very noisy in the morning not very welcoming stuff at breakfast : miss Nataliya from the breakfast is every time upset and never smiles. i don’t know why room with hot bath must be renovated as it looked old and old fashioned

The location of the hotel is excellent, one minute from Finikoudes Beach, on the second row of hotels. The view from the room is pretty average for that area, but the view from the top floor restaurant is very nice (full sea view). Basically, the hotel is in the middle of everything - beach, old Town, main bus stop, commercial area, port, supermarkets. The building itself is nice but the rooms will need a refresh soon - on the plus side, everything works well, the staff is very helpful (amazing cleaning team), It's a good deal for the price. And, as a "bonus", they surprise us on my wife's birthday with a special "welcome pack" .Nice touch.

There is really nothing to complain, for us it was better than expected after reading most of the comments. Will I come back ithere in the future ? Yes, it's hard to find something that nice for the price and for the area.

A hidden gem. That's the best way I can define this hotel. I travelled solo to Cyprus and relied on bus network for displacement, week between Christmas and New Year. Achilleos is close to everything (including lots of wonderful restaurants) and yet conveniently removed from the agitated and noisy Promenade. The quality and comfort of the accomodation were very good; Achilleos is by far the best cost-benefit relationship I've seen in a LONG while. Good breakfast with fresh fruits every day. Last but not least, the staff was extremely polite and helpful.

Suggestion only: breakfast could be set 30 min earlier (7 am), which would help those going to the Zenobia dive.

Absolutely the best 2-star hotel we have ever been to! Amazingly clean, and the reception staff was very helpful and friendly! The rooms were very comfortable and clean. They changed the towels every day! The breakfast was above and beyond. We`ve been in way worse 3-star hotels. Will definitely recommend it to all our friends, etc.

All was amazing except one Russian lady with a ponny tale hair in the breakfast room who looked unfriendly, and never smiled nor greeted. We had a feeling that she counted the food that we took from the shelves :) Other personnel were great and friendly! Please do not mistaken it with the other blonde Russian lady which was smiling and friendly.

We were surprised by the comfort of the room. The furnishings were excellent, the balcony on the ground floor with wooden blinds invited you to spend the evenings. The reception was always staffed and very happy to provide information. The breakfast (orange squeezed juice!) was a delight. We also made extensive use of the beach stay here during our 14-day stay in Cyprus. We paid €7 for 2 loungers with a parasol. There are many restaurants in the immediate vicinity where you can eat well and inexpensively.

There are no real points of criticism. The evening pedestrian noise quieted down around 9 p.m. We can't report in detail what the parking lot is like - there are a few private parking spaces in front of the hotel and there is probably also an underground car park - there was an entrance anyway.

The hotel isn’t directly on the beach but very close to it, like 3-5 minutes by walk. The rooms are very nice and in mint condition. They clean daily and air conditioning is available. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast is delicious.

The constant malfunctioning of the coffee machine at breakfast was becoming funny sometimes. It wasn’t really an issue because there were always someone from the staff to help with it, but maybe it’s time to buy a new one 😃

We like the warm welcoming into the hotel and the décor was nice and modern. The room we had was nice and spacious and we appreciated the little amenities it provided. Shaver set, toothbrush, slippers, water, tea, coffee, towels etc. The breakfast was fantastic with a mix of sweet and savoury continental style. We felt the quality was actually a little better compared to some of the higher category hotels we'd actually been to, from those similar dishes. Freshly squeezed orange juice, you could drink by the gallon of it. It was a perfect place to end our last day in Cyprus. p.s the little gym they had was much appreciated for a quick workout.

Excellent location with modern rooms and bathrooms and good free toiletries! Great breakfast with local specialities and freshly squeezed orange juice (just be there early enough to get the freshly baked cheese and cream pies). A pretty view to the beach from the top floor breakfast room. All in all, definitely recommended!

The sound isolation isn't good, so you can hear everything if people decide to be noisy in the corridor (though luckily the traffic noise isn't a problem because this is a quiet side street). Also the hair dryer works only for a couple of minutes at a time, then it stops completely.

Large room with plenty of space for luggage, small living room and a medium-sized bedroom that had a balcony with table and chairs. Bathroom was narrow, but everything worked well. Very close to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars, but quiet at night. Easy access to public transportation options.

The mattress was too soft for our taste and sloped toward the center for the double bed. The balcony looked out over a somewhat run-down vacant lot.

The breakfast was very good. The view from the panoramic terrace is very beautiful. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and cooperative, making their guests feel at home. This place is located literally just behind the beachfront hotels and in two minutes walk from the beachfront lane, all the restaurants and Finikoudes Beach. Still very quiet. In 5 minutes walk from the main bus station where you can get on the buses to (from) Larnaca airport and all the Intercity buses to (from) Ayia Napa, Nicosia, Paphos, Limassol. Great place. I would recommend it to anyone who is traveling to Larnaca.

There is nothing that I didn't like about this place.
