Freshly renovated room on the 9th floor with a great city view. The room is modern and has a good style. The bed is comfortable (harder than average, which is a plus for me), the continental breakfast was tasty. Location between the downtown walking area and the castle hill is perfect, the hotel's own private parking area is also an advantage (€18 / night extra cost).

The floor tiles and the shower was slippery. I missed the towel dryers / hangers in the bathroom.

This hotel is excellent and one of my favorites. It is centrally located in a way that the hustle and bustle of the city center won't disturb you. The room, like the rest of the hotel, is very modern. The mini-fridge was stocked with drinks and snacks, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the room offered a lovely view of Špilberk Castle. The breakfast was amazing, offering everything you could want. Both the restaurant and room service were good, and all four dishes I tried were excellent—big props to the executive chef and his team. The hotel also has numerous facilities, including a casino for the lucky ones. I did encounter an issue with the mini-fridge not working. The facility manager arrived within three minutes and determined it was not repairable. After speaking with the gentleman at reception, who was very eager to resolve the problem, I was well compensated, which I greatly appreciated. I won't consider any other hotel when visiting Brno again.

The only downside is that on weekends and special holidays, the hotel gets fully booked. With many guests comes a lot of noise, which can be annoying if you're trying to sleep early. However, during the week, especially on Monday, it was very quiet.

The position, breakfast and the restaurant on the floor were very good.

The first impression on the arrival by reception was not good. We arrived with two dogs 30 minutes before the check-in and the answer was: Check-in at 2 p.m. only. After us arrived 20 minutes a couple with a disable child and the answer was the same. The girl at the reception didn’t try to have an empathy with the both situation and was not so much friendly. Rules could be break in different cases, and the people at the reception should be understand when is necessary to do it! After all they work with people and not with robots. By check-out another girl was very friendly. Apart from that, the carpet in the room 912 was very dirty, with a lot of hair and piece of things. The rest of the room was clean but not 100%.

Centrally located, with friendly and helpful staff. Great buffet breakfast with all sorts of choices that were often refilled. Comfortable room with a great view from the 10th floor to the Spilberk. Executive floor access means a VIP lounge is available with drinks and comfy place to relax or work. The food at the restaurant Pylsenska was excellent and as well priced if not better than restaurants nearby. The rooms seem to go through frequent renovation, so the hotel remains fresh even though it is in a landmark building opened in the early 1960s which has retained its character whilst adding comfort.

The outside stairs at the back entrance of the hotel - where you’d walk to the shops - could do with a ramp somewhere to aid getting suitcases up and down or for those with accessibility requirements. The original cut through on the side is currently closed for building work, so perhaps that is being added.

Location was just perfect, the room had view to the castle and the back stair of the hotel goes almost until the main street. 5 min walking from everything. Room was spacious, we could fit even the baby bed. Bed was wide and comfortable. We liked the wall between the shower and bedroom, cause it could be switched from water glass to milk glass. Breakfast was delicious and varied. I lost my earrings in the room somewhere (in the elevator I noticed that one of them was missing). I went back to the room, where the stuff already has started the cleaning, I asked the cleaning ladies to give it back to me if they find it. After the breakfast they came to me giving me back the earring, they were very kind. Every day new towels and perfect cleaning. Payment in euro was possible. There was enough parking places, no need to book it in advance.

On the above floor level they had renovation works from 8:30 to 17:30, which caused noise during the day several times. Parking is expensive (18 eur/night on the ground floor level in front of the hotel and 22 eur/night in the underground garage).

Hotel couldn't be located better - is is just in the center, 3 mins walk from the main square. It offers option (additional paid ) for parking. Hotel looks like was recently refurbished, it is quite modern, my room offered nice view over the castle. Breakfast was excellent, variety of choices including lot of vegan options. Price was OK, personel and communication with the hotel on very good level.

Rather nothing to complain - parking, which is additional paid is rather expensive - 22E for garage or 18E for parking outside at the hotel, and should be better explained upfront how to use its while coming.

Breakfast was pretty nice they had everything, room was clean with nice view and bed was pretty comfortable as well , everything was close to the hotel , bar was nice too we had some drinks so overall its was definitely 9 out of 10 for us

In the morning around 9 am when everyone rushed into dinning room there wasnt enough space for everyone to sit down so we had to wait a lil but nothing terrible And also parking is changed separately its not included in price for room even tho 174 eur for room without parking is kind a enough i would say , so parking was addonational 18 eur

Nice, clean hotel. The rooms are big enough, beds very comfortable, shower is huge. Breakfast has a big variety of products, even with some gluten-free options. We received a voucher for a hot Christmas drink in the outside tent - very nice touch that makes us feel at home in this hotel. This was our second stay and we will be coming back.

One coffee machine for the whole (very) busy restaurant is not enough (there are 2, but 1 at the end of the room was broken), 1 elevator was not working so we waited for a long time to get to our room

Piano playing during breakfast is allowed. Free transport to Thermofisher. Close to inner city. Clean rooms with a view to a mountain. Seats at the entrance. Chinese TV. Breakfast very well.

Not allowed to play piano at the bar. bar personnel very boring. personnel at desk too formal and boring. Little people take the stairs (except me). Tables too close in the restaurant, no walking possible. Entrance not so impressive, boring parking. When I was looking for my keys, personnel do nothing until I ask for a new key. (reactive)

Great location right in the central old part of town. Very nice and helpful staff. Very clean, comfortable and modern rooms. Lovely breakfast. I would easily recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Our room had a connecting door to the room next door so we could easily hear the other guests talking or watching tv which was not good. Luckily those guests were quiet when it was time to sleep, but if you're unlucky and end up with loud neighbors, it will be a very annoying problem. So be sure to ask about this.
