Everything was just great. It was a nice check-in (and we even did it few hours earlier), great receptionist Jan, who was the best receptionist that I previously saw (I'm pretty sure he could play in theatre), nice breakfast, good coffee, location was good enough and the room itself was good and even had a bath.

It would be great to increase amount of power sockets and move them closer to the bed. Maybe just a minor thing about cleanliness in the dining room at breakfast, as sometimes floor was too sticky.

Each morning the breakfast was excellent with both hot and cold choices. All very tasty. Our room was large and very comfortable but we did not have a view. This didn’t matter too much as we were usually in the room when it was dark. The bathroom was spacious and spotless. Coffee at breakfast was superb.

We had difficulty reading at night as the bedside lights had v dark shades. Overall we found the hotel just a little too formal for our taste as we like a much more relaxed and friendly feel. Everyone was extremely polite at all times and the the tablecloths were crisp so if this is your style then I’m sure it will suit.

The hotel was one of the best we have stayed in and we have travelled extensively. It is a smallish boutique hotel, the room we had was so very spacious with large sitting room area, a large bedroom area very spacious bathroom and a small kitchen type area. Great facilities in the bathroom. The staff were excellent so friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of food and drinks. We found the hotel well positioned, a short walk to the Charles Bridge, old town centre and the Castle area. Would highly recommend this hotel.

There was not one thing that I didn’t like.

Our stay at the hotel was exceptionally beautiful. It was very easy to reach the hotel from the airport, and we appreciated its convenient location—quiet yet close to the center. The staff members were all exceptionally kind, and we particularly valued their recommendations. They respected our privacy and only engaged with us when we sought assistance. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to the deluxe room, which enhanced our experience. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious, featuring a study table and sitting areas. We would eagerly return to this hotel in the future!

There is nothing negative.

To summarize cleanliness, staff, positioning, breakfast. The room was spotless and had everything you could ask for - it was also very pretty! The staff members were very friendly, and they even gave us some tips about visiting Prague. Positioning-wise, both the castle and the old town are within a few minutes' walk. The breakfast was really tasty and varied - you have the choice between a la carte and buffet (I ended up going for a la carte most days, and the food arrived really fast). Overall, we were very impressed with this hotel and we would 100% return again.

Nothing to mention here - everything was perfect.

The location in Praha 1 was excellent - between the Charles Bridge (10 mins walk) and the castle (10 mins walk) - on a very quiet street close to bars and restaurants. Also near to the medieval tavern (5 mins walk) and the beer spa by the castle. Our room was excellent (we were upgraded to a suite) warm, clean and with good facilities - we like a firm mattress. All staff were extremely polite, helpful and friendly - perfect hosts (thank you Jan). Breakfast available until 11am if you a lay in - hot and cold breakfasts available. If we revisit Prague, we'll stay here again.

Location was fantastic, centrally located in walking distance from all the usual things but a little oasis in an otherwise very busy city. Great communication from the outset, lovely building and room, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful - not too much choice, but just enough. I would highly recommend this place, and would most definitely consider staying again if we return.

It was nothing that detracted from the stay, and I wouldn't say that I didn't like it, but a small bar or mini bar giving you an opportunity for an evening drink would have been lovely. As stated, it's not a massive problem and it falls firmly under 'nice to have'.

Great location just 5' from Charles' Bridge and in the embassies neighborhood adding extra safety at night. The room was great with very comfortable bed and the service was excellent. They helped us with everything and proposed several things to do in town. Totally recommended hotel.

Not much to say here just a slight comment regarding the breakfast for which I would like some more options in the buffet although you could order special dishes (incl. of course no extra charge) and in 5'-7' the dish was on your table.

The hotel is in the Embassy area of Prague and 2 minutes from the, heavily policed, US Embassy so perfectly safe. Its a slow 10 minute walk to the old town square and the centre of Prague. Jan, who welcomed us to the hotel was amazing and his knowledge fantatic, pleaase ask hid to tell you where the 2 Suns restaurant is, great local food, try the duck and the goulash. The breakfast is great.

There was a blind in the bathroom that broke and it wasnt fixed in the evening after we reported it. There are no overnight staff on duty and there should be.

A couple of converted townhouses of 18th century (?) so a quirky design and furnished in period style. Excellent location close to the castle but in a quiet street. Very friendly and helpful front desk manager (Jan) as were housekeeping. Excellent breakfast buffet with cooked options included. Ours was a large room under the eaves but others are probably a bit smaller. Fully equipped bathroom with shower, bath and bidet. Very good value

Lighting was dim in the bedroom and a couple of switches did not work. Decor a bit tired in places. Not for those of limited mobility - inside has lots of steps and the cobbled street is steep
