The hotel seems family owned and run. This directly translated that the staff were very friendly and hospitable. The location is close enough for convenience, and far enough to be away from the noise and crowd. The pool was just an amazing place to relax and enjoy!

Everything. The room was incredible and always kept so clean and was SO comfy. The cleaners were so incredibly hard working and always made sure that the room was well kept and clean; they mopped the floors, changed the bins, the towels, the bed sheets every single day. They also keep the exterior spotless too. Hosing down the walkways, sweeping the paths, the pool was kept spotless too! The staff truly are the heart of this place. They were so happy to help with anything and made the stay so much more enjoyable. Yannis (apologies if I’ve spelt that wrong!) who is the manager of the bar, was so kind and always willing to chat and help out. Alex was incredible and such a laugh (we’ve made a good friend with him and are going to be meeting up anytime we’re in the same country!!) and his little sister was a force to be reckoned with when we organised pool games! We booked this hotel along with A LOT of our family for our wedding and every family member has said how amazing this hotel is. This hotel is truly the best we’ve ever stayed in, in any country, and we could not recommend it more. Thank you so SO much for our amazing stay, we were genuinely so sad to have to leave, but cannot wait to return again next year!

Everything was the same as all the other times I have stayed here. Difficult to better what is already exceptional, but each time they try. If I could live there I would. Because it is a small cosy apartment hotel you can compare it to a small village where everyone speaks and smiles, whereas the multi-floored, multi-roomed hotels can be likened to living in the city, with everyone on the move, with crowds and queuing, especially if they are all-inclusive and rarely acknowledging other guests.

Almost feels like I don't want to say! 😂 Flokkas Hotel Apartments felt a hidden gem. The team there were incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the owners to the excellent cleaning staff, to the restaurant / pool bar owners and their children. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable. If anything the AC worked too well 😂 The location was perfect. Close enough to the main strip of Protaras (3 min walk) but also far enough to not be bothered by any noise. Pool was great, with enough space for plenty of guests. Flokkas Hotel Apartments you were amazing. Thank you.

The location was so good I parked up my car and we walked or used the frequent local buses for the whole time we were there. The staff were all happy to help and advise us, nothing was too much trouble. The pool and pool bar was exceptional and I loved the shaded patio, photograph to follow. In the evening there were 3 restaurants that we went to that were in walking distance of the hotel. The food in all three was fantastic, I especially loved the Greek meal I had on the last night. Considering the closeness of the "strip" where all the bars and restaurants are which means karaoke and entertainers. We had no problems sleeping because the sound was not loud.

Normally this would be down to extra charges or the state of the bathroom. But NO. No extra charges for aircon usage unless you abused it. No extra charge for safe deposit box in the accommodation. The Bathroom was spotless, had free toiletries PLUGS in the sink (normally I have to use the one I always carry) The shower and water pressure was astounding. Because of my age I would have preferred a shower than a bath/shower but I always carry a mat to stop me slipping and getting in and out was not too strenuous. In Cyprus most hotels have bath/shower facilities.

Flokkas Apartments are in an excellent location close to the beach & main strip, but away from the noise. The air con is excellent & the apartment is cleaned every day. The pool area has plenty of sun beds with parasols & inflatables are allowed in the pool. The best part of all is Yiannos, Angela & their children who run the pool bar, their warm welcome & friendly nature really made the holiday special for us! They were helpful with everything! Excellent food served every day! We especially loved the BBQ every Sunday! We would never stay anywhere else. We highly recommend this place & we will return!

Everything was perfect. We stayed here for our son's wedding, location was great, Staff couldn't do enough for you. Yiannis, Alex and Angela and family were very hospitable and friendly. Tam kept our accommodation spotlessly clean every day. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday. We will definitely be back.

The studio was clean on arrival and remained cleaned throughout the stay because of the caring staff! We requested an extra bed and other facilities and all was offered with no extra charge! The location is perfect, and since we like walking, the closest beach on foot was around 15min away, no car was needed unless we wanted to visit other areas. Restaurants, bars and other amenities are in super close proximity as well!

We found the pool to not be clean from previous day, and generally it seemed to need some maintenance! The parking is ok... but could be re-arranged somehow so its safer to get in/out...

The owner went out of their way to look after us, answering questions about buses and helping when we had trouble with a tour. The apartments are spacious, very clean, with generous bathroom products. The location is excellent, right near the 711 bus stop from comes from the Old Hospital stop in Larnaca. 12 mins walk from a Lidl.

Hot water can run out if you wash long hair so have quick showers in winter.
