The check in experience was amazing ! The person who welcomed us was really nice and explained everything well. The bedroom was great and well equipped and the breakfast was really tasty. I personally loved the croissant !! The sauna was great, we loved the way the towels were prepared for us. Overall, the hotel looks really beautiful and is well located !

When we arrived during the week everything was amazing but at the week end the staff was overwhelmed during breakfast and we had to wait longer for our drinks. On saturday in the spa, the towels were not ready so we had to ask the lady for them. The steam rooms were not really hot. We almost had to pay for a juice we did not buy but the lady at the reception was nice and made sure to straighten everything up.

Very comfortable and very clean with excellent quality bedding and furnishings. Initial check in was excellent and the staff tried very hard to make us feel welcome and orientated. It was very quiet and we had the pool and sauna area to ourselves. The hotel had also provided us with a room with a balcony and it was lovely to sit and look out over the rooftops and valley.

The quality of breakfast was a bit mixed (but there was a very wide choice). The staff at breakfast were also a little slow to welcome us and provide help (but staff elsewhere in the hotel had been excellent)

Everything amazing. Has clearly features of a 5* hotel: excellent reception with welcome drinks and sweets, staff show the hotel around, amazing breakfast (both because of quantity and quality), goodbye water bottle, pillow menu, welcome chocolates in the room, heated floor in bathroom, they gave us cold fruit slices while in the sauna (that was an AMAZING point), nice spa.... Also, had a little problem with the temperature of the room, and it was fixed in 15 min. Excellent service!

We went here to relax for 4 days and we had an amazing time. The hotel is walking distance +/- 7 minutes from all the "action" so we managed to see all the Kolonadas and beautiful places on the guide. From the moment we arrived, we felt like royalty. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly 24 hours a day. Both hotel and the restaurant. The breakfast was different every day, but equally awesome! Every morning it was really sad to leave ((: Most of the times we went to the city to have our dinner, but we went once to the hotel and it was wonderful! Compliments to the chefs. And the room! What a room. We asked for the balcony (it's an extra cost to guarantee, but that's not a problem). The room was spacious and warm (literally, the floor was warm all the time!). We had a problem with the shower which was fixed immediately when we told the reception about it. There is a swimming pool where you can swim or get a massage in various places. Attached to it is a jacuzzi that held comfortably 6 people (we didn't have to touch feet). In a small room next to it are 3 types of saunas, 2 showers with warm and cold water, a bucket of ice water and a bowl of ice to chill yourself (or to put on a back of your partner ((: ) The dressing rooms are equipped with a shower, toilette, and lockers. They are separated for women and men. The chilling area next to the pool has some beds where you can just relax. The staff is changing the towel and the bed sheet with every new guest. The whole experience was incredible. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Especially when you go off season, the city is empty and you will really have the space to turn off and just relax.

the corner on the bottom of my bed cut into my leg as i accidentally walk pass at knee level, please round off the corner of the bed post. The bill should be in Krone not Euros, my C/C is paid pounds and my wife is dollars.

Friendly staff and nice facilities. Also birthday gift from hotel left in room beside bed as surprise was very nice which made our stay even better so I could forget about poor dinner :) Breakfast was lovely.

A la carte food dinner wasnt the best, I was expecting more from 5* hotel when I pay full price for it, but definitely breakfast which was included in price was much better quality.

Excellent welcome and staff which exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was very nice and included some dishes of Czech cuisine. Superb swimming pool and spa procedures. One step away from central colonades with hot mineral water and the heart of old Karlovy Vary.

Entrance and main elevator and elevator to reach spa zone or swimming pool on the -1 floor would be two different ones. :) Sometimes it feels strange to take the leveator down in a bathrobe for some procedures and some people in outer clothes entering the same elevator to leave the building.

the whole hotel is wonderful. it’s beautifully decorated, the staff was amazing and so so helpful. breakfast buffet was great with great selection. the spa access is a must! highly recommend going for some treatments - lots of options to choose from. rooms were spacious, beautiful and very clean. the sauna village is great! we loved everything about it.

no big issues - just hard to regulate the temperature in the bedroom so we were always really warm if we didn’t have the window open, would be great to be able to adjust this in order to save energy! For the spa treatments, it would be great if someone could explain the benefit of each one and what they involve before you choose so you can make a more informed choice. Our spa package was meant to involve a consultation with the spa doctor but that never happened - no big deal but don’t offer it if you’re not going to do it would be my point.

Incredible location, super quiet and great spa facilities. Pool, sauna, steam room, calm room and a hearty choice at breakfast were inclusive (in our booking, anyway). A very short walk from the main promenade as well as some hiking trails directly behind the hotel. The staff were lovely and helpful throughout. Even though the hotel look big, it felt like a very catered, personal experience. Thank you for a memorable stay - we’ll be back..!
