The bath was stuck after the first use (the water wouldn't go down). We contacted the staff and got an initial response but no follow up and no resolution, so we couldn't enjoy the bath for the second night. No luggage storage on site. The staff was kind in offering us to store the luggage in a coffee place nearby, but we feel that it is safer to have a locked room for storing luggage after check out. Not a problem in our case but it should be noted that our room was only accessible by stairs, which can be a problem with heavy luggage.

This is an apartment with no staff, entrance being by key pad codes. The codes were sent in advance and entry was smooth. Due to flight delays we arrived late in the evening but were able to find a next door cafe open for some food. There is no restaurant/cafe at the property but a good range of places available for breakfast. The room was spacious and very clean and quiet. We only stayed one night before moving to our villa but the property would have been suitable for a longer stay.

Great location for exploring the old town. Beautiful building inside with original features. Our bedroom was big & spacious and included sofa, fridge and unit with kettle. The bathroom was very big with original tiled floor, bath and walk in shower with great water pressure. Really comfortable bed. Nice & quiet when going to sleep.

Small things - Smelled of cigarettes like previous visitors had been smoking. No instructions on how to lock our room door when leaving. Took a bit of trial and error to figure it out!

Excellent location, close to many local taverns and bars. Very clean and modern room, smart TV with internet and Netflix Shower had a very good pressure Bed was very comfortable

Parking- We had a problem with parking as we went there during a super high season period, however we were lucky to always find the last spot. Kitchenette- We would like to have a small kitchenette with a toaster to make a small breakfast- plus a small table with two chairs to sit and drink/ eat. There is only one kettle and one Nespresso machine.

The location was excellent, near all the shops and restaurants. Just outside the building was a coffee place where we bought coffee and pastries every morning. And 50 meters away was a really nice restaurant called Onar. Easy to check in with a keypad in front of the building and a keypad for our room. The room was very clean and everything is new like in the photos.

There was no chest of drawers. Nowhere to put our clothes. Also only 4 hangers provided for the 2 of us. So basically we had to keep all of our clothes in the suitcase for the 3 nights we stayed there. I now see online that some other rooms in this building have chests of drawers. Maybe just ours did not. We stayed in the Deluxe Double Room with Balcony. Also our apartment #8 is next to a church and the bells started ringing very loudly at 6:45 am on a Friday or Saturday morning. We stayed 3 nights but heard the church bells only once. Beware, there is no elevator in the building. No problem for us, but maybe difficult for someone with mobility issues.

Everything was great. The room was comfortable and very clean and spacious. The air con worked well, the fridge worked well. The cleanliness was great and the staff cleaning were lovely and non- intrusive. A bag of clean towels and coffee pods was provided after the second night. We had a lovely quiet room near the courtyard at the back. It was very close to good quality restaurants etc. while still being quiet.

The room was very spacious and large with amazing design. Very pleasant to stay, with a lot of windows and light. Everything is new and clean. There was a coffee machine and a Mini fridge. There is a roof you can climb to, with not much in it but you can see an amazing view. Also there is a cute garden in the back of the building.

There weren’t enough towels (2 large, 2 small, one for legs). The sheets were not so good, you couldn’t get the blanket into something, and had to sleep with a large sheet and a blanket on top. Also they gave only shampoo and soap together with no conditioner. There were also some renovations and building in the area (on the roads, not in the building) so it was hard to get bolt or ober, but there is a big bus station near by and we walked to the beach area by foot.

- very clean room - spacious - modern with a nice and simple decoration - central location (within walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops and clothes stores)

- no reception in case we needed to ask something or for any help - some surrounding streets are a bit creepy at night, even though it's very close to a main road that has traffic and a lot of people walk there - parking is very hard to find

we had a very nice stay in the apartment. the apartment is located in the center in a quiet street, 2-3 minutes from all restaurants and bars. we took a taxi from the airport for 45 e to the apartment. Tombs of kings is a 15-minute walk from the apartment. The municipal bus station is a 10-minute walk from where we went to Ayia Napa by bus. check in (entering the apartment) is with the code you receive the day before arrival. the owner allowed us and offered to leave our luggage after check-out in his Second Cup cafe for safekeeping, which is a 2-minute walk from the apartment. that was great because we only had the bus to Aya napa in 4 hours, so we left our things there. we also had an excellent breakfast in the cafe, so I recommend breakfast there too! the apartment is very clean and comfortable :)

The location is great. The room was clean and comfortable with a good shower.

There is ZERO sound insulation so we heard every tiny sound from the next room. The coffee machine was a bit glitchy so managed 1 coffee from the 4 pods available.
