Great location for where we needed to be. Very modern hotel and very clean

Beds weren’t the most comforter and breakfast had a limited selection. Some desk staff weren’t the friendliest but putting this down to a culture difference, weren’t as welcoming as you would expect.

I visited this hotel again this year as I had a nice experience last year. I love how helpful the staff are especially Negin who was super helpful in all situations. It's also central in the city so you could walk around. There are a lot of good restaurants around.

It's a distance from the beach. It takes a while to get to the shore on foot but it was manageable. There were a lot of mosquitoes but to be fair this part was not the hotel's fault rather than its closeness to the pond.

I read all previous reviewers and was not expecting such a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, polite and fluent in English, Persian and Turkish. The room had an electric kettle and a cup which was much better than what I read in previous reviewers. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were really great, and a good range of different foods for different tastes were available. Room service was always available. Two bottles of water were supplied every day.

More shampoo and hygiene products could be provided. I preferred if the electric plug for chargers was provided for free.

The hotel is located well, though at the time when we visited, the whole district was literally under re(construction) like majority of north Cyprus. Probably the hotel will become the novel centre point one day ;-) the hotel was fully operating, but it felt like it’s not finished yet…e.g. the huge terrace is empty - no plants, only two tables…all the balconies are empty - no chairs, no tables, nothing. Still, the hotel has a charm but probably wasn’t finished yet. The breakfast was amazing, very diverse, fresh ingredients and of high quality. Price/performance was great! It’s just like the hotel is not known and not fulfilling its full potential.

The room offered a fully equipped kitchen (stove,microwave, fridge etc) but no cutlery, no plates, no Glases … nothing. The room offered plenty of storage, (almost) too much. It feels like the rooms have been equipped with furniture just to fill the rooms. The Quality of the furniture (cabinets only) seems to be very cheap.

The location of the hotel is perfect, on the main road which leads you to the old town of Famagusta. All of the shopping possibilities are next to the door and also restaurants. The Hotel is new, just 2 years ago they opened it. The rooms are big enough. For the Breakfast, everyone will be finding something. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful.

No small lights at the bedside (but you can see them in the pictures), it will be nice to have something like that. The bathroom is too tight you don't have space to turn and the place toilet. Omg, how stupid someone was ( room 913)

It's a nice hotel and the staff are nice,breakfast is good.

The single room has a very small bed, and the room has enough space for any size bed, I was here for 3 nights,drinking water is a problem here, I had to call room service to bring some up the first night ,on the second they brought some up but on third day it was non existent, it is what it is ,thanks.

We stay 2 days in this Hotel, it was nice beautiful experience. The hotel facilities are good, hotel is new and clean, our room was with amazing view. I would like to mention very helpful, kind receptionist Asisa. She is very kind, friendly, professional and speaks so many languages (Russian as well, very good). She helped us to arrange evening activities, gave great recommendations for restaurants, was very helpful. Thank you, I would like to recommend this hotel for staying in Famagusta

The staff was soo nice very helpfull..rooms was soo clean very nice and big shower room was massive..the room cleaners cleaned every day clean towels bedding ...the breakfast was lovely and fresh every day we loved staying at this hotel and we will recommend 👌 👍

Wasn't anything that we didn't like everything was perfect very happy with our stay

Everything was nice but there could’ve been a little bit more of a variety to the breakfast. Our room was very nice and spacious however as it was located on a busy road there was a lot of noise at night of people partying and loud music! There were lots of takeouts and restaurants on the same road as the hotel so buying food was not an issue. We had Turkish tea and cheesecake from the hotel which was very nice and we would recommend this to others. Staff were ok but would have been nice to have more interaction with them - I think this was due to the language barrier. Beautiful Glapside beach (5-10 min drive) not too far from the hotel very calm, clean and relaxing environment - if you are looking to go when it’s quiet then the best times will be between 9-12pm as after it does get a bit busy but still very nice to visit :)

We would have liked having a swimming pool and gym as for the money we paid we expected more facilities at the hotel. Also there was just one lift so you had to wait for a while to get up/down (we were on the top floor 9)

Beautiful hotel,clean,the room was very nice and spacious, we like the bath as well,and the food was nice and fresh .

The bad could have been bigger and more comfortable, considering the size of the room.In our 2 nights staying the room was not cleaned or the towels changed . The refrigerator was not cleaned and we found leftover from the previous stay...
