Great Hotel, really good air conditioning even when it is super hot outside.super spa with jaccuzi, sauna, indoor pool, nice outdoor pool, really beautiful gardens with even a superb fish pond where you can take a walk or relax. Breakfast leaves you with no wishes, very much choice, even champagne. Great, big comfortable, quiet rooms, we had one with amazing sea view and a balcony.amazing own sand beach where you reservere your sunned for the whole stay. It is possible to change it if you want another place on the beach. We can recommend on the "hill", just a little above the usual beach. Really stunning view on water an beach from above. Also great: you can order via QR code drinks and food directly to your sunned. The location of the hotel is perfect, a little outside in a quite erea, but still close to a lot of bars, Restaurants, shops, so you just go out of the hotel and there you can find everything...and only about 10 minute walk or so to the city of Ayia Napa. We had only breakfast, so no idea about evening dining in the hotel, but the city offers so much so no need for us for evening dining. But there a evening buffets with shows(greek night for instance, and you can book them) for only like 20 euros per Person. We highly recomand at least once trying them, great buffets.

Air-conditioning was working strangely.... cooling but keep turning on and off.... First day towels were fluffy and amazing after room service we got old towels that should be taken out of service Too bad the late night room service was not operating even though there was a menu in the room

Really liked that our beach had its own sunbeds which we could reserve, made the stay at the beach much nicer and more comfortable.

I didn't like the bathroom in our room, it wasn't as clean as it should be. Breakfast could be improved as well, there weren't many sweet options (except of some crepes which were really bad and didn't taste like crepes at all...) and no options at all for vegans or people with lactose intolerance.

Overall very nice, beach was lovely and theo rebooking if beds very convenient

Pool attendance could be more active other than sitting in their phones. Pool beds not cleaned well and setup poor due to pool attendants not fixing beds and replacing used towels.

Grecian bay hotel exceeded all our expectations. The hotel has its charm to make you feel home and yet be on vacation through their outstanding services. The staff are very attentive and friendly (which is very unusual for me to complete a 7 nights vacation without complaining about something /someone 😂). The beach, facilities, breakfast were great. We didn't book the Half board because we wanted to try out the restaurants within and outside the hotel (which was a great idea, tons of great restaurants are available within walking distance too from the hotel). We had an amazing time as a family in this hotel, in fact we already booked our next trip to come back in 2022! ❤️

We enjoyed our stay. The staff is friendly and attentive to details. I really liked our room (Bungalow room) as it was close to all we needed: indoor and outdoor swimming pool, kids playground, private beach and food facilities. We could reach everything without using elevator or crossing the main hall.

I didn't really like the rule about booking a sunbed in advance for the beach area. But I guess it may be useful during the top season.. The waiting time during the dinner was extremely long, we had to leave without main dish, we only had salads and desserts .

Fabulous location, on the beach but close enough to walk to restaurants and bars. Clean, Seaview rooms big and beautifully furnished. Lots of space around the pool and the option to choose loungers which will be reserved for the duration of your stay until 10.30am each day..no mad rushes at 6am...breakfast was good, staff polite and professional...shop onsite had lots of pretty things....as well as some essentials and sweetie things.

Maybe a little pricey but so worthwhile!

We booked a family room, spacious and comfy for a small family. The location of the room on the ground floor was convenient. Breakfast is good, pools are clean, location of the hotel is great.

The room cleaning could be better, it felt like the housekeeping don't use any detergents while cleaning the toilet. Also, the moving around of the staff in the hallways with the large carts was noisy especially very early in the morning. Ramps in the hallways should have a rubber flooring to reduce noise.

great location very close to restaurants and shops, private very comfortable beach, the system to book the sun-beds while your stay, cleanliness of the entire hotel, the temperature regulation for the hallways after the sea you don’t freeze:)
