Staff was above our expectations, the infinity pool, food (Best Chéf from Bulgaria 🇧🇬 😋), animation team. Rooms was big and comfy. I recommend this resort only for families with small kids and for elders! For teen couples i recommend only resorts from Ayia napa (every day and night we took the bus to Ayia Napa, during the days we took it for their beaches and during the night for their nightlife.)

The beach in front of the resort isn't matching our expectations and it don't look like in photos provided by hotel on booking.

We had all-inclusive which included all meals and a lot of drinks. We were blown away by the quality and variety of food for every meal, so even if you're a picky eater, you won't have any problems here. As for drinks, the variety was great and we wouldn't add anything else. The rooms were nice and clean, the furniture and decoration is not new, modern and fancy, but it goes with the vibe of the entire hotel. The AC in the room is great and you can control it. Beds are super comfy. They organize activities every day except Monday and you can participate in beach volleyball, water volley, water polo, darts, pilates, yoga, stretching, and much more. There's also a space for kids, but we traveled as a couple so I can't say a lot about that. The hotel provides towels, and adapters for the power plugs in rooms if necessary, they are very accommodating and what we really appreciate is that last they let us keep our all-inclusive bracelets even after check-out and have lunch/drinks. We checked in very late on our first day and skipped a meal, so it was great that we could have a meal on the last day of our stay even after check-out. Also, when we checked-in, it was almost midnight so they left sandwiches, fruits and drinks in the fridge. There's also a beach right there, however, all beaches in Cyprus are public and you need to pay for sunbeds. The beach in front of the hotel is pretty small, it has a narrow entry, but you can swim a bit further out, and then you have all the space you need. If you don't like it, you can walk 5 minutes from the hotel to the next beach, which is also beautiful.

The location of the hotel is good, there are a lot of shops around, but if you want a central Protaras location, this is not it. The hotel is 2km from Protaras, HOWEVER, there's a beautiful path along the coast that leads your right to Protaras. So you can take this nice stroll to Protaras. Also, this is mostly a family hotel. We were there for 7 days and there were not a lot of children (we got lucky I guess :) ), however as we were leaving a lot of families came. So if you're looking for peace and quiet and not a lot of kids, maybe this isn't the right hotel for you.

Lovely location, good food and friendly staff.

Our room was dated and a bit dirty which was a shame given the cost.

The food variety, presentation and standard was excellent. I would rate the best standard of food for all inclusive holiday ever!. Prompt re-fill of food containers, loved the themes and was still able to try and appreciate tradition local food to Cyprus. Waitering Staff were excellent and always professional but friendly. Even the night porter was so very helpful and supportive to us. Prompt service to offer drinks. No extensive queses experienced for all inclusive establishment. Felt there was a very relaxed atmosphere.

Small sugestion - more easier placing of plates/bowls and cutlery to assist with the flow to the food courses in the restaurant/buffet.

the meals were always really good, the animation was really good to entertain the kid but also the adults. the facility is really nice and the beaches nearby are beautiful.

The room furniture is quite old and the style is basic. due to the legal hour setting the darkness came quite earlier and an adjustment of the activity schedules would have been good. the pool water is really cold 🥶 the beds were not really comfortable but still fine.

Excellent location with nice beach access Great variety and tasty food, lot of drink options Impeccable room cleaning service Incredible animation team Amazing massage

Very minor things as suggestions for improvement: -no lamb as meat, watermelon wasn’t fresh -getting a sunbed was like Hunger Games -animation team should not provide this much late-night entertainment, I felt that it was a way to save money on inviting external performer for each night

All the meals was fantastic, each day i thought it couldn't get better, but it did. The food was alot better than other 5 star hotels in the area. The villa apartments are basic, clean, comfortable and quiet. The could do with a little vamping up, but nothing to be majority concerned about. The entertainment was fantastic, great crew, who try to entertain each age group. I'd recommend to family/ friend. worth it. we will be returning one day. In addition the location is right on the beach, great location for a Broadway walk . lots of pretty sites

The rooms needed a little vamping as previously mentioned, however it didn't make much of a problem. Few minor scratches and small things needing doing. They could probably add 1 socket to the same ring as the fridge so when you remove the magnetic key which switches the power on its stays live (to charge the phones etc). Small pet hate for me. TV need updating if you want TV, however with the location and so much going on its not necessary really

A great hotel with all inclusive facilities. Good to see the menu varied throughout the week and the food was great. A nice boardwalk available for a walk into Protaras (slow walk was 50 - 60 minutes), with choice of bars and restaurants along the way to break the journey. We went early season, so not a lot open in the local area, but the potential is there if you want a walk out to break away from the hotel.

It's Cyprus, I get it. But the pool in the early season was a bit chilly - not sure if heating is available? Evening entertainment focussed for the family, but once that was complete, some music in the background would keep the atmosphere going - very quiet otherwise.

This is the place where you want to come again. The hotel is very clean and cozy. All the staff are very hospitable. It’s ideal for families with children. The restaurant deserves special attention. I want to say thank you to the chef. The menu is always very varied and tasty. The restaurant is perfectly clean. All allergens are noted. Entertainment team is also very friendly and active. Warm regards to Fabio and Marco!

Sea/beachfront location Delicious food and snacks (including healthy options and treats) Friendly and hard-working team of staff Large/spacious apartments Zumba and aqua aerobics Exceptionally clean Two large pools All inclusive option superb value for money Food in fridge on arrival following late flight (thank you) Pool lifeguards Guests from lots of different countries Beach towels and dressing gowns supplied.

Rooms are a little dated (but immaculately clean and spacious) The animation team is fabulous and hardworking but I’d welcome more variety for the children in the evening (it was the same mini disco every night) and some premium/external acts per week. The evenings didn’t quite work for us. I have a wheat and soy intolerance and soy seemed to be a LOT of dishes. That said, I still managed to devour lots of delicious dishes and I had the best crème brûlée I’ve had in my entire life! The two main pools are both deep, so not ideal for children who can’t yet swim. My little boy is 8 and couldn’t stand up in the pools.
