Staff is amazing. Location also.

Suites located in the old building are not worth the money. They are large and spacious but need a refreshing. Breakfast is average.

Everything was very good. The location, the breakfast and the room too. We really enjoyed it.

Highly recommended excellent hotel near to local beaches with great customer friendly staff and delicious food. Excellent hotel with great staff. Customer friendly welcome, they made an early check-in into the room possible which I really appreciated. The hotel is in middle of the city center from which the local beaches and main tourist attractions are in a short walking distance. Hotel rooms are big and always clean & tidy. (Free parking is also an advantage IMHO.) It is worthwhile to book the all-inclusive package and to try out at least once the Harmony Spa facility. I can only recommend it. Food is very delicious (e.g. fantastic salad options; the traditional local chicken soup with lemon was also very tasty; and I would also highlight the fishes during lunch and dinner time). Waiters and stuff at the bars are always helpful and kind.

The location was perfect.. obviously it of season but hotel was fine.. Room was very comfortable.

I presumed a 4 star would have at least a tea bag/coffee etc for one drink or a comp. Water

Hotel is located at the center of Agia Napa, close to all restaurants, bars ,shops-Everything is walking distance Reception lady from Greece was very friendly, smiling and helpful. Breakfast is great with delicious foods Pool area and pool bar are amazing. Comfortable big room Food is excellent

New sunbeds and umbrellas are needed at the big pool area. More umbrellas are needed also there-every day overcrowded. Cleaning of the room and balcony needed improvements. Difficult to reach a taxi-you need your own transportation to explore island. Jaccuzzi at the pool area was not working for the whole stay

Big and good looking room, cleanliness, balcony, comfortable bed, welcome water wine and fruits, good breakfast, it has 4 restaurants and also a supermarket, in the city center close to the bus station, entertainment program whole day, pool, automated lights (interesting way to set DND for the room)

Coffee, same breakfast each day, would be great to have also a bottle opener in the room, the live music show in the evening is very loud depending where you have your room, shower head to be changed (water was flowing out from the end of it)

The hotel is located in an excellent location, My room was with a balcony overlooking the pool, I had a great view and the pool was also very nice, They have a friendly and attentive staff, Breakfast was good, with the usual standard variety of choices, I'm glad I chose this hotel, I hope I will rest with you again.... I would like to thank the members of the bar and the supervisor they took care of our kindness, They were very friendly ijaz, omer(v), hasmat... We had a great rest with 5 friends and had fun recommending everyone come here...

There should be better cleanliness in the hotel, I hope you will fix it, I would add a scale in the receptionist they refused me when I wanted to weigh my luggage the night before the flight (No problem it would just be more comfortable), I would fill the minibar in the rooms with small products and drinks and add a menu to the room ( MINI BAR ) it would be more comfortable...

The location of this property was amazing! Everything is walkable. The room we stayed in was beautiful very spacious. When we were leaving the ladies that were at the reception were very helpful. They helped us figure out the way to the airport.

On my last night at the hotel I was questioned about if I was staying there. Despite being seen by staff countless times my whole stay. The day I was questioned i think I seen and interacted with all the reception staff like 5/6 times as it was my friends birthday so I was trying to get things in place. (Male receptionist )

Room was clean, a good size and comfortable with great view of the pool. Housekeeping attended every day. Pool area was always cleaned. Great choice of cuisine from the restaurants connected to the hotel. Tried all but the sushi restaurant and were all very good. Breakfast was basic for a 4star hotel but if you have breakfast included, there was a choice of basic cold and basic hot breakfast which was ok. Staff within the main hotel were very pleasant and always willing to help. Car park was plentiful. Although the hotel is in the heart of Ayia napa, the hotel was quite peaceful and respectful. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Housekeeping were mostly short of either small or large towels or both. On 4 days of our 10 day stay I had to go to reception as the telephone system was not working in the evening and inform them. There was no system in place where Housekeeping will report the shortage and place them in the room later that day so guests wouldn't have to chase towels for their room. Some staff in the Bakery ( connected with the hotel ) were unhelpful and unprofessional. On one occasion I was refused to be served drinks although I was placing an order at 12.30am, as they claimed the machines had already been cleaned as they were closing soon. ( closing time was between 1am to 1.15am, depending on how busy they were I was told).

Breakfast at Avra and 10% discount at Avra, Frankie's and Japanease restaurant are good. Room size for 2+2 family was adequate, but but tight when extra bed is in use (not much seating space at the table). Helpful staff, still quiet (could be more noisy in the season), good location...

Not all facilities are open yet, just like in the entire Ayia Napa.
