Hotel Gondola was great! We booked two rooms for one night. We used the jacuzzi at hotel welness and ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Everyone and everything worked well. Really apreaciated the reserved parking lot before our check in time as we came for the WWII libaration celebration early. Ms Karolina at the front desk was super helpful, so was the lady at hotel restaurant and the next day new staff as well. Rooms are specious, well kept, little bit more dusting would be in place, otherwise can't complain as everything was superb! Thank you, Gondola. And yes, the GPS gets confuse due to one ways, so getting to the front of the hotel can be tricky.

The hotel was easy to find, only a 15 minute walk from the railway station (or you could take the tram) , and close to many of the sights of Plzen. Staff were friendly and helpful and check-in was simple. The breakfast was included, and was excellent in variety of choices and taste. It was available from the conveniently early time of 7:00am.

The bed mattress was slightly distorted, and there was some late-night noise from youths hanging out near the pond at the front of the hotel.

Location turned out to be perfect, easy to find and just a 5 minute walk to the centre. A car park along the same road as the hotel where you can park as long as you have a receipt from the hotel, which was locked at night. Our room was big, and so was the bed and was also comfy. Very big bathroom with very powerful shower. There was also a well stocked mini bar in the room. Small but adequate selection for breakfast with a selection of egg dishes cooked to order. The scrambled eggs with bacon and onion were very tasty.

The room smelt of sewage as you walked in (which I did read on another review). Although there were skylight windows, there were no windows at height level which made it abit dark and its always nice to be able to have a window to look out of. No kettle and coffee/tea, which is a personal preference of mine.

Location is perfect- very close (walking distance) to city center and to Pilsen brewery. Free private parking is also a big plus and neighborhood is quiet. Breakfast was very delicious, with lots of choice.

Room was big and clean, the only thing that bothered us, was that windows in the room could not be opened, therefore you had to use air condition, which was placed right next to the bed.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Green Gondola and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The rooms were clean, spacious and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for my needs, with easy access to local restaurants, shops and attractions.

Great location, close to brewery and town square. Nice, spacious rooms. Easy parking. Everything was good.

The breakfast staff could be a little more helpful, but the variety was ok and we had what we needed (even though there was little refill when empty). Fresh orange juice a plus.

The room was fine. Comfortable.. great being on the flat.. everything I needed was there . Lovely view on a little lake.. 2 mins from the centre.. breakfast was more than adequate. Restaurant was nice. Not a great choice of food but everything was well presented and beautifully cooked.. nothing bad to say at all

The room was quiet, clean, the bathroom was huge and very clean (and bathtub was appreciated). Location is perfect, just a short walk away from historic centre.

The bed. It was horrendous. I mean it was more a hole than a bed. Please change the mattress. This one is DONE.

Excellent location for walking into town and for the brewery. Beside the pretty 'mill race'. Scenic. Helpful staff let us check in early as our room was ready. Lovely room. Skylight instead of a window so no view but was bright enough. Very clean and comfortable
