Everything. It’s close to beach, and it is close to the city. You have a bus station by the hotel. You can rent the beach towels so you don’t have to bring yours. Staff is super friendly and always ready to give you needed informations and recommendations. Breakfast has good selection of food (eggs made in two-three ways, fresh fruits, yogurt- plain, with fruits, cakes in glass, potatoes, grilled vegetables, sausages, croissants, little pastries, salads, cured meats, three kinds of cheese, coffee and juice machines, sweet cakes and jams, sweet spreads etc…). Room is cleaned regularly, pool is super clean and is never crowded. At the beach you can rent two beds and umbrella for 7.5 €. We also visited Nissi beach, it is reachable with the bus, it comes every 10-15 minutes and it costs 1.5 € per ticket. We took Kapnos shuttle bus from airport to Ayia Napa for 10€ per person, 45’ ride. It was our first time in Ayia Napa, and we will be back next year at this same hotel for sure.

-kind and helpful staff -very clean rooms -good quality soundproff walls( we barely heared our friend's screaming baby, who were bext door) -very good facilities -under 5 minutes walk to the beach - 15 minutes walk to the party zone, so at night everything was quiet. We are really happy with our choice and can't wait to return.

Far enough from the busy night life to be silent ( 8 min walk ) but close enough to the beach! Perfect! Bus Stop to Nissi beach 70-100m distance.

There was something wrong with water pressure on the third floor, but not that serious and weirdly every appx 15th second you get a steaming hot wave in the shower :) No big deal btw!

Very nice hotel - new and clean. All our needs were fulfilled. Room was comfortable and offered (as described) partial sea view. We requested additionally the highest floor available and we got the highest (5th) floor, which we liked a lot. Staff very nice and helpful - they even has printed a bus schedule for us. Good location - walking distance to "Love Bridge", many beaches and marina.

Everyday on the breakfast they offer the same meal choice.

Such a beautiful clean hotel .it looks very new hotel .what I like very special is the location of the hotel which is a bit far of the centre ,it means that the Area is quite, meanwhile the walking distance to the centre is 7 minutes walking. Gaia Sun N Blue Hotel definitely impressed me. It is situated in a great location in Aia Napa, so getting around was super easy. The municipal beach being just a 5-minute walk away was a major plus for me – no need for long treks or car rides to enjoy the sea. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Cleanliness was on point and everything you'd expect to find in a good hotel room was there. The reception team was super helpful throughout my stay; and a big shoutout to Olesia, standing out for her friendly approach. I also want to give special credit to the Managing Director, Petros, who apparently pours his heart and soul into the hotel. His dedication to maintaining a high standard of service and his genuine care for the well-being of his guests really set Gaia Sun N Blue Hotel apart. We are frequent travellers and have travelled to so many destinations and stayed in different hotels, but this stay has been THE BEST so far. The Hotel is clean, the staff is very professional and friendly and the food is superb. They have two pools. One inside, the other one is outside. Both of them are perfectly hygienic, The main motto of the hotel is to make the guests feel comfortable and happy. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who wishes to travel to Ayia Napa in Larnace, no matter, whether you are alone or with a family. The location of the hotel is great. The beach is around 500m away from the hotel. The supermarkets are available. For the evening stroll, the Ayia Napa square offers lot of activities. It was overall the one of our best experiences. The rooms are pretty and comfortable. The pool area is clean and nice with a bar with food options as well. The beach is close by and there are shops right outside. the main street in Ayia Napa is only a 5-10 minute walk. We had a really nice stay here for 9 nights. The staff are super nice and good people. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Ayia Napa.

There should be a bit more variation on the breakfast buffet from Day to Day. It was still very good though, just got a bit repetitive after many days.

I've stayed in this Hotel with my friend for 8 days, and it was an amazing experience! The location is great, 3 minutes walking to the Pantachou beach, 5 minutes walking to the center of Ayia Napa, that have a lots of bars and shops. The Hotel is very clean, the staff is very careful and always available to assist in everything. All of them are very friendly. The food is great, with a lot of quality. I don't have anything bad or less positive to say, just that was amazing and I want to come back. A special thank you to the owner, Petros and his family for the great hospitality! 🇵🇹

Always great to return. Rooms are spacious and exceptionally spotless and a great buffet breakfast assortment. The outdoor swimming pool is another great feature where you can just relax in the beautiful clean pool. Most of all what makes this property so special is the staff. The entire team are super friendly and helpful, always there waiting for you with a smile. Thank you so much Petros and your entire team for always making us feel so welcome and at home.
