The hotel is ideally located for a stopover: easily accessible by car, yet you can reach the city center by bus in 15 minutes. We had a room on the back side which was very quiet, even with the windows open. The person at the reception was initially a bit cold then upon reading our filled registration form proceeded with a big smile in perfect french.

The restaurant is apparently under-staffed (as of mid-august 2023): service in the evening was slow, a bit rude (had already run away without going over our order) and as a result got one dish wrong. Some of the other tables seemed to run out of patience too. On the next morning when we saw the same employee attending breakfast, we realized she could not be blamed for trying to keep everything working while not having enough staff for that to be seamless.

- It's not the newest hotel, pretty old furniture, room cards don't always work, old tv - The bar was closed at 10:30, but in the hotel information book it was stated that it's open up to 2am

The food was very good. The bed was comfortable and is equipped for either winter or summer. Everything was very clean. We had a nice view from our room.

The wifi connection was a little bit unstable, but I could work. The location is far from the city center, but if public transport or taxi is not a problem, then it should be alright.

Everything was excellent. Great room, great parking, great location, great bathroom, great elevator. This is the best hotel I've been to in Czech Republic and it was also at a reasonable price. The room was quiet. It had air conditioner ❤. The breakfast (which was delicious) was available until 10:30, perfect for people who start a little late. Everything was clean and good looking. I'm very surprised and pleased with everything.

The Wifi was bad. Some staff were not too nice 🤷‍♂️. They must've been tired when I arrived.

The location is very nice and the staff in the restaurant is very professional and nice. The rooms are spacious, clean and beds are comfortable. Food in the restaurant is tasty and the choice of beer is good (I reccommend Kozel). Overall very nice.

We had a bad experience with one of the receptionists who was rude. All the other staff was amazing.

A lot of dedicated free parking, direct trolleybus (15 mins) to centre and the brewery. Good breakfast, nice view of the valley from the room. Helpful staff, issue with the drain was resolved instantly.

Very good hotel, clean, quiet, with good food, on suburbs, with good connection to the city center. The rooms were spacious, very clean and modern. The staff was pleasant. I would recommend this hotel when staying in Pilsen so long as you don't mind being a short ride from the heart of the city.

nice location, parking, reception staff, restaurant balcony, food was nice, drinks; especially for the reasonable prices. Balcony overlooking the valley is best, the roadside not so much; noisy.

airco little noisy, breakfast staff undermanned, could look happier also. room is doable, a little cramped sizewise. showerhead did not tilt right, was not the right height, did not bother to call it in, just kneeled a bit to shower.

Free parking, easy to get to from the highway, easy bus ride into town.

Breakfast was good, but set up in a small corner and was hard to maneuver with so many people. Also, only one coffee machine. there was always a line of several people waiting…in that same small buffet area.

Very clean and tidy place. Ground floor suite with French balcony door leading to green area behind excellent for walking the pets. Friendly staff at hotel and restaurant, great selection of meals and drinks. Nice views around with green areas, calm and peace feelings.
