Food is fine, beach is ok, pools are relatively small, gym is top notch, dining venues are superb

The level of service was far from perfect except in the gym. Staff in the main dining venue should be trained massively. Lot of small issues that doesn't match the FS brand.

Decor and design of the hotel was very pleasing . Loved the adults only pool and the fact that it is not adjacent to the kids pool . Beach was lovely . We took the half board package . Breakfast and dinner were consistently good with quality food choices . We all remarked at how friendly all of the staff were , nothing was a problem

I think the beach view rooms are too expensive . We chose a garden , street view room on the 6 th floor which was fine but from the moment we booked we were being asked to part with an additional $A300 per night just to have a beach view that’s over $A 1100 per night and we were there for 6 nights . Big city pricing for an island state seems a bit rich . Many of the guests were British traveling on £’s , much more reasonable for their currency .

EXCEPTIONAL!! First of all, the service that was offered exceeded our high expectations. From the moment that we entered the hotel until the moment that we checked out of the hotel, we had an excellent service experience. All of the hotel's staff members (cleaners, staff/assistants, managers etc;) that we met during our stay, were happy to assist with anything and they were very pleasant! The hotel was super clean, luxurious and with a variety of activities such as indoor pool, sauna, steam bath and the gym (huge gym) ! I have noted that we had birthday celebrations (my fiancé's birthday) and they brought us a delicious cake & champagne to celebrate! In addition, they have upgraded our room from island view to sea view, for free! Also, I should also applause the Hotel's breakfast. It's like having a breakfast in paradise!!! They offer literally everything in terms of options : super healthy, lactose free, vegan, meat, fruits, live cooking pancakes etc; I believe that Four Seasons Hotel should be listed as the No. 1 hotel in Cyprus! We would definitely come back very very soon!

Weather turned out to fantastic - lucky in February. Great service everywhere. Italian restaurant Sera had amazing food, and Tropical restaurant - huge menu, and everything was great, especially the regional specialties. Also, room service was good - the food arrived hot! Special mention to Leria from breakfast and her team who looked after our extended family of 15 with attentiveness and supplied us with cappuccinos galore. Extra special mention to Maria from the management team, who went above and beyond to look after us - booking a table for 15, arranging a bespoke menu for our family, opening Sera for us an hour earlier. She even helped throw my 3-year old nephew a birthday party - complete with complementary cake, helium balloons and prosecco! What else do you need? Oh and winter sunshine!

I know we were there off season, but it would have been nice to be able to have service (drinks) by the pools or the beach. We had hot days, so lots of people were sitting reading/relaxing by the pool. Remember, 20 degrees is hot for the Brits, even though it's the Cyprus 'winter'.

First of all the hotel itself is breathtaking. The facilities are amazing and everything is nice and clean. The restaurants with different themes, for everyones taste with delicious food! The nicest and kindest stuff that think of every detail to make the stay more pleasant and memorable. There is a pool area for the adults, then there is one for the families with children, and there is a private access to the beach/sea.. Breakfast was exceptional! We met Andreas the manager who is extremely sweet and caring. Also Antonio the bartender/waiter at the Beach Bar who was very nice and we enjoyed spending time there when he was around!

The beach is lovely and they thought of everything, we just felt that the shore should be “cleaned” more often or more detailed because of the grass that was making its way there every time there were big waves.

The tv did not have much to offer entertainment wise as they did not have YouTube or Netflix Not all restaurants open yet. The Seasons Oriental restaurant was a disappointment. Very small portions sizes while prices were astronomic and the taste was only just good but not outstanding. However the food offering for dinner from the tropical restaurant and Uber chic vista bar were both really satisfactory and to a high standard!

The cleaning service was great. Very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff were also very nice and helpful. The adult pool was relaxing. The food was great. Staff did a great job at making me feel comfortable as I was a solo diner.

Vasilis at the gym was not very friendly. I had guests coming to visit me and spend the day at the pool. They reported he was rude to them and made it difficult for them to join me at a nearly empty pool. My guests are native to Cyprus and understand there is a fee associated with spending the day at the pool and they were willing to pay. He talked down to them and made the process difficult. Eventually they were able to join me, but this is not expected from a Four Seasons. Also I found it awkward that I would go to the gym daily and Vasilis would lead me to the gym and throw a towel to me as well as a bottle of water which I did not need. It was an unnecessary/ unwanted “service”.

Lovely hotel, service was exceptional and very clean. Restaurants and bar were also very good.

The beach is not what you expect in Cyprus, but still okay and sandy. If it’s a pool break you are after then it’s an exceptional hotel, and you can still drive a reasonable journey to some of the most amazing beaches.

It’s a very well equipped hotel, what was exceptional were the team I’ve never come across such engaged members in a large hotel. Every single one was a delight. The receptionists were always really helpful. Spa team were amazing. Kristine was very helpful. Having professional, quality treatments and decent proper massage in a hotel is a big rarity in a hotel. food was exceptional - Chinese restaurant was best I’ve had ( always book ahead as all get very busy! )
