The hotel has a great sea view location and very close to the Nissi Beach, the rooms are big and there are many options for restaurant in the vicinity. We only took room & breakfast, which was the same every day, but with good options

The furniture is a bit outdated, but clean

Now that we have stayed at the hotel we can say that some of the negative reviews we read here are somewhat unfair. It's true the hotel is a little bit dated, it's true the indoor pool is not heated, but does that all really matter when you have great location, cleanliness, quality food in variety and abundance and super helpful and friendly staff? People focus too much on the negative side of things: - Yes, the gym is packed with machines and it's hard to walk around, but what people should be focusing is on the fully equipped gym! - Yes, it's not exactly beachfront as you have to walk a couple of meters to get to the beach, but what people should be focusing is the hotel is just a 5 minute walk away from Nissi Beach, the best beach in Cyprus! Also worth mentioning, the in premises store is open until very late ours and it has a bit of everything including food, drinks, clothing, toys, souvenirs.

Spacious one bedroom apartment well prepared for the stay of four people (2 adults+2 kids). Kitchenette with basic utensils. The hotel is located right on the sea shore, between two beautiful beaches within a walking distance. The area is quiet, the view on the sea beautiful. Meals (we chose half-board) were tasty and abundant. Staff very friendly and helpful. Daily cleaning and changing of sheets and towels. It is not in the centre of Ayia Napa, which means less people, but there is a bus stop nearby, so it is easy to get to the nearby tourist spots. Two nice outdoor swimming pools, lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as complimentary beach towels, are a nice touch.

1. The whole hotel is a bit dated, especially the bathrooms, which are in dire need of redoing. The rooms have a bit of a moldy smell. 2. I like the idea of little buildings with four apartments each, but when somebody is staying upstairs it is really noisy (furniture movie, toilet flushing). 3. The food, though tasty, was not very varied. 4. We used the hotel restaurant for lunch twice, each time waiting for half an hour for a pizza, which, when it came, was nothing special. 5. The restaurant is too small for the hotel, which caused lines of people waiting to be seated for dinner - and we came in April, before the season was in full bloom!

It might not be the most luxurious-looking hotel in the area, but everything you get simply works and everything is very convenient. Very spacious room, kids' play area conveniently located in the garden, nicely working AC, decently large and comfy (nicely firm!) bed - nothing to fault here. The convenience store in the territory is also helpful. The location is quite perfect as well. Nissi beach is reachable by a 4-5 minutes walk through a beautiful coastal path; a few restaurants very close, many more reachable by a longer stroll. It also takes only about half an hour to drive to the beaches of the Protaras area when you want some variety in addition to Nissi beach. We also got to use the indoor pool. Very good selection of breakfast foods as well; all the staples available, including grilled halloumi; quality of everything seemed very good; some day-to-day variety. We only had lunch in the hotel once - on our last day, and were rather sad that we didn't try it earlier.

Perhaps the only thing that we weren't entirely happy with was the coffee at breakfast. Compared to how nice everything else was, it just sticks out. Also, the amount of coffee that you get from the machine is such that you are virtually guaranteed to spill some on your way to the table. But really, this is nothing. And it was far from the worst coffee ever; just not very good and not as good as everything else.

Nice smaller hotel with all the standard facilities; good breakfast (mostly the same every day but good selection); friendly and very helpful staff; good location - 5min walking distance to Nissi beach; 3min to high street with restaurants and shops;

Bad coffee (not only free version at breakfast but also paid espresso from the bar); we stayed in an apartment which was overall very good - the only drawback was limited number of cutlery/plates and no microwave; only plastic cups for drinks (during breakfast, at the bar)

room was cleaned and the towels were replaced every day. Additional, replaceable, beach towels were available at the site for free.

There were mosquitos, we had to keep windows closed. We booked a stay with a free airport taxi offer - and not to the last because of that - but couldn't take it as booking.com insisting on selecting our arrival flight, which, however, was not shown in the drop-down list. Hotel staff didn't help either, it actually misled us, postponing their feedback to the next day, when a free taxi offer was removed altogether. That spoiled out attitude big time, but blaming goes to booking.com.

It is the second time I spent my holiday here. This time I brought my parents, and they also loved it. I will highly recommend it to other people as well. The staff members and the location are wonderful. We will surely come for a third holiday.;)

The apartment was really spacious for two people and had everything we needed. Fully functioning air con! Most of the service desk staff were helpful with booking taxis and providing advice etc. Location is good - 15 min walk from Nissi Beach and a taxi ride from the centre. Really nice that there was a convenience store in the facility and a restaurant. Cheaper to book taxis via the hotel than on the apps.

There are no porters to help carry luggage and we stayed in an apartment by a steep narrow long staircase - I had to enlist help from my taxi driver to carry my very heavy bags down the large staircase. The lady at reception on the Sunday that I checked out was really unhelpful and did not try find ways to assist. The day we arrived a mechanic helped us take our bags up but he was not there on our last day.
