The property is definitely 5 stars hotel. I like everything there. The staff was very kind especially receptionist Tatiana who helped us from the start to the end in any case that we need during our vacation, and Ivo who helped us with luggages and welcomed us with champagne and lemonade. We took only breakfast and it was very tasty with different varieties of food so you can find anything that you prefer to eat. The room was large and very clean. It was cleaned every day. The seaside view was perfect and very calm. 2 minutes walk to the beach and you don’t have to cross the road there is a walking path to nissi beach. The beach is also very clean but in case you don’t like the sea you can have your rest near the pool of the hotel which is also very clean. Near the pool there is a bar 1 cafe and 1 bistro. 30 minutes walk to the city centre.

Everything was perfect

My stay at this hotel was undeniably exceptional, earning top-notch ratings in every category, including the room, location, staff, services, breakfast, and restaurants. The breathtaking views of the sea and proximity to Nissi Beach only enhanced its charm. I want to extend my gratitude to Mr. Christophoros, the Operations Manager, for his outstanding professionalism and warm hospitality. Special recognition goes to Ms. Elena at the reception for her welcoming smile and excellent assistance. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every way.

1. It would be wonderful if the hotel could consider adding more lush greenery and trees around the swimming pool area to create a more inviting atmosphere. 2. There's room for improvement with some of the waitstaff (waiters) at the breakfast restaurant. They might benefit from additional training and increased awareness to provide a more seamless dining experience for the customers.

Beautiful new hotel with good design and location. Very pleasant and friendly staff, amazing view, comfortable room. For sure we will come back to this hotel.

The view was stunning. You can watch the sun set from the balcony. Don't think there's a better view point that over looks the pool, nissi beach and the sea.

A cat followed me from the road to the hotel. Some cat food for the guests would be great. If you're reading this please bring some cat food and feed my furry friend at the car park entrance. He is browny/black and skinny. Also I saw another cat with an eye problem he could only open 1 eye. If you come out the pool area and turn left you will find him on the foot path in around 5 minutes. Please feed him too.

The hotel facilities are wonderful, we particularly liked the pool area. The view from our room was splendid. We had half board and the food was delicious. A great variety of options both for breakfast and dinner, the latter had themes each day. Great gym. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Room cleaning could be a bit improved

This is a superb 5star hotel with perfect location just next to the most beautiful beach in Cyprus. Despite the fact that the hotel is basically 50meters close to Nissi beach where the parties are on all the time, the hotel itself is peacful without any bigger noise. The pool and the souranding is beautiful just as the room we had. The hotel actually is better than it looks like on the photos. The room is constantly clean thanks for the cleaning ladies, the towels are changed daily, the hygine is just perfect. You can stay longer in the hotel without having late check-out as You can have a shower in the Spa where there are lockers and dressing rooms.

Coffee! Unfortunately this is quite common in Cyprus that You can drink good quality coffee only in Costa or Starbucks. I dont understand why the hotels do not invest in high quality coffees. Even at the bar the capucino was poor together with the way too hot milk in it. I couldnt even swallow it. I would recomend to widen the variety of the food at the pool during the day. (eg.: nachos, hot-dog, etc,)

Great location, beautiful swimming pool, many facilities (tennis court, indoor pool, sauna, gym, multiple cafes/bars/restaurants), balcony with beautiful sea view. Great breakfast. Quality of food - very good . Beds are comfy, room was perfectly clean. We enjoyed our stay very much, thank you!

Jacuzzi/spa was for payment. Indoor pool is just a bit too cold. Beauty treatments way more expensive than in the city. Sun beds at the beach for payment. Wonderful breakfast is in fact the same every day and on day 4 it got boring.

- stylish interior - we were in a very noisy room but after complaining we were kindly upgraded to a mor quiet area of the hotel complex - rich buffet - very close to nissi beach - many varied restaurants close to hotel - free parking, some roofed - evening music entertainment until late hours; if you like it it's great, but some people may be annoyed because audible through closed doors - nice pool with enough sunbeds, not far from nissi beach

- agia napa is on the southeast most corner so drives to the western half of the island are very long - nissi beach is highly overcrowded, even outside of main season, there are no sunbeds reserved for nissi blue guests - we left before breakfast for a trip one day and requested a lunch box wich was very poor (apple and sandwich)

Simply a quality hotel from top to bottom. Almost every aspect was perfect. Service was always friendly, attentive and top notch. Our room was well designed, with digital panels to control all lighting and aircon both next to each side of the bed and at the entrance. The bed was comfy, the bathroom also great with a rainfall shower head with perfect water pressure. We also had a lovely balcony with a partial beach/ocean view. Breakfast was one of the highlights as well, as you simply couldn't beat the selection and quality. As the visitors here seem to be from all over the world, they do a fantastic job of having items that cater to many different styles of breakfast. The included sparkling wine and views out on the patio seating also added to an amazing start to each day! The pool was also lovely, with many sun chairs and spots around it to relax. The pool bar and its staff were also always very friendly and fun to interact with. Some of the prices were a bit high, but that being said the quality of the drinks were top notch. The Spa was also a highlight. At first we were a bit hesitant based on the higher prices, but once you factor in the entire experience from the sauna and steam rooms, to the private jacuzzi prior to the massage, it was actually great value. And of course Nissi Beach is a big reason we stayed. Though the hotel isn't directly on the beach, it's only a 5 minute walk down the path by the pool to get there. It fills up quickly if you are looking to rent beach chairs though so to get the best spots you will want to have an early breakfast.

Almost everything was perfect. The only thing I would change is the pillows they use as their default. They seemed over filled and wouldn't compress or sink at all which was very uncomfortable. Fortunately they offer a pillow menu and you can easily switch to a different option. Maybe offering a variety to start or something more in between would be best, but again it is hard to fault when they gladly offer alternatives.

One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because it had an indoor heated pool. But the temperature of the water was still cool and not pleasant to swim in. This was disappointing.
