Kudos to the kitchen and restaurant staff. The buffet breakfast is rich and varied. The Smichov location may not be an elite part of Prague, but it has a great connection to the airport (bus or metro line B, the exit from Andel metro station to the hotel entrance is about 10 meters!). About nine tram lines pass through the Andel tram station to all parts of the city! And one tram stop away is the train station for those who want to make an independent trip outside of Prague. Let's say like me to Pilsen! That's why I'm always looking for a hotel in this part of Prague! Perfect location!

Internet, internet and internet - faster than anywhere I stayed. It was so important for me. Location - just on top of the metro station and a supermarket. Shopping centers, 2 more supermarkets and several major tram and bus stops just within 5 minutes of walking. The rooms were just standard, as one should expect from that type of hotel.

Nothing popping up in head immediately but perhaps an a Elevator was a bit far from our room. Also the breakfast could be more diverse from day to day, the assortment was awesome though.

Really spacious and lovely room, very good shower. Tasty breakfast. Location is also good as it's right next to the metro station, bus stop to/from airport and the supermarket is right next door in the same building! Walk to the old city is only 35-40 minutes which is also very pleasant. And the view! There's a balcony available and the view on the hills is really nice.

The only minus for me was that there were no outlets next to the bed. And the only two available were either under the table or in the far corner of the room which was pretty annoying.

Location is really great, it was exactly what I needed in order to sleep over one night in Prague, before heading off to office in the morning. Metro station is immediately in front of the main door and you can have a nice walk to the center if you like. Also receptionist lady was very kind to send equipment for ironing to my room, only some minutes after I checked in. She was really polite and helpful.

Building looks a bit ugly from outside but generally the floor where hotel is based is nice, so that first impression of the building I would say wasn't that great but that is just outside which didn't have any impact on my stay.

The proximity and the value for the money

The rooms were not cleaned very well, the hidden charges that you are not told earlier and we were told that there's a mini bar in the room which isn't free except for the water and tea but when we were to check out, we were made to pay for the water. Also the breakfast doesn't really have varieties to chose from, I don't take pork but the sausages, ham were all made of pork meat but to be fair, the first chef did go out to buy me a chicken ham but the second chef refused to

The outside wasn’t really inspiring me, but as soon as I got to the room I was totally proven wrong. The room is so comfortable: warm, clean, modern, peaceful I really had the chance to relax and enjoy my holiday. I also appreciated the location: not very centrally located, but really well connected to every place in the city, there is also a little market of fresh food where to eat and a supermarket right in front of the hotel, which I found very convenient

I want to thank the hotel staff and specifically Ondrej! We had cash left in the hotel safe and they sent it to our next destination. The honesty and friendliness of the staff is second to none, I wish all people were like that! Akcent hotel should be proud of its staff and the service they provide! Also the room was spectacular!

the staff is very polite and offers you assistance meeting the city. It is very well located and pretty easy to reach from the airport by bus, not to mention all tran options nearby. The room is amazing, even the simplest one is cozy with a balcony, very clean and very comfortable. the wifi is also excellent, I had to work during a day and it worked very well. The breakfast is very good too, with great options.

nearby smokers, the hotel is only on 1 floor, if someone from the condos decides to smoke - it will be in your room. internet is normal speed, but unstable. breakfast pasty is from a nearby supermarket, which is okay, but I guess all those super-positive breakfast reviews are from people who have no clue. :) Breakfast was OK-ish.

It was a good experience. Just have to mention 1 point. Airconditioning in my room was not sufficient to cool enough. It was too hot inside, during sunny days, even when the airconditioning was ON. Room was quite good, but the Balcony was in a very bad shape(too dirty).Staff were good, room was big and clean, just too hot for summer days. Perfect pace to stay in Winter, I suppose.
