It was okay, as expected. Value for money was ok. Enough breakfast for all tastes, I say it was ok. The room also includes a wall socket for the EU telephone charger. Friendly staff, I had no problems but I did not request anything special. There are themed evenings on the hotel terrace, outdoors. The prices at the hotel bars are the same as in other locations in the city. You will find in the area various shops, restaurants, tavernas, bars. In 7-8 minutes on foot you arrive from the hotel to Venus beach, clean, without rocks or danger of accidents, fine sand, sunbeds 2.5 euros, umbrellas 2.5 euros. The beach does not belong to the hotel, it is paid separately, and if you do not want to stay in the area with the fee you can sit next to the beach, free of charge. Bus stop right next to the hotel. You can go by bus 612 from the airport to the port and then by 615 from the port to the hotel, 1.5 euro / person / bus, according to a program that you can find on google.

The furniture still needs to be changed because the hotel wants to be 4 stars. I honestly consider this a 3+ star hotel, no offense. I wish the hotel success, they are ok people. The hallways on the floors need to be renovated, the doors should also be replaced. The halls being very long, an echo is created that amplifies the noise. There is quite a lot of noise from the doors of the rooms when they open or close. I have not had small children with me, but I have seen many families with children for whom it can be an unpleasant noise.

I read a lot of reviews before booking this hotel, I wasn’t sure if I should risk it or not because people were saying that is old, boring, food is bad, WiFi is bad, someone even said that u got to book sunbeds ? I went to this hotel on the 26th of March, staff was lovely, the bar man who I believe is the supervisor at the bar, was hilarious. I loved him. everyone was lovely. I was thirsty late at night and the guy at the reception gave me loads of water bottles because shops were closed. I had room service every single day, with a new water of bottle on the desk. breakfast is the same every day but u have options. some people were complaining about coffee but the truth is the coffee was lovely, at the bar I created my own drink I asked for sex on the beach with tequila instead of vodka, wasn’t a problem. location is nice close to the beach, close to the shops, really close to the bus station. Cosmo which is an entertainment guy working there made this stay super enjoyable, live music everyday, fire shows. if was amazing . I met so many nice people and I’m so glad I picked that hotel. people that have something negative to say are just spoiled. I loved the stay and the price is really good.

the stairway was a bit old but other than that nothing bad I can say. I loved the staff, loved the hotel and I loved my stay.

The minibar in the room was empty! At 11 pm I was thirsty! I tried to call the reception, but it didn't work, so I went down there! I had to have a 5-minute discussion with the reception that I didn't bring my wallet down with me and that I want a bottle of water! in the end I signed the tax receipt of 3 euros so that he could give me a bottle of water! Towels in the bathroom are clean, but very old and rough!

Excellent location and distance to bus stop, Harbour, beaches (especially Venus beach and bus ride away from busier Coral Bay), old town market, shops, supermarket, and shopping centre. But mostly great staff, great pool and overall facilities. Purchased the half board option and the food in the hotel was absolutely excellent. Would not hesitate recommending the hotel to others or visiting again.

Rooms clean but a bit outdated. Not sure if anything can be done about it, but very thin walls compared to other hotels or resorts we’ve been to. Could hear every word of people out at the corridors at night and rooms next door. Perhaps the hotel could do a bit more to enforce the quiet window at night. Every single night we were woken up by someone screaming laughing singing in the corridors or rooms after midnight.

Children's entertainment on evening was fun. Food was OK on all inclusive package. Room was reasonably clean. Was good value for money.

Rooms need updating but are clean. Mosaic tiles were coming off on the smaller pool.

The bed was very comfortable. And room always very clean. I don't understand the bad reviews. I'm very picky when it comes to the cleanliness of my accommodation. Our room was clean and we got clean towels and new soap even when we didn't ask for it. I read reviews about the hotel not being 4 star worthy, because of the furniture not being the newest... well if you want a 4 star hotel with the most modern look, then you must be willing to pay for it. The price and quality ratio matched on my opinion. I normally sleep for 6 to 7 hours, but with this double bed I slept at least 8 to 10 hours. Tip: make sure you book a room with the double bed instead of two single beds. And we asked beforehand for a quiet room. And we got it. Anyways, I feel sorry for this hotel. I worked in a 4 star hotel on the other side of Paphos a couple of years ago. And I know cheap crumpy people can complain (especially afterwards when you can't do anything about it). The hotel business can be rough, especially with the covid situation. So compliments to the staff for still being positive and friendly.

The Hotel was great!. Spacious lobby, clean areas, comfortable sitting places, nice restaurant with quality food, fantastic buffet breakfast, friendly and very helpful personnel, clean room with all amenities and WiFi, quiet location not far from the beach and the city center, very convenient price, a real value for money!.. Definitely we will be back!..

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like!.. Everything was perfect!..

My family decided on this hotel as we had a mixture of adults & kids and boy were we amazed. The entertainment staff are incredible, so much fun. The bar & restaurant staff were absolutely lovely & so friendly. The breakfast was perfect. Good size room & very comfortable bed. Location is excellent.

On arrival the reception staff should explain how the air con works & an instruction should be left on the wall or in the room. Lifts are tiny. Ants on the floors.

Good entertainment program - each evening something different, like dance show, live music, fakirs and fire show, etc. Brilliant entertainment manager Cosmin. Fantastic bar staff - especially Thierry and Tchet. Nice pools - indoor and outdoor. Pool towels available, you can exchange them every day. Comfortable and soft sleeping.

The same breakfast every day. Hotel needs some repair works to be done. Houskeeping staff leave long black hairs everywhere - on the floor, the fresh towels, etc.
