Very close to the bus station and the Jan Becher Museum, some 10 minutes away from the middle of the pedestrian zone. The room was big enough and it had a small fridge. We did not try the breakfast because we ate out. On the side of the hotel there are 5 parking places available for approx. 8 Euros per day.

It needs renovation; some the carpets have stains and the hallways and the lift smell like some of the guests are cooking in the rooms. The room was actually not bad, otherwise one window lock was broken and one light bulb burnt out. If you're not very picky, you're OK.

Very good location, just next to the bus station from where comes buses from Praque airport and near to the shops and places to see in Karlovy Vary. Good size room and bathroom, small fridge, change sheets and towels in the middle of the stay (7 days), friendly staff, good breakfast for the value of the money, very good coffee.

Only one thing i don't like - very uncomfortable pillows.

Great location for walks, short distance from either of the bus stations. The staff was helpful and our stay was altogether rather comfortable (unusually: so were the beds). The value for money is good.

It's a cash only place! (Not just the city tax, if you didn't pay for breakfast in advance, that too.) It's also on a rather busy street, light sleepers should prepare for that. Not everyone from the staff speaks English well, I'm guessing German or Russian might come in handy.

Very good location, parking for added cost, renovated to quality standards, elevator, quite for such central location. Good view of the river, near major transportation center, shopping and pedestrian streets, and thermal pools, restaurants and the city is simply beautiful.

Some electrical socket limitations for all lights and amenities in the rooms.

The biggest plus for this hotel is the value for money. The location is great, the room that we got was huge, and equally big was the bathroom. The staff was very polite as well. We got parking (for a fee) in the hotel premises, in case that runs out, you also have a parking garage 3 minutes walk away from the hotel. The main attractions of Karlovy Vary, start right at the door step of the hotel - Becherovka Museum, followed by the city centre, and along the same path, 15 minutes walk away is the most popular Colonnades and spring area of the city. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are travelling on a budget.

Breakfast was for additional price, 6 eur seems a little bit too expensive, but generally it was good. The hotel is located the very next to bus station and in 10 min walk from the main train station.

There was no fresh air in the room and when we opened the window, the noise from the street was very loud.

Location is just perfect for a traveller with car: plenty of public parking spaces around - yet all the attractions are just a 5-10 minute walk away.

Staff isn't really around - forget about ringing the bell at the reception. :)

This hotel are great for couples or even friends and families to visit the city. Everything are nearby and the rooms are clean and nice.

There was no plug in the bath, therefore the bath was useless. But shower working well :)

Very comfortable clean bed, good shower and clean. Good breakfast however, was not included. Staff very friendly and nice made us feel comfortable. Good location to the town.

For the value I could say there was anything not to like.
