We got a chance to stay in new rooms. There is only 2 on each floor with white doors. Excellent, comfortable beds, nice design, very clean, very warm. Bathrooms were spotless and nice clean bath. Also nice breakfast every morning. Good choice of food. Also menu was good and prices normal. Reception girls were nice and professional. Always helpful. Blond girl at the bar was friendly, very helpful and full of energy. Seeing her in every day so many hours and stay so energetic was amazing. I also used massage in hotel. Have to say it was worth. Thank you very much. Completely satisfied.

There could be shampoo in room

The location was very easy to get to by public transport. The hotel itself has a lot of advertisements to direct its customers to the hotel. The breakfast was varied and plenty. The stay overall was good value for money and comfortable.

My room was a single room instead of the reserved double or twin. It was on the top floor and even though there was an elevator, there are a few stairs to get to the room. The room was towards the street/ train station opposite the hotel so there was a constant traffic noise (day AND night) if the window was left open. On the weekends, the breakfast was very busy and it is understandable that the staff is also busy but on the weekend they seemed not to care about clearing and setting up the tables for other guests. They were constantly checking if the buffet needed to be topped up but not if the tables needed clearing.

The hotel room is decently sized, the people working there are nice, the breakfast is very good (you have a pretty varied selection), and they have their own parking lot and allow pets. I think the walk to the city center is approx. 12 mins walking. The beds and pillows are fairly confy.

The rooms facing the street get a good deal of traffic noise - the windows help when closed, but not 100% (however with a pair of ear plugs you won't hear anything at all). There is a musty smell permeating the room at all times, but that's probably because the hotel itself is quite old.

-the girl at reception was very helpful. Unfortunately my phone got stolen in my previous hotel, and i was quite desperate to get in contact with my wife back home. The girl at reception let me use her phone a couple of times, and was very nice to let me use the computer at reception a couple of times too so that i could connect with my wife, and also print some tickets. If it wasn't for her I would have enjoyed my time in Plzen a lot less -the room was very comfortable and spacious. -bathrooms were clean -breakfast was very delicious, with plenty of options

-Hotel was a little bit out of the centre. Not too far, but it did take a bit of a walk to get to the centre.

The location is pretty good, not far from downtown area and very close to a train station. The room was clean and simple. We got a kettle from the reception. The breakfast was very good with almost everything you can think of. The hotel has a parking lot at the corner of the street, which we didn't know until the next morning. Street parking in front of the hotel was free, but it was hard to find a spot.

The hotel is in an old building. The hallway was a little bit dark, which may just be its style. The furniture in the room was kinda old too.

We really liked the breakfast. It has variety and the stuff was really helpful, nice! The room was clean, cozy. The bathroom was a bit small but still very good. I would return here if I visited Pilsen again. The wardrobe was pretty big for two people, which was very good. The room was also warm.

Maybe because of the location of our room(4th floor room 403) the WiFi was not working at all. There was a very poor signal. I had to use my own data during my stay. Maybe it's different in other rooms

the hotel is a bit old, but it has lost none of its former cosiness, old world charming. Well done is also the separate parking space, on the corner of separate property, same side of the street max. 50 meters away. The breakfast was delicious, something for everyone, cold and warm. Restaurant small but nice and cozy here as well. Staff very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again without batting an eyelid at any time! Chapeau!👍👍

This hotel feels a little dates, it has a certain kind of past soviet feel and I dont mean this in a rude way, I really enjoyed that and liked it a lot, I thought it was a great hotel and great value and I liked the dated feel very much as it was a little different. Breakfast was good and extensive, parking was free and available, room was a good size and price very good, 10-15 min walk into the city which was fine

There was nothing wrong for me with this hotel

The hotel was quite crowded, so the parking was arranged little bit away, breakfast time very busy but special respect to staff who was smiling and very friendly despite the fact that there was group of people, who seemed to miss everything and all time asking and complaining. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was surprise, very tasty food and good price. The location is little out of city center and therefore more traffic in front, but when windows closed no noise.

Did not miss anything.

Large rooms, some with a balcony. Good location, free hotel parking. Very good breakfast

They don't speak English, it's hard to communicate. Antique Furniture. There was no double bed in the room, we asked to change to a room with a double bed, the receptionist claimed that through booking there is no such option (if we understood correctly because she did not speak English), and they did not change our room. We asked for rooms close to each other, there was no proximity between the rooms (we are talking about a family with 4 children and therefore it was important to us that the rooms be close to each other)
