The staff, Maria and Marina at the reception, were both welcoming and very helpful, making our experience very pleasant from the moment we arrived at the hotel. The location is amazing with a beautiful beach (almost private) overlooking the hotel and our own sunbeds to enjoy it.

I feel the room decor is a bit bland for a 5 star hotel, but it had all the amenities necessary to make our stay 5 the side sea view was very pretty.

The location in Protaras is great. The staff are welcoming and very professional. The food was nice. The young man who served us at the adult pool was very courteous. The young man from Nepal who made omelettes was very welcoming and professional with everyone. Antonis at the front was very welcoming and friendly. The nightly entertainment was nice; the magician was great for children AND adults.

The grounds could have been more professionally manicured. One day we saw grounds work being done but too many weeds are around the back of the hotel especially. We would like to have heard more Greek music but the mostly American music we did hear was very nice.

The location is perfect if you need a beach holiday and night life activity - everything is close by! the best beach is just on a step from the hotel. The food is Amazing! The breakfast and dinner were so rich and delicious. Staff very helpful (special thanks for your concern).

Soundproofing is not very good quality, we could listen to the TV in the next room and not turn on our own. Also, all the movements in the corridor, the slamming doors were very distracting from a good rest. We wanted silence after the saturated day, but there was none: the entertainment establishments working at nights created a lot of noise, we could hear the basses and noise even though the tightly closed balcony door

I booked this all-inclusive hotel for the family holiday and wasn't disappointed. I've stayed in several hotels in Protaras, and this is, so far, the best value for money. I want to highlight the team of this hotel; everyone from bellboys and waiters to receptionists and bartenders was very accommodating and greeted us every day with a smile and . Also, the food during our stay was delicious, and you can book and visit numerous ala-carte restaurants as all-inclusive guest. This place is not luxurious; some rooms and facilities are outdated, but you get more than you paid because of the perfect location right on the best beach and excellent service from check-in to check-out.

Should provide bottle water as can't use tap. Charge 2.50 for one small bottle. Can get from supermarket but I was unable to lift due to an operation. Should be standard as part of room

Everything excellent, people who rate it bad probably don't understand much about how a holiday in a hotel works and have always to find something to complain about. Beaches are all public and the hotel can't book it for you, if you don't find a sunbed just move to another beach there are so many around. Congratulations to all the staff for the great work in hard times like this, keep going on like this! Ps the Sea Food restaurant is awesome!

reception great, inside bar area great, all staff were very friendly, room was very good. We didnt make breakfast so cant comment on the food here. Outside bar was great, outside drinking area had a fantastic view. Reserved sunbeds (for the whole week we were there) were fabulous, a lot of other hotels have stopped reserving sunbeds but this hotel still does reserve them...big things for us getting up late-ish

The Pool needs retiling, a lot of tiles were missing and it needs a refurb. Not the cheapest hotel for drinks and snacks but that was expected. Having to come home I didn't enjoy!!

Staff are brilliant here, always helpful and friendly. We've stayed before and know what to expect - pools, beach, restaurants all fantastic. A new feature this year we took advantage of was the day pass for the water park at Sunrise Oasis - great value with the buffet lunch included.

No complaints from me. My wife was a bit miffed that the welcoming drink at check-in was non-alcoholic, fresh juice instead of prosecco. We did receive a complimentary bottle of wine the next evening, so that more than made up for her earlier disappointment.

The property offered a combination of multiple pools and the sea of Protaras exactly under the hotel. The tennis equipment was in a good condition and the gym and the equipment was satisfactory. During the dinner at the hotel the violin was very pleasant and something that its not really present in other hotels.

The bathroom could have been cleaned much more thoroughly and especially in the corners where water accumulates in the shower where mold was present.

Location on beautiful clean beach, reserved sunbeds on the property and great choice of restaurants for full board. Some were on the main street so you didn’t get sick of dining in the same place. Lovely staff, pools and bars.

Staff greet guests with a good morning, it would be nicer if they used the local language and said kalimera or kalispera instead and embraced the local culture.
