Location is great, just right in the center. Staff was very kind and helpful! I would highly recommend it for all open-minded travelers. We came for a weekend (2 nights) for a city break and to see the theatre play. We had a double room with private bathroom, no problem with it at all. Even when the neighbours (bachelor party members) were loud in the night, we kindly asked them to enjoy their stay but close the door, they respected it. You don't choose the neighbours, you choose the way how to communicate things. It's all about people... This was one of my best weekend trips ever, seriously!! Before our stay I've read some negative reviews here on booking. C'mon people, we are here for a short time and this work can be really hard sometimes!!! In my opinion: Don't be such judgemental and don't act posh... Do appreciate little (and big) things in your life and have fun (not only) in Ostrava! I'm an experienced traveler and it was a very nice stay. There is nothing negative to me.

I liked the location: I went for a walk when my kids slept, and there was no problem returning. It was great! Our neighbours were silent and calm. There were cups, dishes, a microwave and a kitten in the kitchen. At night, when we arrived, we bought shampoo and shower gel at the reception. Everything was ok.

I wouldn't say I liked the location because there were a lot of people in the street, and it was too loud throughout the night. I had to close the window, which was critical because I can't sleep in a stuffy room. The next morning was terrible because of a headache. So, if you're as sensitive as me be careful.

The check-in and check-out were super uncomplicated and quick. The reception staff speaks English.

There was no-one at the reception when I arrived and the door was locked. So I had to call a number... I don't know if this is the regular procedure but if so it should be clearly announced in advance... At the moment I have some problems with my mobile phone and I was just lucky that it was working long enough. Also I was calling the reception 3 times without someone answering. So I had to wait about 10 min in front of the locked reception door without knowing if someone is coming or not.

There is a common kitchen unit on the floor, but without natural light. The room will probably has its own bathroom, that has been closed during my stay, since it´s under construction.

Carpet on the floor seems a little bit after its lifespan. I´ve been missing solid curtains, there are only net ones and on the other side of the street are another dwelling houses.

Located in the heart of Ostrava historic city center and very quiet. The Personnel is very friendly and polite. The Installations (kitchen, bathroom,/WC) clean and proper.Super WiFi connection too. We felt very comfortable during our stay and for sure we'll come again to this place. Absolutely worth to stay.

The stay turned out better than expected. We came to Ostrava for a night only yo continue the journey on the next day. Had a late check in - everything went smoothly, the instructions were correct, the key was easy to find. The place itself is relatively clean, which is not easy to maintain when a few different people use the same kitchen and bathroom. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the linen was good too. They say the location is the strong point - i would say it's good for those who come to see the city, coz it's in the center. but not so convenient if you arrive by bus or train - it's hardly a walking distance. Overall, there are not so many options in Ostrava, so the place is a perfect accommodation for a night. I

Nice room overall. Close to shower &toilet. Comfortable bed. Secluded from street&traffic. Good security for entrance. Very friendly &professional receptionist. Nice little kitchenette. Would consider for next visit to Ostrava.
