I was very pleased with the hotel's location, which is close to the metro and other transportation options, as well as being situated in an area with a supermarket and shopping center nearby. Additionally, there is a direct bus to the airport conveniently located nearby. The building is modern and clean both on the outside and inside, and access to the rooms via key card is very convenient. The rooms themselves are clean and welcoming, providing a pleasant environment during the stay.

However, there were some issues during the stay. For example, the access code to the building was not communicated in advance but was discovered by chance on a small sign in the elevator. Additionally, the JustIN mobile app was not functioning properly, and the check-in instructions were unclear and incomplete, leading to confusion upon arrival. Some minor room improvements would have been appreciated, such as a non-functioning lamp and the lack of a shelf in the shower to store shampoo and other items. Also, the bathroom sink faucet was missing an aerator, making the experience less convenient. Furthermore, around 3 a.m., noisy neighbors disturbed the peace and quiet of the surroundings.

Very clean place. The location is good, but I should mention that the room windows overlooked the roadway. Otherwise, the room is wonderful.

My first stay at an unmanned hotel! 1. The entrance is marked by a discrete sign board which is not lit at night. And there is no shelter at the entrance. So if you arrive when it’s raining, you will have to get wet while figuring out the Bluetooth key. 2. The hotel rules state that the room is clean before you arrive, and if you want it cleaned during your day, you must order it at Euro 10. It’s as if the hotel assumes you will carry your own vacuum cleaner!! 3. The same applies to fresh towels and sheets. Even the toilet rolls were not replenished. Final thoughts: in future choose unmanned hotels for short stays.

The location is brilliant. Outside of the main tourist areas but close to public transport and a great shopping centre with a large food court. The apartment had a fridge and freezer which was very handy for storing snacks, water, and medications. The apartment was very clean when we arrived.

There are a few drawers to store clothes and three hooks to hang clothes so there wasn’t enough room for both of us to store all of our clothes (although we were staying for 7 nights so it would’ve been fine if someone was there for only a few days). There is only one fan in the room and it does get quite hot so sometimes it didn’t do much to cool the place down.

We've stayed for a week in this hotel. Check-in/check-out was very comfy and easy, reception and cleaning stuff are friendly and eager to help and give tips. Room had everything one needs, your own kitchen is great to have. City center is easy to reach either with a tram or a metro.

I would suggest to add smaller pillows to the offer; As reception is only open 8.00-20.00 it's impossible to get any help outside of this time; It has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but if you like sleeping with open windows it's almost impossible, as traffic noise and police and ambulance sirens won't allow it.

he location was perfect. It was just a 7-minute walk to Nový Smíchov Shopping Centre, which had everything you could need for shopping. There were also several large supermarkets in the area. Anděl metro station was nearby, and in just two stops you were in the heart of tourist Prague. Despite being close to the road, the room was quiet. The room was fully equipped with everything you need for two people, including a comfortable large bed, a large TV, a refrigerator, and a stove. Honestly, we expected it to be worse, but we got a great room on the 4th floor. Since we were there at the end of September, the room was very comfortable. Maybe in the summer months, it would be stuffy in this room, as there is no air conditioning. We loved everything. If you're traveling outside of the hot or cold seasons, we recommend this hotel. It's a great room for the price. We also appreciated the option to leave our luggage for free at another branch of this hotel (a 10-minute tram ride). We highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location just about the main Anděl district square, giving plenty of options to explore Prague. Check-in is fully automated, there's no reception. Prior to arrival you'll be given instructions how to pay the city tax and perform the online check-in. After that you have to download an app to which you're given access code and it serves as mobile keys to the building and apartment during the whole stay. Apartment itself just as described, with a fully equipped kitchenette and a washing machine. Everything worked OK, no problems whatsoever. Worth the money, great for a few days stay.

The apartments are on ground floor with windows overlooking a rather busy road, so rather forget about leaving them open for the night. There's no AC, so it may get hot in summer with little options to cool it down. Also, curtains in the shower could be replaced by some more practical solution like glass door - but it's just a minor downside.

The check-in was very simple, I arrived late so since there would be no one at reception, I had an app setup which allowed me to enter the building and my room without speaking to anyone. The team communicated very well and were very supportive. Facility was very clean and big, it's right next to everything you need, from train station to bus station stops, tram stops to malls and super market. It was very ideal

The only thing I can think of is the 1 fan they have. It was very hot and I was fine with one fan but I can't imagine how it would have been if there were 2 or 3 of us in the room. Also, since it's next to a room, you can hear the cars and motors honking or driving by but it's not too bad

It’s all new and has everything you need. Checking in and out was easy with the app. The bed was comfortable and there was all the basics to cook. The tram stop is not far away for quick links to the city and Tesco supermarket a short walk. Excellent value for money.

There room was really hot and stuffy and I had to prop the door open to get some air flow. There were some silverfish insects on the floor so I think they are struggling with humidity at this time of the year. Adding air conditioning would benefit greatly as the fumes from traffic with the window open was not great.

location: very good place from which you are able to explore prague! not only the touristic side which is located on the other side of the river & can easily reached with the tram (our tip: stations bertramka & andel; nr 15) but also the more local part of the city (everything you need e.g. a supermarket can be bought in the shopping center at andel station) staff: the receptionist barbara was always really nice & helpful! there wasn’t any language barrier because she could speak english quite good. all in all we were really content with the service room: it was a modern and mostly clean space to be for 4 days.

room: a few other points which could be improved would be the small number of cook utensils, plates & cutlery and maybe a bit more space in the bathroom to put your stuff (e.g another hook for towels or a shelf for hygiene products) location the only “bigger” minus might be the room’s location next to a louder street (also at night)
