Food is really not good

Perfect location, right on the beach (beach beds on the beach are paid as they are not part of hotel), nice hotel, beds are comfy, Wifi worked well. Very close to restaurant n bars, near the main strip. Food in hotel was SUPERB. We had half board and lunch we usually ordered at restaurant- huge portions for good price (1 plate enough for 2) drinks also nice and reasonably priced. But staff was the best. Very nice and helpful and polite and friendly. We would come back :)

Bathroom could use renovation and new towels, very cold everywhere in hotel due to aircon (bring jumper) unfortunate choice of tiles around pool n inside (it was quite slippery n my kid slide few times), hotel is not in quite area so you can hear music n noice from outside (it didnt bother us though) also in room you can hear everything from other rooms or corridor

It's good mid-category hotel at a beautiful beach. The staff is very kind and helpful, always smiling ladies at restaurant. The food is ok, it is similar to other same category hotels in Cyprus. Overall I can highly recommend this hotel for the price, I will surely come back.

Our city side room was quite noisy at night due to the loud music from the nearby bars, the sound isolation is good but earplugs were still needed because of the hard bass. This was the main con. I didn't like the extra charge for basic things (e.g. fast wifi, room safe). Dress code in a hotel like this is a joke, I saw people sent out dressed up absolute normally. The common toilet/shower at the pool area entrance was quite ugly, e.g. missing shower handle.

All the staff (minus one reception lady) were all very lovely and friendly. All inc food was good, something differnet for every lunch and evening. So many good salads! Service was quick and smooth all the time, in the restaurants and bars. A quite big list of cocktails for all inc guests, which was awesome. Locations is right next to the beach, so quick dips in beach (or pool) between sunbathing are refreshing.

Not about the hotel but the next door bar is extremely loud for at least 2 nights of the week. By loud I mean SUPER loud and annoying where songs are played 30sec each and then change! So there is constant bass all the time. 70db behind closed doors/windows from 23 to 2 o'clock. Earplugs did not help at all. Be prepared to be awake or go party, you won't be able to sleep anyway. Also one of the reception worker wasn't helpful with the problem I had. Didn't even heard me out about the missing clothing item in the room as she began to interrupt me by saying that it's not possible and I have lost it myself. Clothing item was worthless but the way she handled it was worse than the fact it had gone missing while clean up.

Everything exceeded my expectations, the whole staff is very friendly, the choice of food for dinner is great and changed every night, everything is clean and tidy. The pool area is clean and adorable, the beach is beautiful. The location is perfect, both for visiting the surrounding beaches and for Protaras itself, because you are right next to the main street.

I don't like the fact that you don't have any drinks or water for dinner, but you have to order everything. Also for someone who can't stand noise the rooms at the back of the hotel (which are not seafront) are very noisy because of the bar that is right next to the hotel on the main street and has live music at night. It is as if the singer is in our room 😂

The reception staff and our welcome was excellent, although just a couple of days from the end of the season and closing for the winter. The hotel room was spacious - as was the balcony. The made-to-order omelette section is a nice touch at breakfast. I would say of all the hotels on this strip this is the smallest and most aesthetically pleasing, and its almost boutique size (136 bedrooms) makes your stay feel more personable. Overall this was a great value for money option - but more a 3 than 4 star hotel.

Terrible pillows, - but you'll find the same in all Tsokkos hotels, they are flat as pancakes and hard as rocks. The gym - overcrowded, very poor quality equipment (Free weights) inadequate ventilation- Dining room - Whilst the manager was always present and ensuring the buffet and staff were in order his booming voice and need to announce his guests provenance to all present is not only unnerving - But also an invasion of privacy. I would say for politeness respect your guests privacy and lower your voice. The blackout curtains - do not blackout - so expect a very bright and early start to your day. Bathroom needs renovating - and the tile grout needs to be cleaned professionally and maintained.

Perfect location, right on the beach. Staff friendly and welcoming, made people feel at home. Facilities very good, the room was big with plenty of space, large bathroom. Buffet breakfast and dinner (we were HB), big variety, plenty of food. Dinner had a different theme every evening. We had a really great time.

Bed mattresses could do with some improvement. No Recycling bins anywhere on the premises, not in the room, the pool or in the hotel area.

The hotel is in a prime location with lovely rooms which are very clean and beds are very comfortable. The staff are all really lovely and will go out of their way to help with anything. We were staying for a vow renewal and all the staff from management to kitchen staff were so accommodating and provided us with a lovely table looking over the ocean to have dinner. The food is really good and lots of choice at breakfast and dinner.

The noise from Bells Bar was extremely loud on some nights but we spoke to reception and they said they would try to speak with the bar manager.

This is a great place if you want to explore the lovely beaches of Protaras. The beach is directly in front of the hotel so you are at the beach and boardwalk in an instant. The main shopping strip is a 1-2 min walk on the other side. If you want to be in the heart of it all this is the place. Facilities and staff lovely. And the buffet food was better then expected. Delicious.

As you are so central to everything at night you can hear the music playing loud but it’s mainly from the other hotels next to you. As this hotel tends to not pump the music as loud at night. We did get used to it. But the first night it was obvious that it wasn’t the sound of the water but the sound of distant music playing everywhere else.

Excellent Location - excellent beach, resraurants in waling distance, great and friendly staff, clean, good breakfast.

Lunch/ dinner food could be of better quality. Breakfast was good though.
