The room and the bathroom were big and clean. The room was well-equipped, and the terrace was amazing. The kitchen staff was very friendly, and willing to prepare ex. fried eggs the way I wanted ;) lots of courses that you can walk around and choose from.

One day I received a stained towel. (It wasn't a fresh stain but it was still off-putting) One day by accident the lady from the reception gave two gentlemen cards to our room (instead the room next to us). They came in while we were inside. It was uncomfortable. But the hotel rised to the challenge and gave us appologies with the coupon for free drinks, which was very nice. The spa area was closed.

Recently stayed at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience! Nestled in a quiet street, this gem boasts a magnificent and cozy courtyard. The apartment-style room was stunning, offering breathtaking views. The kitchen was superbly equipped, catering to all our culinary needs. The bedroom was perfect, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Everything was impeccably clean. The breakfast buffet was a culinary delight, featuring a wide variety of tasty options. An added convenience was the mini-market right in the hotel lobby. This place is ideal for a peaceful and comfortable stay, especially in January. We're definitely planning to return!

I stayed here for 2 nights. When I booked, I requested a south facing balcony to which they obliged. The apartment was spacious and clean. The furniture was of the highest standard which made for a very comfortable stay. On my last day, I asked to have a late checkout, the excellent staff sorted this out with no additional charge. There is a great gym. Pool and spa facilities. I work in Cyprus and have been trying out different hotels on my weekends, I will be coming back to this one again.

The property was closed to the beach, 10 min walk, close to the restaurant. Little kitchen, balcony, everything was nice. The room was clean everyday, fresh towels. Beautiful swimming pool and sun beds. 24h service, good breakfast. The was lovelly Italian Lady helping with breakfast. Nice staff at the hotel lovelly hotel to stay.

I don’t like the single beds, be nice to have double for couples.

We stayed for two weeks in January (off-season) and the first week was flawless. Starting next week, because the number of occupants of the hotel got low, the breakfast got changed from a wide variety choose what you want buffet to a smaller variety of options, which we first had to check on a piece of paper and then the cook prepared it and waiter delivered. I understand the step from the hotel perspective, but it was quite limiting for the guests. If you forgot to check something, or simply wanted more of something during the meal, you were out of luck. So just beware, that during the off-season, the breakfast may not be the experience you read about in other reviews. The gym had a lot to offer and we didn't lack anything in that regard. Spa treatments were really nice and we enjoyed them very much. The location of the hotel is great, even during off-season, there were great restaurants and shops open nearby. There's also a great promenade along the coast just a few minutes on foot. On some evenings, the hotel organized a special dinner with live music, where for 20 euros, we could choose from 2 starters, 3 main courses, and 2 desserts and also had half of wine bottle included. The food prepared by the chef for these was amazing.

Room was very comfortable, bed was one of the best I've slept on in years. Hotel itself has excellent facilities with multiple pools available. Water in the pool was freezing cold, but this was just due to the time of the year. Breakfast was superb, and ample parking available. Not a bad word to say about the place.

Some might prefer to be closer to the beach which was a 20-25 minute walk away, but it didn't bother me personally.

I highly recommend. Spacious and elegant rooms, large common space with nice terraces and swimming pools. Green and cozy area. We were there in April so we don't know how crowded it gets, we had the gym to ourselves and we were the only ones swimming in the pool (the water is not heated), so we felt very comfortable. Very tasty breakfasts, even vegans can find something for themselves.

This was my third weekend staying here. As it was my birthday, there was a bottle of bubbly in my room with a card. I opened the fridge to a cake and fruit. Jessica apparently took care of all these extras. I can't recommend this hotel enough. It is pleasant with a fabulous pool area. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Spa treatments and a well stocked gym are both onsite.

The suite was very nice, clean and well equipped, bed was comfortable. There was a balcony with a garden/pool view that I enjoyed. The pool was great too. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. I was extremely impressed by the variety offered for breakfast. There were plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans without doubt. There were options to join classes like pool aerobics, yoga, etc. On most evenings there was live music. The hotel had a mini-market open nonstop. I felt really great and I'm considering returning here. I definitely recommend it to solo travellers, as well as couples or friends. It's really nice and quiet. I had a very relaxing time there.

The closest beach was 1km away and it was not the most beautiful one in Ayia Napa, but still with nice waters and sand and very clean like all beaches I saw there. Nonetheless, it's not too far from other more beautiful beaches and there are nice paths along the sea to reach from one beach to another. Plus there are also buses that run very often and the ride was only 1.5 euro and a daily ticket was 5 euro. So I wouldn't say this is a minus rather a small inconvenience for people who want to be directly on the beach. But hotel is too amazing to trade it just for that in my opinion.

Great breakfast, nice and helpful staff, great apartment. We ordered 2 burgers at the restaurant and the kitchen forgot to prepare the second one (which arrived at the table a bit later). I really appreciate how they handled this: they apologised (even though it was no big deal) and offered us a drink on the house. Great customer service from the young members of the staff.
