The localisation is perfect. Just in the center. The room have been cleaned and the towels changed every day (not thursday and sunday). The swimming pool is very cool and big. There is a lot of young people in the hotel !

The kitchen miss some equipements like salt, sponge, dish savon, oil… The music is too loud all the afternoon so you can’t sleep after 12h. We had a problem with the fridge and the personal don’t help us.

Everything was very clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was also really good. I liked the pools too, Location was a little far from good beaches, but close to good restaurants. I would love to get shampoos and staff in the room

Location is perfect. Our room was also really nice and clean. It was overlooking the street so we didn't hear the noise from the pool. They were changing towels every three days and cleaning the room every second day. The food in the restaurant was good as well. Breakfast was pretty much the same but there were different things for dinner. When you are checking out, there is also a departure lounge where you can lock your bags for 2e, and it meant a lot to us since we had late flight. All in all, it was a pretty good experience and we would definitely come back :)

When you are at breakfast or dinner it looks like the staff is watching how much you are eating even though you paid for it.. No one is saying anything about it but they just leave such impression on the guests. Heard a few similar comments regarding this, so I would list this as the only bad thing.

Hotel has a great location. All great bars, restaurants and clubs are in walking distance. Rooms are spacious and modern. Staff is kind, you must learn to say good morning in greek when you have breakfast - Kalimera :). most of the guests were young tourists who in the first place came to party but there wasn’t much noise in the night. Hotel has a nice pool, we didn’t use but we saw guests who had a lot of fun there.

There was just one thing that bothered us. We found a cookie in a shower. I think cleaning should be a little more punctual.

Location and price were outstanding! Couldn't have asked for better value. Pool was nice, and food and drink prices were very reasonable (although I did not purchase any from property). It is right in the middle of everything, close to restaurants, bars, the harbor, and bus stops (for Intercity, Kapnos Airport, local, etc.). The room was also very spacious. The "Departure Lounge" was also great, had lockers for our luggage because we had a late evening flight, and was able to store it there until it was time to go to the airport.

There is some renovations that need to be done. The bathroom had been more recently update, but the rest of the room and furniture were well worn. The lighting situation was especially poor! Also, the kettle was broken, and there wasn't soap for the shower. There also was no comforter or blanket for the "sofa bed" in the living area, only an additional sheet to cover yourself with.

Good location, good breakfast (the same or similar every day, but acceptable). After a few days that we had dinner in Ayia Napa restaurants (so, so) we decided to take dinner at the hotel and it was the best decision. For 12€ only you get open buffet, food was very tasty and restaurant staf is the best part of this hotel.

During our stay at Ayia Napa there was festival of Medieval music so at the same time it was funny but very noisy. The bigest problem was very loud music from some night bars that we could heard even till 03am. Don't understand how is it possible. Unfortunately, the hotel is too close to the church so church bells at 06:30 and that was not pleasent at all. Hygiene: very, very poor. We had to ask reception several times to change sheets and towels after 4 days we stayed there. Cleaning lady is doing almost nothing in the room. 2 of 10 The worse thing was wifi. 1 of 10.

We were there at the end of August. The staff is great. Dinner is tasty. I would probably stay here again. Adapters for your chargers are available at the front desk. The pool is a bit different than in the photos, but the music and the bar staff are great! Cocktails are delicious. Overall very good value for our money. The hotel is very well located, very close to the square, and the famous Bar street. 15-20 mins of light walk to a very nice beach "Vathia Gonia", 25 mins walk to Nissi. Also there's a bus passing by every 15 mins to Nissi beach.

Seven days of the same so-called English breakfast is a bit too much. I wasn't bothered by it THAT much, but it would be nice to switch it around a bit during the week. Wifi signal was very poor.

We had a lovely stay here. The staff were great, working so hard and being super polite and attentive to everybody's needs. Though i worried about the food, there was nothing to worry, the food was soo good and everything clean and good quality. Food varied a little every day. Read some reviews here that the stuff was checking how much you ate but that was not true, we all ate as much as we wanted and they were super happy we enjoyed. We had super fast check in and check out. The lady at the reception was a sweetheart. Great location, in the heart of Aya napa right next to all the stores and night life.

If you have a longer vacation would recommend for a superior room. We had a standard one, in the old building. It was ok, only problem was we didn't have the room cleaned in 4 night stay and we really would have liked that, at least a mop and have the sheets changed. The cleaning lady did come and changes our towels. Overall, it was all great, i would return here 100%.

The room was super clean, the staff assisted very well and the location is in the middle of the hustle without the noise from the streets. small kitchenette added a great value. NEW rooms and comfortable beds and pillows.

the guests are mostly teenagers, they drink and start shouting in the middle of the night, there is no control or security on that. the towels were not changed and it would be great if there are toiletries, shampoos etc ...

Location was really good, right on the main strip. They had just a few parking spaces available. The balcony was huge, and the bathroom was very modern, air conditioning was working well and the glass doors blocked out most of the noise. The wifi worked well. Pool looked nice with party vibes but we went exploring instead.

Honestly the breakfast was not very good. The food was very boring and mass produced, just felt very cheap and we would have preferred finding our own breakfast elsewhere.
