Please don’t listen to the reviews of this property. Me and my partner felt a bit worried about our holiday due to the moaning people give it in the reviews. Firstly we had the most sensational corner room with floor to ceiling windows as well as a big balcony with a sea view. The food was great for us I am a pescatarian and only struggled to find a good meal one night as that was the ‘Cyprus Night’ as each night has a theme. The fresh choices of salad at lunch on top of fresh sea bass, white fish or even just a fried fish and chips on the days when you’re hungover. The food really couldn’t have been better for the price we paid. I especially loved the pancakes and omelettes made to order at breakfast time - although could have done with one more staff member making omelettes as the queue got large some days. The location couldn’t be any better, a few minutes walk to the beach and a few mins in the other direction to the strip as well as opposite an ATM, a shop and right near a bus stop too. The pool was always clean and plenty of beds to not have to worry about reserving some early in the morning. The pool is also large in comparison to other hotels in the area. The drinks menu is extensive and shout-out to Sofia and Ahmed who work long long hours on the outside bar by the pool! Me and my partner ended up with our own customised cocktail named the Sofia special ! The cleaners - we loved them - they knew our sleeping schedule by day 3 and left our room til last ensuring they didn’t wake us up. Special shout out to Andrula, she is one of the cleaners who was super lovely. The beds were comfy and we was given an extra pillow when asked for. The bathroom was super large but did get hot. The air con was great.

I didn’t find much to dislike however : The bed was 2 singles pushed together to make a double. The hierarchy of staff and clear pay difference was obvious with the restaurant manager being a bit rude to the waiters and waitresses. The other staff who were waiters and waitresses especially the guy who puts food out each night were all lovely. The corridors could be a bit cleaner I don’t think the carpet helps. There should be an option to buy water at night time as we went down for water one night and there was no where to even purchase a water from.

The hotel has a perfect location. It takes 5 minutes to get to the beach and also 5 minutes to get to the supermarket, pharmacy, the magic waters dance show, etc. The rooms were cleaned daily, and all personnel was very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning worked well. There was enough storage space in the room. The food at the restaurant was excellent! I was especially happy to find food that was appropriate for a 2-year-old at every meal. There are four pools, two of which are appropriate for toddlers. My kid had a lot of fun there! The pools were cleaned daily.

Misinformation. The booking page says that the hotel has transfer to/from the airport, but it doesn't. The hotel can call a taxi for you, and that's it. The information sheet that I was given upon arrival said that if you need to do laundry, you can leave it on your bed. In reality, you have to go to a laundry place in the nearest hotel. I don't mind any of this, but I didn't like that I was misinformed.

We have had a great time, staff were friendly, room was clean. Perfect location

The hotel is nice and relatively close to Protaras Beach but also the bus station. The pools very good and big. We also liked the food selection, dinner was different each day, you could always find something you like.

3rd bad in the room is small and not comfortable at all. No blanket is provided for the third bad, quite interesting... Cleaning is done poorly, no attention to details at all.

Clean, friendly staff, excellent location, near all the restaurants, bars and shops and within walking distance of fig tree bay.

I’m attention to detail, might call me fussy but some light bulbs on the hotel sign we’re out. Rooms were excellent but the corridors needed some attention e.g. water damage so required maintaining apart from that no complaints.

Every day you got clean towels, shampoo and shower gel.. the bed is comfortable.. Food is good and you won't go hungry, but it's nothing special, plenty of choices of food, sweets, fruits and vegetables, we have had half board and you can choose if you want breakfast and dinner or breakfast and lunch.

Maybe floor in apartment wasn’t cleaned every day we saw sand on place where we put sun umbrella…the bed linen was not changed once during the stay The internet is very bad, the speed was about 5mb/s, which is bad for those who use a laptop for work, for example..it’s free for guests who booked from here but if you booked the accommodation in another way, the internet costs 24 euros for 7 days or 10 euros per day i don’t know. The drink that the waiter offers you is charged at the end of your stay, there is no price list anywhere and you don't know how much it costs...be careful and ask them for a price list, 2 sparkling waters cost 6.40 euros for example..

The staff were amazing. Very professional, friendly and always with a smile. The restaurant manager specifically is a true gentleman. Breakfast was pretty good and as expected. The variety of food during lunch or dinner and the selection of different cuisines was a particularly nice touch.

This is by no means something that the hotel staff could do anything about but on a couple of occasions there were very noisy neighbours. Little children and drunken adults is not a good combination and if this is on your floor, then it’s not a good experience. There are multiple entrances with lifts to the massive complex, so if drunken people go to their rooms not via the main reception then the staff would not even be aware that these people even entered the premises.

Lovely hotel in the best location possible. 2 minute walk to beach and marina where boat trips leave from. A 10 minute walk will take you to the next beautiful beach fig tree bay. Plenty of Restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. Well stocked Supermarket 1 minute away with everything you could possibly need and also not expensive. Hotel itself is lovely, rooms are small but adequate. Only downside was the pillows. Only 1 provided and it was awfully lumpy. When I asked for another it became a huge problem resulting in staff being extremely rude and unhelpful and resulted in a staff member calling me a name in Greek. Obviously thinking I couldn’t understand. Ops. Most of the staff were really nice and efficient except those mentioned above who were night staff. We witnessed them behaving the same way ti other guests also

Wonderful staff, they couldn’t do enough for me and my family. Unfortunately, our stay was not a break away for me and my brother but due to attending a family emergency. During our stay the staff were superb! Extremely compassionate for our circumstances and nothing was ever to much for them. They helped us in our crisis and we can’t thank them enough! The hotel itself is well situated in Protaras, just a short walk from the beautiful beach and local bars, restaurants and shops. The rooms are a little tired but extremely comfortable, air conditioned, has a fridge and kettle for making tea/coffee. The food was lovely (for what I ate as my appetite was not the best). Drinks also very good.

The accommodation was very nice. The view from my room was amazing. I also liked the food in the restaurant, we had half board, and the food was delicious. Every day, the menu was different, which was a pleasant surprise considering some previous reviews were not positive about the food. Additionally, I enjoyed the hotel animators, there was always something different happening throughout the day, so the whole experience was never boring. All the staff members were friendly, and the location of the hotel was very convenient.

I would just recommend that the hotel owners update the sunbeds to something more modern, at least with mattresses.
