Perfect location. Nice apartments.

Not very cleaned room, somewhere were dust and someone's hears. Not really noticeable or inconvenient, but it might be better. And on pics while reservation the apartments looked more freshy and modern, in reality they weren't as new as we were expected.

Great location. The owner of the apartament is very nice and helpful.

Cleanliness! This apartament was simply filthy, not up to standard for welcoming new guests. During our 5 days stay no one cleaned, the cleaning lady promised to come "tomorrow" and did not show up. Fortunately there was a broom and mop on the balcony, so I could at least clean the floors there regularly.

Excellent location, close to the boulevard yet quiet at night. The bed was very comfortable and large, and the rooms were spacious. The kitchen was fairly well-equipped, and the self check-in and check-out process was seamless. Communication with the owners was clear and efficient. Overall, a very reasonable accommodation for the price, with thoughtful additions like a good baby chair and cot.

Unfortunately, the kitchen smelled of cigarettes because the previous guests had smoked inside. I understand that this was something the owner could not have anticipated. Microwave in the kitchen would be handy.

The location of the Levante boutique apartments is excellent! Having a self contained apartment within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping district, tourist attractions and other amenities was a great bonus. I would chose to stay at Levante again when I visit Larnaca. The staff and management were also great and approachable which makes a huge difference when you are away from home for a long period of time - as in my case. I felt very safe staying at this venue. If you are travelling to Larnaca for work - or working remotely, the WiFi is incredible! Seamless connection with no break in continuity during lengthy online meetings!

I think the apartment would have benefitted from the addition of a microwave, for those of us who prefer speedy meals!

Everything, from the owners to the location was great! Angelika and Varnavas greeted us very nicely and we had a fonderful stay there. Apartment was really nice and good looking with fully functional kitchen and had a lot of small electrics devices. Overall I would recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Larnaca.

The location of Levante Holiday Apartments was excellent. Shops and restaurants nearby, and a five minute walk to the beach. Entry into the building to collect the keys was seamless. The apartment was clean and spacious, well furnished and had a lift which helped with baggage. I also used the laundry room to catch up with washing which was great. Good communication from the hosts and we were helped with restaurant recommendations and where to park the car for a very reasonable fee.

You could hear some noise and people moving around from other rooms. Not sure if it was from upstairs or next door.

It is exactly like in the pictures. The apartment is located in the center, just a few steps from the beach. It is very well equipped and clean. The interior design is very nice. you have a balcony where you can also find a dryer. The host was very kind and responsive to our needs. You also have parking, it is right in front but you have to pay around 13€ per day. Our stay was a 10/10🥂

Everything was perfect

The location was excellent! Close to the beach and restaurants but still quiet at night. The apartment was spacious with two small balconies. The hosts were very responsive when asked questions and even recommended some good restaurants that we tried. My flight landed early and I was given early check-in which was great after a night flight.

Maybe a hook for the hand towel in the bathroom or a little table to put some toiletries but we managed without it.

The location is great. Near the beach and many spots in the old town. The flat is in a building run by the owners. It was very nice to be in a suite! The balcony is cosy. Off season now, there were some works across the street. But with earplugs, the noise wasn’t disturbing. Overall, great experience and easy check in.

Overall all was nice. A suggestion for others — make sure you wash the dishes again before using. There’s no dishwasher. So you rely on how well the previous tenants cleaned. In our case, we found some lipstick on glasses and traces of dried out coffee in cups. Good we spotted and took care of it.

Spacious, clean, well furnished, super comfortable.

My view was of a wall, but at least that made it private!
