Close to centre .. very nice location, quite and safe area. Female solo traveller and felt very safe there.

Had ac dripping all night!

Location is a big plus, the receptionist is very helpful and friendly. The building looks nice from the outside.

Unfortunately we were allocated on a groundfloor where is a big problem with hot water in a winter time.This was not ignore by them,anytime when we have raised the problem with hot water,the man from reception desk came and check and after some time the problem was solved by the service. However it is uncomfortable to not able to have a shower in at least warm water after all day of walking,climbing etc. There was no hot water at 8 pm, 10 pm,even in a morning, one day we had to wait until 11 am to have enough warm water.We had to match our time spent away from the apartment in order to be back in time to not having a cold shower. It is really ridiculous to accomodate someone in such room while you are aware there is no sun to heat the boiler with a water for all apartments.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation as well as the hospitality and cordiality of the hosts. The only thing that was offered was an apartment, and we got a studio, honestly, well equipped with all the necessities that made our stay comfortable. Clean, tidy, beautiful. тhe location is excellent, it is not on the coast but it is relatively close, the Old Мarket (as they call it, actually a shopping center) is close, also LIDL, market. And also restaurants, of which I especially recommend one of the best n Paphos, Gustoso. I recommend it to everyone.

Everything was OK, no complaints

Our stay in Panklitos was very nice and comfortable. We liked everything. The apartment was the same as we saw in the photos. The staff was very helpful and nice. Super easy check-in & check-out. We were actively using the kitchen, there was everything to cook a meal. Air-conditioning was normally working in the bedroom, if you want you can pay extra and use the second one in the living-room, but for us one was quite enough. The apartment is bright, the location is good too, Karavella Bus Station just nearby if you want to visit other cities or places, too. Panklitos is close to Tombs of the Kings (visit 2.50 euros per person), you can get to Kings Avenue Mall on foot or by bus N 615, it's more than 1 km from Tombs of the Kings. There are many cafes and restaurants on Tombs of the Kings Avenue, in winter many of them are closed but I'm sure in summer it should be very active there. You can visit Venus beach also and in that area there's a LIDL supermarket, so everything is a walking distance. We were walking to Paphos Harbour, too. You should buy shampoo and shower gel, you can ask for hair dryer at the reception. Linens, towels, hand soap, toilet paper are provided. There was a TV, too. The internet connection was great, I managed to work in our apartment, had zoom \ google meet meetings without any interruptions. There was a nice balcony, too with comfy armchairs, a spacious closet, two tables in the living-room, chairs and armchairs.

There's nothing to complain about

We had the premium 1 bedroom apartment, 14b. It was spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfy. Excellent windows and patio doors that double opened extended the accommodation onto the balcony. The limited views of the sea were a bonus. Balcony got lots of afternoon sun. Loads of plug sockets. Easy free parking. Value for money was exceptional. Also lots of places to eat within easy walking distance.

The accommodation could do with updating. The paint was peeling. Only one ring on the gas hob worked. Missing lamp shades. Front door surround was missing exposing foam space filler. Landing light outside the front door didn't work.

Before arriving, I read the reviews about the apartments and I don't know what's going on but this place is really cool, lots of space, very clean and a swimming pool which gave a respite in the heat. Additionally, very close to the center, Unesco place and the beach I recommend this place.

Very quiet area, spacious and clean apartment, quite well-equipped kitchen, the existence of a swimming pool which we think is very welcome on hot sunny days, very friendly hosts and also the black girls in charge of cleaning with whom we had a great pleasure to talk.

In winter, the apartment is very cold, the only sources of heating being two air conditioners (one free in the bedroom that heats up only with the door closed and one for a fee in the living room), and if in one day is not sunny, the hot water remains just a wish. The faces of all chairs in the living room are old, crumbling and make a lot of mess on the floor and due to the light-colored tiles, the floor requires sweeping almost daily. The sink in the bathroom is a bit small. Note that the apartment is approximately 12-15 min. walking distance to local bus stations and Tombs of the Kings, Karavella intercity bus station and Paphos Town centre, restaurant areas and Lidl. Remember, the electrical sockets in Cyprus are UK standard, so you may need an adapter!

From Harbour take bus 615 to Tomb of the Kings..from there it's a 10 mins walk to the apartment. Bus single fare is 1.5 euro one way

All good

The hostess was very friendly and welcoming, everything was very efficient - payment, keys, printout of the boarding pass for the flight back. The room had everything we needed for a short stay in a hot climate - air conditioner, shower, a fridge, a gas stove with pots and pans and dishes. Nothing was new but everything worked. Our French windows opened right to the small open-air pool, where people swam and got their suntan at all hours, but we were lucky not to suffer from much noise.

The air from the air conditioner blew too strongly to have it on all night, but without it it was too hot.

For the price I paid (£25 per night), it was excellent. There is an ongoing water-seepage behind the wash-basin that is affecting a wall in the sleeping area, but it did not directly affect me, but had I not been alone, sleeping adjacent to that wall would have been untenable. I was in Apartment 7B. I gather this is one of the yet-to be upgraded apartments, but as I said, they were offering a very reasonable room rate for a long stay in February.

I lost gas in the second or third day and it was not until the fourth day that I asked when the gas service was likely to be restored as I assumed there had been a mains failure. I felt a bit foolish when it turned out that 7B is supplied by Gas Bottle and all that had happened was that the Bottle was empty! A notice in the kitchen to indicate to guests that this apartment is supplied by bottle gas might be useful!
