location was perfect for us. The staff is friendly and is rightfully proud of their hotel and customer service. The urban beach is incredibly well done, a place which truly allows you to unwind with a cold beverage from the bar with your toes in the sand. Love it.

Found it to be quiet and safe

There is a restaurant area which only operates during breakfast hours. Outside of that if you need something to eat you will have to walk about 15 minutes into the center for food. there is also a mini kitchen where you can cook.
